Die DDR retten? Historisierung der DDR-Diktatur in französischen Medien 1989-2009

Depuis le traité de l’Élysée signé en 1963 par de Gaulle et Adenauer, les relations franco-allemandes étaient avant tout les relations entre la France et la République fédérale. À l’instar de François Mauriac, ministre de De Gaulle, qui disait « J’aime tellement l’Allemagne que je préfère qu’il y en ait deux », une partie de l’opinion publique a considéré la deuxième Allemagne comme une alternative ou un modèle jusqu’en 1989. Dans le contexte de la Guerre froide, il existait un contre-espace public autour du PCF et d’une partie du PS. En 1989, certains Français n’étaient pas prêts à voir disparaître la RDA, une expérience placée sous le signe de l’antifascisme et du communisme, et ils ne doutaient pas de sa capacité à se réformer. De 1990 à 2009, sauver la RDA signifierait donc œuvrer pour un devoir de mémoire, qui ne serait pas seulement axé autour de la mémoire de la dictature et de la délégitimation du système-SED. Cette étude s’articule autour des problématiques de la victoire du monde libre et de la société capitaliste, des questions culturelles et de mémoire avec une mise en perspective des opinions publiques française et allemandes et une analyse des sous-espaces publics ainsi structurés : pour le corpus d’articles de presse ont été privilégiées les années 2000 avec la commémoration des dix ans de l’unité et un premier bilan de l’unification, et 2009 avec la commémoration des soixante ans de la création de la RFA et des vingt ans de la chute du mur, ainsi qu’un débat sur la RDA comme État de non-droit. L’étude met en évidence que la RDA a vraiment occupé une place spécifique dans l’espace public européen et permet de vérifier à travers l’information la persistance d’une nostalgie du communisme en France.Since the signing of the Élysée Treaty in 1963, the Franco-German relationship was above all about France and the Federal Republic. One of de Gaulle’s Minister, François Mauriac, said : “I love Germany so much I’m glad there are two of them” and so thought a part of the public opinion who considered the GDR an alternative or a model until 1989. Back then, some French were not ready for the demise of the GDR, its antifascism and communism. From 1990 to 2009, saving the GDR also meant working for a duty of remembrance, which would not only focus on the memory of the dictatorship and the delegitimation of the SED system.Putting in perspective the French and German public opinions on a public sub-space level, this study addresses the following two issues: the victory of the Free World and the capitalist society and the cultural questions about memory. The corpus favours the 2000s – and especially the first evaluation of the unification upon the commemoration of the ten years of unity – and 2009, covering the commemorations of the FRG creation and the fall of the Berlin wall as well as a debate on the GDR as a state of lawlessness. It highlights the specific place of the GDR in the European public space and corroborates that France looked back on communism with nostalgia

Émergence d’une politique étrangère transnationale et opinion publique germanophone ou européenne ? Le couple franco-allemand au prisme des médias européens pendant la crise en Ukraine

La forte médiatisation des négociations dites de Minsk II entre l’Ukraine et la Russie, initiée par le tandem Merkel-Hollande, permet d’interroger les notions d’espace(s) public(s) européen(s) ou a minima germanophone(s) et franco-allemand(s). Alors que l’historiographie tendit jusqu’alors à envisager plutôt une politique étrangère sans lien intrinsèque avec l’opinion publique, la recherche d’une solution à la crise en Ukraine permet d’analyser le rôle des médias nationaux dans la formation d’espace(s) public(s) transnationaux ou d’opinion(s) publique(s) transnationales et la manière dont se structura cet espace public.Die starke Mediatisierung der Verhandlungen in Minsk (Minsk 2) zwischen der Ukraine und Russland, die auf Betreiben des Tandems Merkel-Hollande zustande kamen, schien die Existenz eines europäischen öffentlichen Raums zu bestätigen oder zumindest eines deutschsprachigen und deutsch-französischen. Während die Historiographie die Außenpolitik eher als Arkanfeld betrachtete, das von der Öffentlichkeit nicht beeinflusst wurde, darf man sich in diesem Fall zu Recht fragen, inwiefern nationale Medien zur Bildung von grenzüberschreitenden öffentlichen Räumen und Öffentlichkeiten beigetragen haben und wie sich die öffentlichen Räume strukturierten.The full media coverage of the so-called Minsk II negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, initiated in tandem by Merkel and Hollande, let us query the notions of European public space or at least question the existence of a German-speaking Frenco-German public area. Hitherto, the historiography tended to consider a foreign policy without intrinsic link to the public opinion, yet it is crucial to analyze the role of national mass media in the creation of one or more transnational public space(s) or opinion(s) and in the way how this public space structured itself

Immunohistochimie des tumeurs mésenchymateuses cutanées à cellules fusiformes du chat (complexe du fibrosarcome félin) : études préliminaires de marqueurs de différenciation

