     備前一宮とされる吉備津宮に関連する「備前国一宮社法」「備前国総社家社僧中神前御祈念之事等注文」「備前一宮御神事絵巻」は、室町時 代の年紀を有し、中世史料と考えられてきた。しかし、人名、地名、および「国主」という用語に即して関連史料を探索してみると、近世初 期に成立した史料と考えられる。それでも史料の作成者が、康永や文明など中世の年号を付したのは、中世松田氏が近世池田氏の前身だとい う近世初期の歴史認識の現れと考察した

    Non-LTE Line-Formation and Abundances of Sulfur and Zinc in F, G, and K Stars

    Extensive statistical-equilibrium calculations on neutral sulfur and zinc were carried out, in order to investigate how the non-LTE effect plays a role in the determination of S and Zn abundances in F, G, and K stars. Having checked on the spectra of representative F-type stars (Polaris, Procyon, and alpha Per) and the Sun that our non-LTE corrections yield a reasonable consistency between the abundances derived from different lines, we tried an extensive non-LTE reanalysis of published equivalent-width data of S I and Zn I lines for metal-poor halo/disk stars. According to our calculations, S I 9212/9228/9237 lines suffer significant negative non-LTE corrections amounting to <~ 0.2--0.3 dex, while LTE is practically valid for S I 8683/8694 lines. Embarrassingly, as far as the very metal-poor regime is concerned, a marked discordance is observed between the [S/Fe] values from these two abundance indicators, in the sense that the former attains a nearly flat plateau (or even a slight downward bending) while the latter shows an ever-increasing trend with a further lowering of metallicity. The reason for this discrepancy is yet to be clarified. Regarding Zn, we almost confirmed the characteristic tendencies of [Zn/Fe] reported from recent LTE studies (i.e., an evident/slight increase of [Zn/Fe] with a decrease of [Fe/H] for very metal-poor/disk stars), since the non-LTE corrections for the Zn I 4722/4810 and 6362 lines (tending to be positive and gradually increasing towards lower [Fe/H]) are quantitatively of less significance (<~ 0.1 dex).Comment: 33 pages, 7 figures, PASJ, Vol. 57, No. 5 (2005) in pres

    Immunoregulatory effects triggered by immunobiotic Lactobacillus jensenii TL2937 strain involve efficient phagocytosis in porcine antigen presenting cells

    Background: Immunobiotic Lactobacillus jensenii TL2937 modulates porcine mononuclear phagocytes from Peyer?s patches (PPMPs) and induces a differential production of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in response to Toll-like receptor (TLR)-4 activation. Objective: In view of the important role played by phagocytosis in the activation of antigen presenting cells (APCs), the aim of the present work was to examine the interaction of TL2937 with porcine PPMPs focusing on phagocytosis. In addition, this study aimed to investigate whether the effects of L. jensenii TL2937 in porcine blood monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MoDCs) are similar to those found in PPMPs considering that MoDCs do not recapitulate all functions of mucosal APCs. Results: studies showed a high ability of porcine CD172a+ PPMPs to phagocytose L. jensenii TL2937. Interestingly, our results also revealed a reduced capacity of the non-immunomodulatory L. plantarum TL2766 to be phagocytosed by those immune cells. Phagocytosis of L. jensenii TL2937 by porcine PPMPs was partially dependent on TLR2. In addition, we demonstrated that TL2937 strain was able to improve the expression of IL-1, IL-12 and IL-10 in immature MoDCs resembling the effect of this immunobiotic bacterium on PPMPs. Moreover, similarly to PPMPs those immunomodulatory effects were related to the higher capacity of TL2937 to be phagocytosed by immature MoDCs. Conclusions: Microbial recognition in APCs could be effectively mediated through ligand-receptor interactions that then mediate phagocytosis and signaling. For the immunobiotic strain TL2937, TLR2 has a partial role for its interaction with porcine APCs and it is necessary to investigate the role of other receptors. A challenge for future research will be advance in the full understanding of the molecular interactions of immunobiotic L. jensenii TL2937 with porcine APCs that will be crucial for the successful development of functional feeds for the porcine host.     K-doped Ba122 epitaxial thin film on MgO substrate by buffer engineering

    Molecular beam epitaxy of K-doped Ba122 (Ba1x_{1-x}Kx_xFe2_\text{2}As2_\text{2}) superconductor was realized on a MgO substrate. Microstructural observation revealed that the undoped Ba122 served as a perfect buffer layer for epitaxial growth of the K-doped Ba122. The film exhibited a high critical temperature of 39.8 K and a high critical current density of 3.9 MA/cm2^\text{2} at 4 K. The successful growth of epitaxial thin film will enable artificial single grain boundary on oxide bicrystal substrates and reveal the grain boundary transport nature of K-doped Ba122.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, accepted manuscript Supercond.     High Jc_{c} and low anisotropy of hydrogen doped NdFeAsO superconducting thin film

    The recent realisations of hydrogen doped LnFeAsO (Ln = Nd and Sm) superconducting epitaxial thin films call for further investigation of their structural and electrical transport properties. Here, we report on the microstructure of a NdFeAs(O,H) epitaxial thin film and its temperature, field, and orientation dependencies of the resistivity and the critical current density Jc_{c}. The superconducting transition temperature Tc_{c} is comparable to NdFeAs(O,F). Transmission electron microscopy investigation supported that hydrogen is homogenously substituted for oxygen. A high self-field Jc_{c} of over 10 MA/cm2^{2} was recorded at 5 K, which is likely to be caused by a short London penetration depth. The anisotropic Ginzburg–Landau scaling for the angle dependence of Jc_{c} yielded temperature-dependent scaling parameters γJ_{J} that decreased from 1.6 at 30 K to 1.3 at 5 K. This is opposite to the behaviour of NdFeAs(O,F). Additionally, γJ_{J} of NdFeAs(O,H) is smaller than that of NdFeAs(O,F). Our results indicate that heavily electron doping by means of hydrogen substitution for oxygen in LnFeAsO is highly beneficial for achieving high Jc_{c} with low anisotropy without compromising Tc_{c}, which is favourable for high-field magnet applications

    市町村合併によって市町村名称および市町村役場立地がいかにして変化し,また失われた名称が現在どのような形で残っているかを見ることにより,市町村合併がもたらす地域の利便とアイデンティティとの関係の諸相を明らかにした。全国的な変遷と動向をみてから,大阪府域の変化について考察した。その結果,役場に関してはこれまで以上に旧市町村域を考慮した体制が取られているのに対し,名称に関しては旧市町村名称に対してこだわりを見せない姿勢があきらかに見て取れる
