    Designed Metamagnetism in CoMnGe_{1-x}P_{x}

    Full text link
    We extend our previous theoretical study of Mn-based orthorhombic metamagnets to those that possess large nearest neighbour Mn-Mn separations (d1>3.22A). Based on our calculations, we design and synthesize a series of alloys, CoMnGe_{1-x}P_{x}, to experimentally demonstrate the validity of the model. Unusually, we predict and prepare several metamagnets from two ferromagnetic end-members, thus demonstrating a new example of how to vary crystal structure, within the Pnma symmetry group, to provide highly tunable metamagnetism

    The problems studied in this research are (1) Why is the examination of PHI case not yet fast, fair and cheap? (2) What are the obstacles in the examination of cases in the IRC that have not been fast, fair and cheap? (3) How is the examination of the case in PHI based on the value of fast, fair and cheap? The research method used sociological juridical approach. Technique of collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study concluded (1) The examination of the case in the IRC has not been fast, fair and cheap due mainly to differences in perception of Lawmakers with the parties. (2) Obstacles to the examination of a PHI case are: filing a lawsuit, longer invitation because the defendant's residence is outside the legal area of the IRC, the defendant has died, the company is not operational, the lack of control of the union administrator, (3) in PHI based on the value of fast, fair and cheap is by consensus consensu

    Current-perpendicular-to-plane giant magnetoresistance of a spin valve using Co2MnSi Heusler alloy electrodes

    We report the current-perpendicular-to-plane giant magnetoresistance of a spin valve with Co2MnSi (CMS) Heusler alloy ferromagnetic electrodes. A multilayer stack of Cr/Ag/Cr/CMS/Cu/CMS/Fe25Co75/Ir28Mn72/Ru was deposited on a MgO (001) single crystal substrate. The bottom CMS layer was epitaxially grown on the Cr/Ag/Cr buffer layers and was ordered to the L21 structure after annealing at 673 K. The upper CMS layer was found to grow epitaxially on the Cu spacer layer despite the large lattice mismatch between Cu and CMS. The highest MR ratios of 8.6% and 30.7% for CPP-GMR were recorded at room temperature and 6 K, respectively. The high spin polarization of the epitaxial CMS layers is the most likely origin of the high MR ratio.Comment: 14 pages, 3 figures, presented at the 53rd Annual Conference on Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, to be published in J. There are many overlapping regulations, and also the investment climate that is really needed to grow significantly in competition with the global world, of course to regulate this requires a regulation that can accommodate the many regulations that exist in Indonesia. Since Indonesia's independence in 1945, the government (executive and legislative) has produced laws and regulations to regulate society in the form of regeling (regulations) and beschikking (decisions). Due to the large number of overlapping regulations, many are then submitted for judicial review or testing of statutory regulations to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. Since the establishment of the Constitutional Court in 2003, many laws have been submitted to the Constitutional Court because they were deemed to be in conflict with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. And it is true that these regulations have also been annulled by the Constitutional Court and deemed to be in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
