Import 15/01/2013Vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby - Administrativní budovy spočívalo v řešení mnoha specifických konstrukčních detailů. Pro správný návrh bylo vypracováno tepelně technické posouzení jednotlivých konstrukcí. S ohledem na celkovou koncepci objektu byl kladen důraz na návrh konstrukcí a jejich skladeb s cílem nízké energetické náročnosti budovy a nízké zátěži na životní prostředí. Tepelně technické požadavky zohledňují šíření tepla, vlhkosti a vzduchu v konstrukci, které vhodně doplňují technologie pro celkové množství primární energie a celkové potřeby tepla na vytápění. Potřeby na primární energii jsou z velké části pokryty vlastní produkcí energie. Předběžný návrh energetické bilance byl ověřen výpočty pomocí programu Energie 2011.
