    Cinyurup kampung has the potential of high biodiversity of flora and fauna, which often have problems of environmental degradation. The purpose of the research was to identify agritourism potential as effort for identifying agritourism potential as conservative action to realize sustainable development in the region. It used descriptive squalitative method with data collection through observation, interview, questionnaire distribution and documentary study. The result indicted that there is agritourism potential such as physical condition; agricultural commodity, sheep farming; and other tourism supporting potential. Visitors can enjoy directly natural panorama that is cool, clean and beautiful and do recreation tourism attraction activity and scientific activity such as cultivation and talas beneng commodity processing to be main product, making compost fertilizer, biogas and field laboratory. Agritourism activity in Cinyurup kampung, kelurahan Juhut Karangtanjung district, Pandeglang regency Banten is proper step in conservation action. Because conservation areas such as management, USAge and conservation on biodiversity having potential as agritourism can give economic profit for society and ecosystem balance in Gunung Karang area. So, it may be consideration for future interest and realize sustainable development

    The objective of research was to identify potential plants in order to be utilized as medicinal plant in the yard by community at Cimenteng village in Ujung Kulon National Park Area. Survey and interview method has been carried out with quantitative and qualitative approach. Data was collected by using explorative survey with interview and direct observation in fieldl; and analyzed descriptively. The result indicated that 48 plants have been identified and shown medicinal property; among them 20 plants cultivated in yard and 28 plants grown wildly around the yard. If the plants managed well, then Cimenteng village has an opportunity to be developed as agrotourism village. More than 30 medicinal plants area can be developed as tourism object which is economically will give a benefit for the community

    Characteristics of the Ability of Physics Concept in Enrichment Teaching Materials of Natural and Mineral Resources (NMRs) Literacy

    This study is aimed at describing the characteristics of basic physics concepts in materials of science literacy enrichment of natural and mineral resources (NMRs) prepared by students of Physics Education Department, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method of data collection for scientific literacy ability of NMRs is obtained from the description of NMRs, results of describing the enrichment materials of NMRs process, the basic concepts of physics, and context as well as attitudes of students towards NMRs through paper enrichment materials. This study was conducted to 15 documents of enrichment materials made by students. The study concluded that: (1) characteristics of students\u27 ability to describe the physics concepts in literacy enrichment materials NMRs show variation; (2) the ability of describing concept of fundamental physics in five NMRs groups being investigated shows a low gains. The study recommends that the application of material needs developing and teaching media literacy enrichment and physical sciences should have more contextual NMRs for secondary, high school and undergraduate students

    Salah satu persoalan klasik di dalam masyarakat adalah friksi dan konflik. Konsekuensi dari kedua hal ini dapat diselesaikan, salah satunya melalui pemaafan. Salah satu suku yang menarik untuk ditelaah dinamikan pemaafan yang ada di dalam masyarakatnya adalah suku Bugis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pemaafan pada orang Bugis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, diperoleh tiga orang partisipan yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Interpretative pheneomenological analysis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini disajikan dalam dua kategori data, yakni faktor-faktor pemaafan orang Bugis dan dinamika temuan pemaafan orang Bugis. Ditemukan empat faktor yang berperan dalam pemaafan orang Bugis, yaitu ajaran agama dan orang tua, nilai budaya, faktor relasional dan inisiasi permintaan maaf dari pelaku. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ketiga partisipan sebagai masyarakat suku Bugis merupakan orang-orang yang mudah memberi maaf namun jika yang disinggung atau disakiti adalah hal-hal yang meliputi perasaan dan harga diri mereka, maka kondisi tersebut menjadi sulit untuk dimaafkan

    Guru, murid, dan bahan ajar merupakan unsur dominan dalam proses pembelajaran.Kualitas pengajaran mempengaruhi keefektifan proses pembelajaran dan akanberdampak terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmeningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDNegeri 099 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 34 orang siswa dengan 14 orang siswa laki-lakidan 20 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini secara khusus menggunakan rancangan penelitianone group pretest-posttest desaign. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswayang mencapai nilai di 60-100 pada pretest sebanyak 5 siswa, dan pada postest sebanyak25 siswa atau dalam bentuk persentase 15% dan 74%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian inimaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas VSD Negeri 99 Pekanbaru

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi aplikasi metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang diterapkan pada dua Universitas, yaitu Universitas Gunadarma (UG) dan Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 103 mahasiswa UG dan 152 mahasiswa UKSW. Hasil yang didapat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi sederhana dan Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan pendapat antara mahasiswa UG dan UKSW mengenai penerapan aplikasi metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi

    Most of preservice elementary teachers' have misunderstood about aspects of nature of science (NoS). In fact, teachers' understanding of NOS have an impact on learning in the classroom teaching. Purposes of this research are: (1) to know their misunderstood of NoS aspects; and (2) to make an alternative practice that improved their NoS. This research used survey method design. Beliefs about nature of science questionnaire was used as research instrument. The questionnaire currently being developed to break the ground for future cross-sectional research on the nature of science. The questionnaire taps from aspects of nature of science as knowledge, process, attitude, and social dimension. The 56-item NoS questionnaire was administered to a sample of 223 (18% male and 82% female) preservice elementary teachers. The validity of the instrument (questionnaire) used a test construct validity with expert judgment reference and the empirical validity. Data analysis used descriptive with percentage. The main findings were as follows: (1) some aspects of NOS (hypothetico-deductive testing, durable, tentative,) are more misunderstood than others (science as product of imagination and creativity, natural phenomena, social and cultural embeddedness, scientific knowledge is open to revision with the latest evidence, science affects human social life, and scientific method). The misunderstood of NoS aspect can be reduced through explicit-reflective learning, NoS Pedagogical Content Knowledges (PCK), and inquiry and natures of science, technology, and engineering (INSTE) course
