Taking the mechanism of technological construction guidance theory and mode which consists of “objective-construction-evaluation-construction-objective” as a starting point, on the basis of county agricultural technological innovation ability and its index definition, this paper researches the constructing system of county agricultural technological innovation ability. Firstly, on the basis of defining county agricultural technological innovation ability and the definition of index, according to the principle of purposefulness, scientificity , systematicness, integration of dynamic state and static state, integration of quantitativeness and qualitativeness and so on, we construct the multi-level measuring system of county agricultural technological innovation ability, including 4 first-level indices, namely technological innovation environment, technological innovation basis, technological innovation ability, and technological innovation efficiency; 15 second-level indices, such as technological policy, technological system mechanism, technological institution construction, ability of innovation subject, ability of industrial expansion, scale merit, technological contribution rate. Moreover, this system has 45 third-level indices. Then, by using unascertained mathematics method and AHM method, we establish the multi-level unascertained composite measuring model of county agricultural technological innovation ability index. Finally, by using the survey data of one county in Hebei Province, and the established county agricultural technological innovation ability index model, we get the county agricultural technological innovation ability index of 0.711 by calculation, that is, the innovation ability is at the intermediate level, namely the modern agricultural sub-stage. The empirical research proves the correctness and applicability of this model

Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics of a New Type of Compound Lansoprazole Capsule in Gastric Ulcer Rats and Beagle Dogs: Importance of Adjusting Oxidative Stress and Inflammation

: The aim of this study was to investigate the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of a new type of compound lansoprazole capsule in gastric ulcer rats and beagle dogs in order to confirm whether it is more effective in treating gastric ulcers and its rapid absorption. A rat model of gastric ulcers was used to evaluate the anti-ulcerogenic effect of the compound lansoprazole capsule. A fast and sensitive UPLC-MS/MS method was developed to detect lansoprazole in dog plasma. Macroscopic and histological evaluation results revealed that the compound lansoprazole capsule is more effective in treating gastric ulcers as it was able to significantly reduce the gastric ulcer compared to the other groups. Additionally, it was able to enhance the expression of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) and suppress lipid peroxidation as indicated by the reduction of malondialdehyde (MDA) and H+-K+-ATP activity. Furthermore, this capsule increased the expression of mucosal vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cyclic oxygenase 2 (COX-2). The established UPLC-MS/MS method was successfully applied to the evaluation of pharmacokinetic parameters of lansoprazole in beagle dogs. The results indicate that the compound lansoprazole capsule had an advantage of rapid absorption. This study demonstrated that the compound lansoprazole capsule has better gastroprotective activity and that this might be related to its positive influence on oxidative stress and inflammation. This new type of compound lansoprazole capsule may be potentially useful in preclinical therapy

A series of novel compounds, namely 1-(diethoxyphosphoryl)-3-(4-ones-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)propan-2-yl carboxylic esters, were designed on the basis of the diazafulvene intermediate of imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydratase (IGPD) and high-activity inhibitors of IGPD, and synthesized as inhibitors targeting IGPD in plants. Their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 31P-NMR and HR-MS. The herbicidal evaluation performed by a Petri dish culture method showed that most compounds possessed moderate to good herbicidal activities. Six compounds were chosen for further herbicidal evaluation on barnyard grass by pot experiments. 1-(Diethoxyphosphoryl)-3-(4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)propan-2-yl 2-(naphthalen-1-yl)acetate (5-A3) and ethyl 1-(2-acetoxy-3-(diethoxyphosphoryl)propyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate (5-B4) showed good herbicidal activities. Compared with the compounds with the best herbicidal activity ever reported, both compounds 5-A3 and 5-B4, which can inhibit the growth of barnyard grass at the concentration of 250g/hm2, efficiently gave rise to a nearly 4-fold increase of the herbicidal potency. However, their herbicidal activities were lower than that of acetochlor (62.5 g/hm2) in the pot experiments

<div><p>Decision making for supermarket food purchase decisions are characterized by network relationships. This paper analyzed factors that influence supermarket food selection and proposes a supplier evaluation index system based on the whole process of food production. The author established the intuitive interval value fuzzy set evaluation model based on characteristics of the network relationship among decision makers, and validated for a multiple attribute decision making case study. Thus, the proposed model provides a reliable, accurate method for multiple attribute decision making.</p></div
