Propuesta de Supply Chain Management y Logística para la empresa Postobón

En el presente trabajo elaborado por el grupo 24 del curso Diplomado en SCM y Logística del periodo 16-02 del año 2022.El objetivo principal de este trabajo es hacer una propuesta en Supply Chain Management para la empresa Postobón. Aplicando los diferentes conocimientos y herramientas del SCM. Se identifica a los miembros de la red a la cual pertenece la organización (clientes y proveedores), se elabora la red estructural, la identificación de las dimensiones estructurales de la red de valor y la explicación de los distintos tipos de vínculos de procesos para la red estructural. También, se configura la red de la cadena de suministros para la compañía según el enfoque Global Supply Chain Fórum GSCF identificando las estructuras y procesos logísticos mediante el uso de modelos propios. En tercer lugar, se desarrolla el enfoque APIS- SCOR teniendo en cuenta los aspectos importantes de este modelo que son: la planeación, el aprovisionamiento, la manufactura, la distribución, el retorno y soporte. Se analizó la posición de Colombia en términos de logística según el informe del Banco Mundial de los años 2012, 2014, 2016 y 2018.In the present work elaborated by the group 24 of the course Diploma in SCM and Logistics of the period 16-02 of the year 2022.
