eHealth has a major potential, and its adoption may be considered necessary to achieve increased ambulant and remote medical care, increased quality, reduced personnel needs, and reduced costs potential in healthcare. In this paper the authors try to give a reasonable, qualitative evaluation of IoT-driven eHealth from theoretical and practical viewpoints. They look at associated knowledge management issues and contributions of IoT to eHealth, along with requirements, benefits, limitations and entry barriers. Important attention is given to security and privacy issues. Finally, the conditions for business plans and accompanying value chains are realistically analyzed. The resulting implementation issues and required commitments are also discussed based on a case study analysis. The authors confirm that IoT-driven eHealth can happen and will happen; however, much more needs to be addressed to bring it back in sync with medical and general technological developments in an industrial state-of-the-art perspective and to get recognized and get timely the benefits

The article presents the results of an in-house study aimed at assessing the safety, tolerability and therapeutic efficacy of Dishi plaster inhaler for the treatment of acute respiratory diseases in children. Our study showed that the administration of Dishi plaster inhaler since the first hours of ARD helps provide faster relief of catarrh symptoms, primarily nasal symptoms, reliably reduces the need for prescribing vasoconstrictors, thus reducing the drug load on the patient. The good tolerability and high efficacy of Dishi plaster inhaler enable us to recommend it as a remedy for symptomatic therapy of ARD in children over 2 years old

In the first year occlusion occurs 10-15% of coronary artery bypass graft in 10 years - 50%, which causes the resumption of anginal patients after CABG. One of the most effective and safe methods of treatment of these patients is recognized endovascular intervention artery bypass graft failure or inter-vention of native coronary artery. In contrast classical percutaneous coronary reconstructions, for which there exist algorithms endovascular treatment for minimizing intraoperative risk and achieving the best long term results, treatment of saphenous vein grafts (SVG) still remains a challenging clinical problem. This article is a summary review of the literature dedicated to endovascular interventions for myocardial revascularization on the coronary artery bypass graft in patient after CABG. Analysis of the research allowed us to draw conclusions about the tactics of endovascular treatment of patients with return of angina after CABG, as well as about the defeat of the saphenous vein grafts lesions for endovascular interventions, and to identify the technical features of the SVG stenting

The paper gives the data obtained from the preliminary analysis of the activities of RussiaХs first Memory Impairment Laboratory. The findings allowed the authors to estimate the approximate prevalence of cognitive impairments (CIs) in patients with various pathological processes. The authors made a differential analysis of the causes of the varying severity of CIs. The causes of the latter in patients of varying age were shown to be different. There were preliminary data on the association of cognitive with other neuropsychological impairments. The ongoing studies make it possible to make a more in-depth analysis of the mechanisms of the development of these or those CIs in a Russian population, to define diagnostic approaches in detail, and to improve the quality and timeliness of medical care given to these patients

The article presents an analysis of causes of recurrent respiratory infections in children. The special attention is drawn to the need for improvement of the epidemiological, anamnestic, social and other data to clarify the causes and provoking factors for increased respiratory morbidity. It has been shown that allergic diseases, immunodeficiency states, persistent herpetic infections, functional gastrointestinal disorders, etc. are often hidden.under the mask of “frequently ill children”. This determines the importance of a detailed assessment of clinical manifestations of each episode of the disease and the correct interpretation of examination results for the timely diagnosis specification. It was proposed to move from targeting the “frequently ill children” group to nosological verification, which have a high level of respiratory morbidity. It has been proved that early arriving at a diagnosis makes it possible to timely prescribe etiopathogenetic therapy, which significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment. The article presents an analysis of clinical studies of the effectiveness and safety of OM-85 immunomodulator of bacterial origin in children with recurrent respiratory diseases
