    Uji Aktivitas Ekstrak Kencur terhadap Pengendalian Pertumbuhan Fusarium Oxysporum dan Implementasinya dalam Pembuatan Flipbook

    This research aims to determine the activity of kencur extract against Fusarium oxysporum control fungal growth and the effective concentration and determine the validity flipbook as a medium of learning materials. The research consisted of two phases. First, test the activity of the kencur extract on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum using experimental methods with 10 treatments and 3 replications were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test. Second, to test the validity of flipbook by 7 validator validated and analyzed based on the amount of the average score of all aspects. The results of the research kencur extract has the ability to inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum is characterized by increasingly shrinking diameter fungi and effective concentration of 0,5%. The results of the validation analysis flipbook media obtained with an average score of 3,7 and classified as invalid so it fit for use in the learning process at the sub material environmental pollution in first grade of senior high school

    Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kooperatif Berbantuan Flipbook terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Virus di SMA

    This research aims to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning using flipbook toward student learning outcomes in virus material to tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Salatiga Sambas. The form of this research was Quasi Experimen with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this research is saturated samples. The reseach sampling using XB grade students as an experimental class and XA grade students as an control class. According to the analysis of data obtained by the average of students outcomes taught by cooperative learning using flipbook is 46,25, while classes taught by conventional learning is 41,40. The result at α = 5% showed a significant differences between the average score of students learning outcomes in the experimental class and control class. according the value of the effect size is 0,96 (including high category), which means that cooperative learning using flipbook is effective to enhance student\u27s learning outcome in virus material

    PROBLEM BASED E-LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA DI SMA

    Many concepts of chemistry about abstract things that require strong understanding to the concepts by relating it in daily life. Its implementation does not only have to be directly face to face, but also can be through e-learning. The aim of this study is at describing the differences in the influence of the Problem-Based e-Learning (PBeL) model with Direct e-learning (DeL) model on critical thinking skills and chemistry learning achievement. This quasi-experimental study was applied in which thepretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design, involving 3 classes (95 students) of Class X MIPA SMAN-1 Bebandem. The study sample consisted of 2 classes (64 students). Critical thinking skills and chemistry learning achievement data were obtained from the critical thinking skills test scores and chemistry learning achievement. Data were analyzed descriptively by using one-way MANCOVA. The results showed that, there were significant differences in: (1) critical thinking skills and learning achievement together between students learning with PBeL and DeL models (F= 26,363; p<0.05); (2) critical thinking skills between students learning with PBeL and DeL models (F= 36,278; p<0.05); (3) learning achievement between students learning with PBeL and DeL models (F= 9,859; p <0.05). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh model Problem-Based e-Learning (PBeL) dengan model Direct e-Learning (DeL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan prestasi atau hasil belajar Kimia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 3 kelas paralel (95 siswa) kelas X MIPA SMAN-1 Bebandem. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas paralel (64 siswa). Data keterampilan berpikir kritis dan prestasi/hasil belajar kimia diperoleh dari skor tes keterampilan berpikir kritis dan prestasi/hasil belajar Kimia. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan MANCOVA satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada (1) keterampilan berpikir kritis dan prestasi/hasil belajar secara bersama-sama antara peserta didik yang belajar dengan model PBeL dan DeL (F=26,363;  p<0,05), (2) keterampilan berpikir kritis antara peserta didik yang belajar dengan model PBeL dan DeL (F=36,278; p<0,05); dan (3) prestasi/hasil belajar Kimia antara peserta didik yang belajar dengan model PBeL dan DeL (F = 9,859; p<0,05). Model PBeL berpengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan DeL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan prestasi/hasil belajar Kimia siswa kelas X SMAN-1 Bebandem

    In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data

    The Effects of Stimulant Growth Hormones on Tissue Culture of Seaweed Kappaphycus Alvarezii in Vitro

    In order to anticipate the qualified and sustainable seed requirement for seaweed culture, it is necessary to conduct tissue culture for vegetative cultivation of isolated leaves, bud, and stemin an artificial medium enriched with nutrient and growth regulator. The purpose of this study is to obtain newly grown plant in a big quantity in relatively short period of time, with physiological and morphological properties similar to the stocks. Culture media used were Grund Medium and PES with an addition of a growth regulator, IAA (Indol acetic acid) and BAP (Benzil amino purin). The buds produced were buds with similar properties as the parent. The longest bud (1,851 mm) was obtained in Grund Medium with IAA treatment, while the length of bud in PES medium was only 0.612 mm. The number of buds was highest (10,6) in Grund media with IAA+BAP (1:1) treatment, and 6,82 with IAA treatment in PES media. The survival rate of explants was highest in media enriched with 0.5 mg/L IAA (indol acetic acid). The best media for growing seaweed Kappaphycus alvarezii was Grund Medium© Untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan bibit yang berkualitas dan tersedia secara kontinyu, diperlukan suatu upaya kultur jaringan untuk perbanyakan tanaman secara vegetatif dengan mengisolasi bagian tanaman seperti daun, mata tunas, serta batang dalam media buatan secara aseptik yang diperkaya dengan nutrien dan zat perangsang tumbuh. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan tanaman baru dalam jumlah banyak dalam waktu yang relatif singkat, yang mempunyai sifat fisiologi dan morfologis sama dengan tanaman induknya. Media kultur yang digunakan adalah media Grund Medium dan PES dengan penambahan zat perangsang tumbuh yaitu IAA (Indol acetic acid) dan BAP (Benzil amino purin). Tunas yang dihasilkan merupakan anakan yang mempunyai sifat yang sama dengan induknya. Panjang tunas tertinggi dicapai pada media Grund Medium dengan perlakuan IAA (1,851 mm) dan media PES sebesar 0,612 mm. Sedangkan jumlah tunas tertinggi dicapai perlakuan IAA+BAP (1:1) sebesar 10,6 pada media Grund dan perlakuan IAA sebesar 6,82 pada media PES. Untuk tingkat kelangsungan hidup (sintasan) eksplan yang paling baik pada media yang diberikan pupuk IAA (indol acetic acit) dengan kosentrasi 0,5 mg/L. sedangkan media yang baik untuk pertumbuhan rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii adalah media Grund Medium
