    The employed of budgetary participative to improve managerial performance have been researched since several decade.. To understanding required a contingency variable that influenced the budgetary participative efectivity. Based on prior research, in this study have developed 5 (five) research models that tested the influences of organizational structure, organizational culture, locus of control, self-efficacy and job-relevant information in the relation between employment budgetary partcicipative and managerial performance. The population used in this research are managerial level of banking sector in Central Java. This research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the six groups hypothesis proposed. The results show there are a positive relationship between organizational structure, organizational culture, locus of control, self-efficacy, job-relevant information and budgetary participative¬managerial performance. The acceptable test for signification test model have done by testing goodness of fit that is GFI (Goodnes of Fit index), AGFI (Adjusted Goodnes of Fit Index), CFI (Comaparative Fit Index), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) and CR (Critical Ratio)

    Knowledge grows not only how knowledge can be diffused but how it can continue to generalize new synergies with effective management of intangible assets. Competition between companies makes companies use the knowledge they only have to make decisions in the process of generating new things. The role of knowledge-oriented leadership in organizational innovation is being the core of sustainable business growth, however knowledge-oriented leadership has failed to build a significant relationship between leadership and innovation. The results showed that Knowledge Oriented Leadership was proven to have a significant positive effect on Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation. Knowledge Oriented Leadership is not proven to have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation have an effect proven to have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation can mediate the relationship between Knowledge Oriented Leadership and Innovation performance

    This research aims to analyze and test intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on heart specialists' performance at Telogorejo Hospital. The qualitative approach was used with 51 people as primary data. Surveys as data collection are used by providing questionnaires that must be filled out by respondents. In this research, data has been analyzed through reliability tests, classical assumption tests, validity tests, and T-Test to prove research hypotheses with a software namely measured using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 16.0 tool. The result shows that the T-Test for heart specialists at the intellectual intelligence does not impact in negative -0,92 with a significance 0,927 toward performance. It aligns with emotional intelligence with -0,691 with a significance 0,493.
