The impact of transformational leadership on employees’ job performance and organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating role of organizational commitment: A study in the Vietnam aviation industry

This study aims to examine the mediating role of components in organizational commitment in the relationship between dimensions of transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior along with employee job performance. Data was collected from 400 employees in aviation organizations in Ho Chi Minh City. SmartPLS 3 and PROCESS macro are used to evaluate the measurement model and the indirect relationships in the research model. The results revealed that organizational commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership style and OCBO, while only the affective commitment dimension in organizational commitment fully mediates the association between transformational leadership and employee performance. Based on these results, organizations in the aviation industry may apply them to their human resource strategies to increase commitment, OCBO, and employees performance

MỘT SỐ KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU VỀ GIỐNG CAO SU TIỂU ĐIỀN TẠI HUYỆN BỐ TRẠCH - TỈNH QUẢNG BÌNH

Tóm tắt. Diện tích cao su của tỉnh Quảng Bình đến năm 2010 đạt 12.642 ha, trong đó cao su tiểu điền đạt 7335,6 ha; Phân bố chủ yếu ở 5 huyện (Bố Trạch, Lệ Thủy, Minh Hóa, Tuyên Hóa và Quảng Ninh), trong đó Bố Trạch là huyện có tỷ lệ diện tích cao su tiểu điền lớn nhất. Cao su tiểu điền được trồng chủ yếu  theo Chương trình 327, dự án Đa dạng hóa Nông nghiệp (ĐDHNN). Trên toàn tỉnh có 9 giống đã được đưa vào cơ cấu trồng trọt: RRIM600, GT1, PB235, PB255, PB260, RRIV2, RRIV4, RRIC121 và VM515. Trải qua nhiều năm sinh trưởng, phát triển một số giống đã thể hiện sự thích ứng tốt với điều kiện  của vùng, một số giống đã đưa vào khai thác và bước đầu đưa lại hiệu quả kinh tế khá cho các nông hộ trồng cao su như giống RRIM600. Một số đặc tính tốt của các giống như chiều cao dưới cành thấp, chống đổ ngã tốt, vanh thân và năng suất cá thể tương đối cao. Hàm lượng mủ khô (DRC) khá cao trong suốt thời gian thu hoạch, bệnh loét sọc mặt cạo, khô miệng cạo, rụng lá phấn trắng và bệnh héo đen đầu lá chiếm tỷ lệ tương đối thấp. Việc xem xét đánh giá các giống đang trồng cần được tiếp tục để làm cơ sở cho việc đề xuất về cơ cấu giống cho việc phát triển cao su trong tương lai
