Multifunctional building with a library and apartments, Popská street in Opava

Import 04/07/2011Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření dokumentace pro realizaci stavby. Pro tuto práci byly vzaty podklady z Ateliérové tvorby IV v letním semestru roku 2010, kde byl v rámci studie navržen Polyfunkční dům s knihovnou a byty. Tyto jednotlivé funkční celky v objektu byly dispozičně řešeny v Ateliérové tvorbě IV. Dispoziční řešení je zvoleno převážně otevřené. Byty jsou navrženy od 3NP se vstupem na zelenou pochůzí střechu s extenzivní zelení.The aim of this work was the creation of documentation for construction implementation. For this work were taken from material production and in the Studio IV summer semester of 2010, where the study was designed multi-functional building with a library and apartments. The individual functional units in the building layout is the creation of Studio IV. The layout is selected, mostly open. Problems of development of bi-centric Hradecko – pardubicke residential agglomeration

Disertační práce se zabývá vývojem center ojedinělé bi-centrické aglomerace na území České republiky od jejího vzniku, přes problematiku jejího vymezení až po současnou problematiku nejen urbanistického vývoje. Po definování dílčích hypotéz, se práce zabývá multioborovým přístupem s využitím množství různorodých ukazatelů, které společně utvářejí vstupní informace o aglomeraci jako celku. Aglomerace jako interpretační prostor vyžaduje spolupráci mnoha vědních oborů, které tak mohou blíže specifikovat stávající i budoucí charakter tohoto ojedinělého prostoru. Jednotlivé kapitoly této práce nastiňují různorodost a závažnost tohoto tématu, ze kterého je zřejmá a nutná multioborová spolupráce v plánování rozvoje tak složitého území, jimiž je tato bi-centrická Hradecko-pardubická sídelní aglomerace. V závěru lze nalézt vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu z pohledu plánování rozvoje této aglomerace a možná doporučení pro detailnější řešení zjištěných problémů, které jsou směřovány především pro využití jako podkladu pro veřejnou správu.The dissertation deals with a unique bi-centric agglomeration in the territory of the Czech Republic, from its origins, through the issue of its definition to the current issue not only of urban development. By defining individual hypotheses, the thesis deals with a multi-branch approach using a variety of different indicators that together form input information about the agglomeration as a whole. Agglomeration as a space requires the collaboration of many disciplines to further specify the present and future character of this unique space. The individual chapters of this work outline the diversity and seriousness of this topic, which shows the multi-branch cooperation in planning the development of such a complex territory as this bi-centric Hradec-Pardubice settlement agglomeration. In conclusion, we can find an evaluation of the current state in terms of planning the development of this agglomeration and possible recommendations for a more detailed solution of identified problems, which are directed mainly to use as a basis for public administration.222 - Katedra městského inženýrstvívyhově

Import 15/01/2013Vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby - Administrativní budovy spočívalo v řešení mnoha specifických konstrukčních detailů. Pro správný návrh bylo vypracováno tepelně technické posouzení jednotlivých konstrukcí. S ohledem na celkovou koncepci objektu byl kladen důraz na návrh konstrukcí a jejich skladeb s cílem nízké energetické náročnosti budovy a nízké zátěži na životní prostředí. Tepelně technické požadavky zohledňují šíření tepla, vlhkosti a vzduchu v konstrukci, které vhodně doplňují technologie pro celkové množství primární energie a celkové potřeby tepla na vytápění. Potřeby na primární energii jsou z velké části pokryty vlastní produkcí energie. Předběžný návrh energetické bilance byl ověřen výpočty pomocí programu Energie 2011. Vyhodnocení energetické náročnosti obálky budovy bylo v rámci Energetického štítku obálky budovy, kde je budova hodnocena jako úsporná.Elaboration of project documentation for construction execution - Offices consisted in solving many specific structural details. For proper thermal design was drawn up technical assessment of each structure. With regard to the overall concept of the building was an emphasis on the design of structures and compositions to low energy performance of the building and low load on the environment. Thermal technical requirements take into account the propagation of heat, moisture and air in the design that complement the technology for the total amount of primary energy and total heat demand for heating. The Comparison of Czech and Slovak Economies in the Background of Economic Reforms

V úvodní kapitole jsou teoreticky představeny hlavní makroekonomické ukazatele. Druhá část seznamuje s reformami, které byly uskutečněny po rozpadu společného státu jako důsledek přechodu od centrálně řízeného hospodářství k tržní ekonomice. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována uskutečněným a plánovaným reformám současnosti. V praktické části je provedeno porovnání hlavních makroekonomických ukazatelů obou zemí. Závěrečná kapitola si klade za cíl předpovědět budoucí vývoj těchto ukazatelů pomocí statistické metody nazvané trendová analýza.The objective of this diploma thesis entitled, {\clqq}The Comparison of Czech and Slovak Economies in the Background of Economic Reforms`` is to compare and contranst progress of both countries formally called Czechoslovakia . The introductory chapter deal with major macroeconomic indicators. The second chapter acquaints with economic reforms which were realized after separation into two different countries following the immediate conversion from a centrally controlled economy to a free market economy . The special chapter deals with present realized and projected economic reforms. A comparison of the main economic indicators of the Czech and Slovak ekonomies is worked out in the practical chapter. The final chapter is setting goals to predict future progress of these indicators using the statistic method called {\clqq}Trend Analysis.`
