Import 04/07/2011Tato práce se zabývá dopadem světové hospodářské krize a jejím řešením ve firmě CIE Automotive CZ, která sídlí ve Valašském Meziříčí a vyrábí lisované výrobky pro automobilový průmysl. Teoretická část práce popisuje vznik hospodářské krize v hypotečním sektoru USA a následné rozšíření do dalších sektorů světové ekonomiky spolu s dopadem na makroekonomické ukazatele Evropské unie a České republiky, včetně nejvýznamnějších opatření proti dopadům světové obou subjektů. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu dopadu světové krize na firmu CIE Unitools Press a vliv na hospodářské výsledky firmy v letech 2008 – 2010. Na tuto část navazuje analýza konkrétních protikrizových opatření ve firmě CIE Unitools Press a hodnocení jejich efektivity.This work deals with the impact of the global economic crisis and its solutions within the UK company CIE Automotive, based in Valasske Mezirici and manufacturing molded products for the automotive industry. The theoretical part describes the rise of economic crisis in U.S. mortgage sector and then its spread to other sectors of the global economy, together with the impact on macro-economic indicators of EU and Czech Republic, including the most significant measures of global action against both players. The practical part of the work deals with the fallout of the global crisis on the company CIE Unitools Press and the impact on the economic results of the company in 2008 - 2010. This part is followed by the analysis of specific anti-crisis measures in the company CIE Unitools Press and the evaluation of their effectiveness.120 - Katedra evropské integracevýborn

The Analysis of Material Flow Between a Wire Rod Mill and the KOCH Cold Stretching Line

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a řešením toku materiálu mezi válcovnou drátů a protahovací linkou KOCH ve firmě Liberty Ostrava a.s. Cílem práce je navrhnout optimální řešení přesunu materiálu z hlediska optimalizace času, nákladů a pracovních prostředků. Práce je dále rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá zmapováním firmy a vysvětlením technologie výroby drátu. Dále je v ní zahrnut popis výroby drátu na lince a způsoby přepravy materiálu. V části praktické je daná problematika graficky a numericky analyzována a pomocí výsledků nadále posuzována. Na tuto část pak navazuje návrh řešení.The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and solution of the material flow between the wire rod mill and the KOCH cold stretching line in the company Liberty Ostrava a.s. The goal of this work is to propose an optimal solution of material transfer in terms of time, cost and labour optimization. The thesis is further divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with mapping the company and explaining technology used for making the wire. It also includes a description of the production of wire itself on the line and methods of transporting material. In the practical part, the issue is graphically and numerically analyzed and further assessed by used results.
