Reliable TSM operation is assured through a comprehensive design, development, and testing program. The results of the concept verification test (CVT) and the resulting impact on prototype TSM design are presented.     Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang mendorong manusia untuk senantiasa menjaga kesehatannya. Organisasi penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti Puskesmas merupakan wujud penyediaan sumber daya di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Lembasada Kabupaten Donggala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel rawat jalan sebanyak 95 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square, pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (ρ < 0,05). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan akses (keterjangkauan) dengan kepuasan pasien (ρ = 0,057), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan kompetensi teknis dengan kepuasan pasien (ρ = 0,005), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan ketepatan waktu dengan kepuasan pasien (ρ = 0,004), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan hubungan antar manusia dengan kepuasan pasien (ρ = 0,002). Disarankan pada pihak manajemen Puskesmas untuk selalu memantau dan menganalisis setiap keluhan dan harapan pasien yang berkaitan dengan mutu layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas tersebut

    Remote sensing image plays a very important role for GIS services as one of its important data source. It’s very large volume requirement may lead to latency during data transmission. Several alternative solutions are identified as the solution for the issue. This paper is intended to discuss the effect of image compression technique to allow the reduction of the storage and bandwidth requirement at the same time maintaining the quality of the compressed image. An experiment has been performed towards several multispectral images to foresee the effectiveness of the proposed method. The ongoing study shows promising result especially in terms of storage and image quality

    Building of the Enabled Web-Based GIS Participation System: A Tool to Enhance Community Participation in City Development Plan

    This research has been conducted under the frame work of GIS interoperability infrastructure financed by the Malaysian Ministry of Science and Technology. In this paper, we discuss the development and analyze the potential application of the Geographical Information System (GIS) and Internet computing to enhance community participation in the decision making processes i.e. in Local Plan of Block 3, Melaka Tengah district as a model. The focus of this paper is on the designing and development of the enabled Web-based GIS Participation System called, GISPSS. It is considered to be similar to a Real Time Resources Discovery Server but it comprises four main complimentary components: the Map Viewer, the Objection Support, the Planning Process Documentation, and the Web Content Management. The functional features of these components are highlighted. The multi-tiered architecture forms the basis of the Enabled Webbased GIS system has been adopted in this research

    Spectrum Analysis of Speech Recognition via Discrete Tchebichef Transform

    Speech recognition is still a growing field. It carries strong potential in the near future as computing power grows. Spectrum analysis is an elementary operation in speech recognition. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is the traditional technique to analyze frequency spectrum of the signal in speech recognition. Speech recognition operation requires heavy computation due to large samples per window. In addition, FFT consists of complex field computing. This paper proposes an approach based on discrete orthonormal Tchebichef polynomials to analyze a vowel and a consonant in spectral frequency for speech recognition. The Discrete Tchebichef Transform (DTT) is used instead of popular FFT. The preliminary experimental results show that DTT has the potential to be a simpler and faster transformation for speech recognition

    This study aims to determine the effect of position promotions and compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 93 employees in Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of position promotion employee performance is(10,637) > (1,986), meaning that position promotions variables significantly affect employee performance. Both compesation on employee performance is (10,637) > (1,986), meaning compesation has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of F test of position promotions and compensation on employee performance is(76,603) >(3,100), meaning position promotions and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

The good database design will in return give a better information sharing and good system in term of data accessibility. The design of the database are presented and illustrated by a case. The preliminary result presented to show that is possible to access a more correct view of the situation in the system development and thereby obtain a better base for making maintenance decisions. The database supports the development of applications e.g. for monitoring the performance of a maintenance in the production, for deciding the most appropriate maintenance policy or for simulating possible maintenance solutions

    This paper proposes a technique that enhances snapshot model for cause of failure and decision analysis in order to easily assist maintenance engineers during identification and definition of the actual maintenance problem. The technique is a hybrid of failure mode, effect and criticality analysis, information technology and decision analysis into the snapshot model. A tool that automates the hybrid of snapshot modelling for cause of failure and decision analysis is also developed. This tool aims to ensure maintenance engineers can conduct snapshot modelling with little or without the help of operation research experts to facilitate in the cause of failure and decision analysis process

    Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan yaitu: (1) mengembangakan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013, (2) mengetahui kualitas instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013, dan (3) mengetahui respon guru terhadap instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan Research and Development (R&amp;D). Model pengembangan perangkat pembelaajran yang disusun dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada jenis pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu yang meliputi (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation dan (5) evaluation. Hasil penelitian dan pengembanagn yaitu: (1) instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X, (2) kualitas instrumen yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi yaitu (a) kevalidan RPP 3,90, (b) kevalidan LKS 3,752, dan (c) kevalidan instrumen pembelajaran 3,58 (3) respon guru terhadap instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 adalah 3,3
