    Penerapan Metode Rating Scale Sebagai Penilaian Kinerja Petugas Rekam Medis Di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Gorontalo

    Rekam Medis merupakan unit penting di rumah sakit, oleh karena itu dilakukan penilaian kinerja petugas rekam medis karena pelaksanaan kegiatan rekam medis harus dikelola oleh orang yang kompeten dibidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai bagaimana kinerja petugas dan sumber daya manusia dalam penilaian kinerja petugas rekam medis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskrptif analitik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas rekam medis rawat jalan (poliklinik), rawar inap dan UGD berjumlah 40 responden di RSI Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 40 responden kualitas kerja baik yaitu sebanyak 26 responden (65,0%), kualitas kerja cukup sebanyak 11 responden (27,5), kualitas kerja kurang sebanyak 3 responden (7,5%). Kuantitas kerja diketahui bahwa dari 40 responden kuantitas kerja baik sebanyak 26 responden (65,0%), kuantitas kerja cukup dan kurang sebanyak 7 responden (17,5%). Ketepatan waktu diketahui bahwa dari 40 responden yang tepat waktu sebanyak 28 responden (70,0%), tidak tepat waktu sebanyak 12 responden (30,0%). Untuk tingkat pengetahuan diketahui bahwa yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 11 responden (27,5%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 17 responden (42,5%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 12 responden (30,0%). Dan berdasarkan variabel sikap diketahui bahwa dari 40 responden yang memiliki sikap positif sebanyak 28 responden (70,0%), sikap negatif sebanyak 12 responde (30,0%). Saran bagi RSI Gorontalo agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan sumber daya manusia dari segi kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, pengetahuan dan sikap yang menjadi faktor paling utama dalam penilaian kinerja

    Subtypes of Acute Ischemic Stroke

    Background: To determine the frequency ofvarious subtypes of acute ischemic stroke amongpatients using the TOAST criteria.Methods: In this prospective, cross sectional study156 consecutive stroke patients fulfilling theinclusion criteria were recruited. Information on riskfactors like age, gender, diabetes and hypertensionwas collected. Physical and neurologicalexamination was done and relevant investigationswere reviewed, to classify the subtype of strokeaccording to TOAST criteria. . Risk factors like age,gender, diabetes and hypertension were comparedwith stroke subtypes after stratification using thechi-square test with significance at p < 0.05.Results: Out of the 156 patients with acute ischemicstroke, mean age at presentation was 63.51 years.Among them 75% had hypertension and 48.1% werediabetics. The various subtypes of acute ischemicstroke were Large artery atherosclerosis(35.3%)whichwas the commonest cause. Large arteryatherosclerosis was found to be more common infemales (47.1% vs 25.6%) whereas cardioembolicstrokes were more common in males (29.1% vs17.1%) (p value 0.02). When hypertension anddiabetes was compared with stroke subtypes theresults were statistically insignificant (p value.>0.05).Conclusion: Higher incidence of large artery andcardioembolic disease was found. Preventive effortsagainst the burden of ischemic stroke should focuson risk factor intervention for each patient accordingto subtype rather than ischemic stroke as a whole

    2D HYPERSPECTRAL FRAME IMAGER CAMERA DATA IN PHOTOGRAMMETRIC MOSAICKING

    A new 2D hyperspectral frame camera system has been developed by VTT (Technical Research Center of Finland) and Rikola Ltd. It contains frame based and very light camera with RGB-NIR sensor and it is suitable for light weight and cost effective UAV planes. MosaicMill Ltd. has converted the camera data into proper format for photogrammetric processing, and camera’s geometrical accuracy and stability are evaluated to guarantee required accuracies for end user applications. MosaicMill Ltd. has also applied its' EnsoMOSAIC technology to process hyperspectral data into orthomosaics. This article describes the main steps and results on applying hyperspectral sensor in orthomosaicking. The most promising results as well as challenges in agriculture and forestry are also described