Les sarcomes cutanés félins à cellules fusiformes (SCF) représentent 12 à 41 % des tumeurs cutanées et leur incidence est à la hausse depuis quelques années. Les tumeurs du "complexe fibrosarcome" félin (fibrosarcomes, fasciites nodulaires et fibrohistiocytomes malins) en représentent le premier type tumoral et tous sexes, tous âges et toutes races de chat sont atteints. Leur agressivité locale fréquente et leur haut pouvoir de récidive rendent leur traitement, souvent coûteux, difficile. Bien que ces tumeurs aient un aspect macroscopique similaire, leur pléomorphisme histologique fréquent amène les anatomopathologistes à leur donner des diagnostics différents. Le but de cette étude est donc, à l'aide d'un panel restreint d'anticorps spécifiques, d'aide à leur identification afin de rendre le pronostic et ultérieurement l'orientation thérapeutique moins problématiques. Six marqueurs de différentiation (NSE,HHF35,MAC387,S100,NF et GFAP) ont été testés immunohistochimiquement, à l'aide d'une technique Streptavidinbiotine peroxidase standard, sur 35 SCF préalablement classés dans un groupe tumoral selon les critères morphohistopathogéniques habituellement utilisés dans la littérature

Functional Anatomy of the Inferior Longitudinal Fasciculus: From Historical Reports to Current Hypotheses

The inferior longitudinal fasciculus (ILF) is a long-range, associative white matter pathway that connects the occipital and temporal-occipital areas of the brain to the anterior temporal areas. In view of the ILF’s anatomic connections, it has been suggested that this pathway has a major role in a relatively large array of brain functions. Until recently, however, the literature data on these potential functions were scarce. Here, we review the key findings of recent anatomic, neuromodulation, and neuropsychological studies. We also summarize reports on how this tract is disrupted in a wide range of brain disorders, including psychopathologic, neurodevelopmental, and neurologic diseases. Our review reveals that the ILF is a multilayered, bidirectional tract involved in processing and modulating visual cues and thus in visually guided decisions and behaviors. Accordingly, sudden disruption of the ILF by neurologic insult is mainly associated with neuropsychological impairments of visual cognition (e.g., visual agnosia, prosopagnosia, and alexia). Furthermore, disruption of the ILF may constitute the pathophysiologic basis for visual hallucinations and socio-emotional impairments in schizophrenia, as well as emotional difficulties in autism spectrum disorder. Degeneration of the ILF in neurodegenerative diseases affecting the temporal lobe may explain (at least in part) the gradual onset of semantic and lexical access difficulties. Although some of the functions mediated by the ILF appear to be relatively lateralized, observations from neurosurgery suggest that disruption of the tract’s anterior portion can be dynamically compensated for by the contralateral portion. This might explain why bilateral disruption of the ILF in either acute or progressive disease is highly detrimental in neuropsychological terms

Cet article interroge les images en mouvement dans leurs caractéristiques spatiales et temporelles, au sein des espaces d’exposition. Il s’agira de considérer le cinéma conjointement en tant que pratique et langage notamment en étudiant les spécificités de l’image cinématographique et sa réappropriation par les artistes. Si la situation spectatorielle traditionnellement admise au cinéma est de visionner un film confortablement installé dans un fauteuil, face à un grand écran et au sein d’une salle obscure, l’histoire de l’art moderne et contemporain foisonne d’exemples questionnant, détournant ou se réappropriant cette situation. Nous analyserons les modalités réceptives de dispositifs à mi-chemin entre salles obscures et salles d’exposition

El Dios de Jesús fundamento de la espiritualidad cristiana

We can not speak of Christian spirituality without referring to Jesus of Nazareth who, with his committed practice, communicates to us that correct image of God in order to found a correct spirituality. Nevertheless, throughout history many images of God have been constructed, which have inspired different spiritualities that, to be distant from the God revealed by Jesus, became alienating and destructive to Christian life. Hence, we need to return to Jesus and discover God in the image of the loving and merciful Father for a healthy spirituality of openness and recognition for ourselves and others.No se puede hablar de espiritualidad cristiana sin remitirnos a Jesús de Nazaret, quien con su práctica comprometida nos comunica esa imagen correcta de Dios para fundar una recta espiritualidad.  No obstante, a largo de la historia se han construido muchas imágenes de Dios que han inspirado diferentes espiritualidades que al estar alejadas del Dios revelado por Jesús, se  hicieron alienantes y destructivas para la vida cristiana. De ahí que tengamos que regresar a Jesús y descubrir a Dios en la imagen del Padre, amoroso y misericordioso para una espiritualidad saludable de apertura y reconocimiento para nosotros mismos y los demás
