Impact of Asymmetric Information in Islamic Financial contract: An Empirical Analysis
A primary source of asymmetric information arises from banks’ uncertainty about borrowers’Creditworthiness. This can generate two types of barriers to efficient credit allocation in the loan market: ad-verse selection in the likelihood of repayment and moral hazard in the riskiness of firms’ business decisions, also affecting repayment. This study investigated the consequences of asymmetric information on Islamic financial contracts in the Pakistani market for small and medium enterprise (SME) business lines of credit. Islamic bank’s main financial contracts were discuss the two of them which are Istisna and Murabah .The methods of’ T test’ was conducted to ascertain the difference in means of both forms of financing, whereas Multiple Regression Analysis using panel data to assess the relationship of critical variables with Disbursed amount, profit rate, spread, tenor. Data of three year i.e. from 2016 to2018 of 35 firms, with 105 number of observations having istisna and murabah contract, were taken. The results suggested that both the means of murabah and istisna financing are significantly different in major performance indicators, implicating companies that have taken these two financing have performed differently. Secondly, in most of the ratio that mattered like efficiency and profitability, murabah based financing have yielded more efficient results and better performed as compared to istisna
Asymptotic Behaviour of the Proper Length and Volume of the Schwarzschild Singularity
Though popular presentations give the Schwarzschild singularity as a point it
is known that it is spacelike and not timelike. Thus it has a "length" and is
not a "point". In fact, its length must necessarily be infinite. It has been
proved that the proper length of the Qadir-Wheeler suture model goes to
infinity [1], while its proper volume shrinks to zero, and the asymptotic
behaviour of the length and volume have been calculated. That model consists of
two Friedmann sections connected by a Schwarzschild "suture". The question
arises whether a similar analysis could provide the asymptotic behaviour of the
Schwarzschild black hole near the singularity. It is proved here that, unlike
the behaviour for the suture model, for the Schwarzschild essential singularity
and , where
is the mean extrinsic curvature, or the York time.Comment: 13 pages, 1 figur
Thermal Model of Rotary Friction Welding for Similar and Dissimilar Metals
Friction welding is one of the foremost welding processes for similar and dissimilar metals. Previously, the process has been modeled utilizing the rudimentary techniques of constant friction and slip-stick friction. The motivation behind this article is to present a new characteristic for temperature profile estimation in modeling of the rotary friction welding process. For the first time, a unified model has been exhibited, with an implementation of the phase transformation of similar and dissimilar materials. The model was generated on COMSOL Multiphysics® and thermal and structural modules were used to plot the temperature curve. The curve for the welding of dissimilar metals using the model was generated, compared and analyzed with that of practical curves already acquired through experimentation available in the literature, and then the effect of varying the parameters on the welding of similar metals was also studied
Generalization of Renyi’s Entropy and its Application in Source Coding
In this paper, we introduce a new generalization of Renyis entropy β(P) and the most important feature of this generalized entropy Rαβ (P) is that it derives most important entropies that are well known and influence information theory and applied mathematics. Some significant properties of Rαβ (P) has been undertaken in this article. In addition, we introduce a new generalized exponentiated mean codeword length Lβα (P) in this article then determine how Rβα (P) and Lβα (P) are related in terms of source coding theorem

Tandem Aldol-Michael reactions in aqueous diethylamine medium: a greener and efficient approach to dimedone-barbituric acid derivatives
BACKGROUND: Green chemistry is a rapidly developing new field that provides us with a proactive avenue for the sustainable development of future science and technologies. Green chemistry uses highly efficient and environmentally benign synthetic protocols to deliver lifesaving medicines, accelerating lead optimization processes in drug discovery, with reduced unnecessary environmental impact. From this view point, it is desirable to use water instead of organic solvents as a reaction medium, since water is safe, abundant and an environmentally benign solvent. RESULTS: A convenient one-pot method for the efficient synthesis of the novel Zwitterion derivatives 4a-pvia a three-component condensation reaction of barbituric acid derivatives 1a,b, dimedone 2, and various aldehydes 3 in the presence of aqueous diethylamine media is described. This new approach is environmentally benign, with clean synthetic procedure, short reaction times and easy work-up procedure which proceeded smoothly to provide excellent yield (88-98%). The synthesized products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, NMR and CHN analysis. The structure of 4a was further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with α = 14.6669 (5) Å, b = 18.3084 (6) Å, c = 19.0294 (6) Å, α = 90°, β = 90°, = 90°, V = 5109.9 (3) Å(3), and Z = 8. The molecules are packed in crystal structure by weak intermolecular C–H⋅ ⋅ ⋅O hydrogen bonding interactions. CONCLUSIONS: An environmentally benign Aldol-Michael protocol for the synthesis of dimedone-barbituric derivatives using aqueous diethylamine medium is achieved
