The Effect of Position Equalization Policy Implementation on Employee Job Satisfaction

Bureaucracy is often seen as an obstacle, a burden, and all negative things related to public services. The government through the regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 28 of 2019 concerning Equalization of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions seeks to overcome bureaucratic problems by trimming the hierarchy and level of office in making a decision. The aim is to examine the effect of the implementation of the equalization policy on administrative positions on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that 65.5% or 79 people felt that there was an effect of the implementation of the policy of equalizing administrative positions into functional positions on employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 34.5% or 41 people thought otherwise

Unsteady loads due to propulsive lift configurations. Part D: The development of an experimental facility for the investigation of scaling effects on propulsive lift configurations

The design and construction of an experimental facility for the investigation of scaling effects in propulsive lift configurations are described. The facility was modeled after an existing full size NASA facility which consisted of a coaxial turbofan jet engine with a rectangular nozzle in a blown surface configuration. The flow field of the model facility was examined with and without a simulated wing surface in place at several locations downstream of the nozzle exit plane. Emphasis was placed on obtaining pressure measurements which were made with static probes and surface pressure ports connected via plastic tubing to condenser microphones for fluctuating measurements. Several pressure spectra were compared with those obtained from the NASA facility, and were used in a preliminary evaluation of scaling laws

SANKSI ADMINISTRASI TERHADAP FASILITAS KESEHATAN YANG MELAKUKAN PELANGGARAN ATAS UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 36 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG TENAGA KESEHATAN

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran adminsitratif yang dilakukan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam hubungan kerja dengan tenaga kesehatan dan penerima pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif  dan bagaimanakah pemberlakuan sanksi administratif terhadap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang melakukan pelanggaran administratif terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2014 tentang Tenaga Kesehatan, di mana dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, disimpulkan bahwa:  1. Bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran administratif oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terjadi akibat pimpinan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan/atau kepala daerah yang membawahi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tidak mempertimbangkan pemenuhan kebutuhan sandang, pangan, papan, dan lokasi serta keamanan dan keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan menizinkan tenaga kesehatan warga negara Indonesia dan warga negara asing bekerja tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan dan pimpinan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tidak menyimpan dan menjaga kerahasiaan rekam medis penerima pelayanan kesehatan. 2. Pemberlakukan sanksi administrasi terhadap fasilitas kesehatan merupakan bagian dari upaya penegakan hukum di bidang administrasi apabila fasilitas pelayanan melakukan pelanggaran administratif. Sanksi administratif yang diberlakukan dapat berupa: teguran lisan; peringatan tertulis; denda administratif; dan atau  pencabutan izin, sesuai dengan bentuk pelanggaran yang dilakukan.Kata kunci: sanksi administrasi, fasilitas kesehata
