The establishment of national law should consider the law awareness in the community or refer to the existed law in Islam law that stands as the existed law in the community possesses a strategic position in the national law establishment. The role of Islam law in the forming or establishing of national law could be viewed from two sides, which are firstly, it is viewed from Islam law that is one of the source of national law establishing; and secondly, it is viewed from the side of the use of Islam law as positive law that is specifically applied in certain field. Islam law has provided a great contribution, at least upon the side of the spirit or the soul toward establishment of national law. Spreading Islam law ideologi and istinbath ahkam upon the national law establishment takes the strategic place, compared with the demand of the applying of Islam law that is formalistic

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is a genius figure and professionals in the field of musiccomposition. In addition to a composition he is also an expert in playing musicalinstruments, violin and harpsichord. He have many works of instrumental musiccomposition, vocal, even to the form of a symphony orchestra with choir produced. Somegreat works that have been created is a composition for string quartet chamber music.Eine Kleine Nachtmusik K.525 is one of his works, which is still often heard in thecorners of the world. The composition of this string quartet has a character andcharacteristics of light music and lively, so well known in the community. In this case, theauthor tried to assess Eine Kleine Nachtmusik in the development and function of thepresentation is still sound and well-known in this modern era. To discuss this paper usedqualitative methods with descriptive analysis, the approach to musicology. The results ofthis paper is the development and function of serving an increasingly wide of the formand format of presentation of original work

Ten key elements for implementing interprofessional learning in clinical simulations

    Get PDF
This paper discusses 10 key elements for the design and implementation of interprofessional education (IPE) in a skills centre. The elements are based on published literature as well as on the experience of an IPE initiative, simulating the management of a multiple-traumatised patient in the acute and rehabilitation phases, by students from 4 professions: medicine, nursing, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The key elements are interrelated and include the partners involved (learners, facilitators and patient simulator), the content, learning resources, setting, faculty development, logistics, learning strategies and evaluation

An audit of environmental education policies in southern Africa was carried out to determine the status of environmental education policy processes. This paper presents a summary of the results and considers some of the emergent issues for environmental education policy in the region. The audit was conducted under the auspices of the Southern African Development Community Regional Environmental Education Programme (SADC REEP) between October 2002 and March 2003. The research attempted to answer questions about the status and understandings of environmental education policy processes, common elements and role players, constraints and opportunities in the development and implementation of environmental education policy. Further questions related to how the audit could help to further the cause of sustainable development in southern Africa. This paper discusses benchmarks in the environmental education policy process nationally and at regional level, as well as institutions active in environmental education. Synergies and linkages between and across regional and national policies are examined, together with some consideration of documentation and focus. The paper then explores constraints and opportunities for policy processes at national and regional level

Structural and functional organization of the root system: a comparative study on five plant species

    Get PDF
Plants are affected by soil environments to the same extent that they affect soil functioning through interactions between environmental and genetic factors. Here, five plant species (broad bean, pea, cabbage, fennel, and olive) grown under controlled pot conditions were tested for their ability to differently stimulate the degradation of standard litter. Litter, soil C and N contents were measured for evaluating chemical changes due to plant presence, while soil microbial abundance was evaluated to assess if it had a positive or negative catalyzing influence on litter decomposition. The architecture and morphological traits of roots systems were also evaluated by using specific open-source software (SmartRoot). Soil chemical and microbiological characteristics were significantly influenced by the plant species. Variations in soil C/N dynamics were correlated with the diversity of root traits among species. Early stage decomposition of the standard litter changed on the basis of the plant species. The results indicated that key soil processes are governed by interactions between plant roots, soil C and N, and the microbial metabolism that stimulate decomposition reactions. This, in turn, can have marked effects on soil chemical and microbiological fertility, both fundamental for sustaining crops, and can promote the development of new approaches for optimizing soil C and N cycling, managing nutrient transport, and sustaining and improving net primary production

Efektifitas Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) pada Pengolahan Limbah Lumpur Pemboran Sumur Minyak

Handling on waste oil drilling mud in research area uses an integrated sludge waste treatment method known as Mud Centralized Treatment Facility (CMTF). One processing stage performed in CMTF is chemical treatment using aluminum sulfate coagulant where the process of coagulation is optimum yet because there were still contain sediment solids. Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) thus becomes an alternative coagulant for the treatment because the main properties of colloidal particles in PAC do coagulation in quickly and optimum pace. Research on the “Effectiveness Coagulant Treatment using Poly Aluminium Chloride on Waste Oil Drilling Mud" aims to evaluate the performance of PAC as coagulant in waste oil drilling mud compare to coagulant Aluminum Sulfate. Jar Test method resulting the optimum conditions of using PAC is on fast stirring speed 140 rpm and slow stirring speed 40 rpm in 6000 ppm (TSS: 84-88%, COD: 62-83% , Oil and grease: 73-75% and NH3: 69-92 %), while using aluminum sulfate in same stirring speed, the optimum result gain in 12,000 ppm (TSS: 34-77% , COD: 36-69% , Oil and grease: 39-55% and NH3: 53-55%). Based on two coagulants test result, the most effective coagulant is using PAC for waste oil drilling mud handling
