    A non-linear load draws non-sinusoidal current that consists of frequencies that are multiples of the fundamental frequency. This is the basis of harmonics and it creates distortions when interacting with power systems. In medium voltage systems, loads are always balanced due to the presence of power transformers of delta-wye winding configuration, by which the triplen harmonics currents only circulate at the delta winding of transformer, unable to reach the load. However, in low voltage systems, loads remain unbalanced. This article aims at exploring the challenges of human rights’ sociological marketability in light of these issues.     PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP TO GROUP EXCHANGE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR TEMA 8

    Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian adalah hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah khususnya pada siswa kelas V SDN Lidah Wetan II Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran serta hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran group to group exchange. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdidri dari 2 siklus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian pada aktivitas guru siklus I mencapai 90,3% dan siklus II mencapai 97,1%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 86,2% dan pada siklus II mencapai 91,2%. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 69,4% dan siklus II mencapai 88,8%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pemebelajaran group to group exchange dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tema Lingkungan Sahabat Kita. Kata Kunci: Model Group To Group Exchange, Hasil Belajar Abstract The research background is student learning result that are still low, especially for fifth grade students of SDN Lidah Wetan II Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to describe the activities of teachers and students in learning and student learning result by applying group to group exchange learning models. This study uses classroom action research consisting of 2 cycles. Research data was obtained through observation and tests. The results of research on teacher activity in the first cycle reached 90.3% and the second cycle reached 97.1%. While student activity in the first cycle reached 86.2% and in the second cycle it reached 91.2%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 69.4% and cycle II reached 88.8%. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the group to exchange group learning model can improve student learning result of the Environment of Our Friends.     Abstrak Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu rancangan awal yang disusun demi kepentingan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dan sistematis serta mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran menekankan pada bagaimana untuk membantu siswa dalam belajar mengkontruksi pengetahuannya sendiri, membentuk pola interaksi antara guru dengan siswa, serta menggambarkan bentuk proses pembelajaran mulai dari awal hingga akhir yang secara khas disajikan oleh guru. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ialah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E Fase. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Lidah Wetan II/462 Surabaya dengan subjek penelitian yakni siswa kelas IV sejumlah 29 siswa. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka, model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E Fase dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Learning model empashizes to assist students in learning to construct their own knowledge for improving their learning outcomes, to build interaction patterns between teachers and students, and to describe the form of learning process from start to finish that is typically presented by the teacher. The aims of this research is to increase students’s learning result which implemented through Learning Cycle 5E Phases learning method. This study is a Classroom Action Research which used two cycles. The study conducted at SDN Lidah Wetan II/462 Surabaya which consists of 29 students in 4th grade. Based on the result of data it can be concluded that Learning Cycle 5E Phases learning method can increase student’s learning outcomes.     Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian lapangan (Field Research) pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Pekanbaru yang berlokasi di Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 482, Komplek Masjid Ar-Rahman Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan program Pekanbaru Cerdas dalam meningkatkan prestasi asnaf zakat dari siswa-siswi kurang mampu di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 49 orang siswa-siswi yang terdiri dari SD, SMP, dan SMA ditambah 2 orang pegawai BAZNAS untuk memperkuat data. Adapun metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawacara, angket serta dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa Badan Amil Zakat Kota Pekanbaru sudah berperan aktif dalam menyalurkan dana zakat kepada salah satu golongan penerima zakat yaitu siswa-siswi kurang mampu di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai. Bantuan dana zakat yang diberikan pun sangat bermanfaat sehingga para penerimanya merasa sangat terbantu dan memberikan apresiasi yang baik
