Kepuasan Konsumen pada Hypermarket Kota Tangerang Selatan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on Carrefour consumer satisfaction. The object of analysis in this study is Carrefour Pamulang. While the units of analysis are consumers who were found shopping at the time the study was conducted. The research method uses quantitative, descriptive and survey. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis with 84 samples and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Furthermore, the study was tested with the stages of analysis that included a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, a validity test, a reliability test, a classic assumption test, a linear regression test and a coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.435 and determination of 18.9%, while the remaining 81.1% is explained by other variables outside this study, for example location, price, promotion, image and others. This finding proves that consumer satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The better the services provided will increase customer satisfaction, thus loyalty will be born

Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) Positioning on Strengthening Partnership with Midwives

Background of this research was the still high number of infant mortality and high use of Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs). The This study aims aimed to determine TBAs positioning on the effort of strengthening partnership with midwives. A number of pregnant women, TBAs, and midwives become became informants, through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The results showed positioning TBAs still needed with different roles but side by side with midwife role, used by primi and multi pregnant women before and during pregnancy, during and after birth. The requirement forrequirement for TBAs was derived from parents as a cultural heritage, whereas the requirement for midwife obtained was from formal and non- formal information. The TBAs services toward maintain family health care including include cultural events. The midwife is givingserved professional servicescare. The partnership includes clients registration, motivation, abnormalities early detection. There has had been an unwritten financing unwritten agreement. The TBAs midwife partnership needs to be strengthened through legislation and , communication to diverse audiences in order to form the right positioning

The research is aimed to apply the teaching and learning method by using studi case method. On MICE study program, one of the subjects given is the basic knowledge how to organizing convention. On the subject the students learn how to organize the convention professionally. The learning process make the students will be creative to organize one convention. The teaching and learning process use the Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) by distributing and deviding the classs or students in to small group 4-5 student in one group. Hubungan Self-care Dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Diabetes Mellitus (Dm) Di Persatuan Diabetes Indonesia (Persadia) Cabang Cimahi

Introduction: The relation between self care and patient\u27s diabetes mellitus quality of life in Persatuan Diabetes Indonesia (PERSADIA) in Cimahi. Self care ability is important in improving patient\u27s quality of life (QOL). Method: Using cross sectional method, this research is designed to identify the relationship between self care and patient\u27s QOL in PERSADIA Cimahi, West Java. A hundred twenty five PERSADIA members were recruited and examined using Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA),Diabetes Quality Of Life (DQOL) and Beck Depression Inventory II. Result: The results showed no significant correlation between self care activity and QOL (p=0,164) as influenced by gender (p=0,006), depression (p=0,001). Discussion: Increase of one unit self-care was likely to increase 6,1% QOL after controlled by gender and depression. Self care improvement can be performed through developing structured education, improving nurse\u27s competency in diabetes care and conducting diabetes screening program for DM patients

Pengaruh Augmentative and Alternative Communication Terhadap Komunikasi Dan Depresi Pasien Afasia Motorik

Aphasia is one of the stroke impacts. Currently, the focus of the aphasia intervention in the hospital is physical aspects. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to patients' communication ability and depression rates in Aphasia Motoric cases. The research design was quasi experiment with the post-test non-equivalent control group approach. The samples were 21 respondents who divided into two groups: 11 respondents in the control group and 10 respondents in the intervention group. Samples were chosen using the consecutive sampling method. This study used the Derby Functional Communication Scale and the Aphasic Depression Rating Scale to evaluate the communication ability and the depression rate of patients. AAC is an alternative way to communicate with patients who have disability verbal. This process used some media such as, a communication book, magazines, newspapers, family photos, cards, stationaries, and music. The AAC method has several activities such as pointing to particular pictures, naming, reviewing, writing, and reading. The study found that there were no significant differences of the communication ability between two groups of samples (p=0.542). In addition, there were significant rates of the depression between two groups of samples (p=0.022). This study suggests that nurses should apply the AAC method in the communication process especially to patients with stoke to facilitate the communication process and to reduce the patient's depression

Efektifitas Aplikasi Smartphone dalam Upaya Peningkatan Resusitasi Jantung Paru

Henti jantung merupakan penyebab kematian paling umum di masyarakat saat ini, baik di negara maju maupun berkembang. Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP) adalah tindakan darurat yang diambil untuk memulihkan pernapasan dan henti jantung serta mencegah kematian. Hingga saat ini, CPR merupakan salah satu langkah penting dalam pertolongan pertama pada henti jantung serta henti napas dan jantung akibat trauma. Tindakan CPR harus dilaksanakan dengan cepat dan efektif, sehingga diperlukan tindakan cepat dalam penyelamatan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan 7 artikel yang dipublikasikan dan peer-reviewed. Artikel yang melakukan review diperoleh melalui jurnal berbasis data yaitu PubMed dengan kata kunci health education, basic life support, dan Google Scholar, dengan kata kunci Smartphone and Cardiac Resuscitation, cardiac arrest. Pencarian terbatas pada 2015-2020, yang dapat diakses secara gratis-teks lengkap. Artikel tersebut kemudian menjalani proses identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan penyertaan artikel.
