Mutu Bakso Ikan Ekor Kuning (Caesio Cuning) Dengan Penambahan Rebung (Dendrocalamus Asper)

This study aims to get the exact formulation of the slurry shoots with yellowtail fish meat in the manufacture of composite flour meatballs using sago starch and tapioca starch as a filler. The expected benefits of this research is the improve of the nutritional value of the meatballs with the addition of bamboo shoots and increase the diversity of fishery product processing and dissemination of fish balls. The method used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment in this study is P1 (25% bamboo shoots : 35% yellowtail fish), P2 (20% bamboo shoots : 40% yellowtail fish), P3 (15% bamboo shoots : 45% yellowtail fish), P4 (10% bamboo shoots : 50% yellowtail fish), P5 (5% bamboo shoots : 55% yellowtail fish). The results of this study showed that the addition ratio of shoots on yellowtail fish balls significant effect on water content, fiber content and protein levels as well as color, aroma, flavor and texture of the meatballs are descriptive, but no effect was not apparent to the hedonic test on the attributes of color, texture and an overall assessment. The best treatment is P1 (25% bamboo shoots : 35% yellowtail fish)

Evaluasi Website Rakuten Indonesia Dengan Eyetracking Usability Testing

The increasing internet users in Indonesia has encourage companies to take advantage of internet technology in its business (e-commerce). Amid the growth of e-commerce, Rakuten Indonesia (RI) as one of the e-commerce company, have to compete in order to retain its existence. For e-commerce companies, website's USAbility has an important role in attracting consumers to conduct transactions. RI website's USAbility will be evaluated using Eyetracking USAbility testing. Eyetracking USAbility testing use the results of the gaze replay, gaze plots, heat maps, and the area of interest (AOI). The evaluation was done for the website features (product categorization, filtering products, sorting products, product description, saving products, as well as ordering the product), and the placement of the advertisement on the homepage RI website. From the evaluation, it was found 10 problems related RI website's feature and the improvements was made. From the results of the evaluation of advertisement's placements based AOI, can be determined the cost of advertising and the content of the advertisement on a specific area on the website's homepage

Pembuatan Sirup Ubi Jalar Ungu (Ipomea Batatas L.) dengan Penambahan Sari Lemon (Citrus Limon L.)

The purpose of this research is to get formulations best of syrup purple sweet potato with additional lime extract in accordance with SNI.Study was conducted experimentally used Complete Design Random (CDR) with four treatments and four replications is SU1 (puree purple sweet potato 90% : lime extract 10%), SU2 (puree purple sweet potato 85% : lime extract 15%), SU3 (pureepurple sweet potato 80% : lime extract 20%) , SU4 (puree purple sweet potato 75% : lime extract 25%). The value of observation were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's New Multilt Range Test (DNMRT) on 5% level.The result showed that the ratio puree purple sweet potato with lemon to making syrup influential real against degrees acidity (pH), viscosity, sucrose, total solids dissolved and assessment sensory.The best treatment syrup was SU1with pH 4,64, sucrose 65,07%, viscosity 116,78 cP, total solid dissolved 65,43 °brix and organoleptic scores of SU1are 3,80 (colour), 3,40 (flavour), 3,42 (taste), 3,88 (sweet of taste) and comprehersive score (3,61)

Penerapan Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching Dipadu Think Pair Share untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V

This research aims to describe implementation of combined reciprocal teaching and think pair share to increase critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in science. The study design was a classroom action research. The subject was 5th graders (B) Al Hikmah Surabaya Elementary School. The results showed that the learning process reach very well criteria. Critical thinking skills of students has increased. Indicators of critical thinking skills include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, and self regulation. Student learning outcomes increased in the attitudes aspect, knowledge, and skills. This reaearch concluded that the combined reciprocal teaching and think pair share can increased critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran reciprocal teaching dipadu think pair share untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar pelajaran IPA. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Kancah penelitian pada kelas VB SD Al Hikmah Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan kriteria sangat baik. Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan. Indikator keterampilan bepikir kritis mencakup interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, dan self regulation. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peingkatan pada aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dipadu Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa

PT JASA RAHARJA (Persero) branch North Sulawesi is a branch office from PT JASA RAHARJA (Persero) and this company is one of state-owned enterprises which engaged in social insurance, especially for accident insurance and compensation insurance. In running every operational activity, every company surely must have fixed assets, be it in the form of buildings, office equipment, vehicles and so which can support employee performance. Fixed asset in a company must be secured in many ways of surveillance, control over costs incurred to get the said fixed asset, provide asset number so it will be easier to review the useful life of each asset, and whether said asset still can support employees performance or not. In this case, it is very important for us to pay attention to its internal control, because based on a research we did during our internship in PT JASA RAHARJA (Persero) branch North Sulawesi, each asset\u27s internal control from the company need to be more efficient in terms of the element of the environment control, activities of control, related information on fixed asset and monitoring that has been done before to do physical matching of fixed asset, and appropriate allocation based on its function and responsibilities. Then, the company must pay attention to expenditures of income and expenses on fixed asset, by following insurance for fixed assets, make an audit committee, and implement the disposal and elimination of fixed asset. Perubahan Kimia Kayu Pada Gubal Gaharu (Aquilaria Malaccensis Lamk.)hasil Rekayasa) (Wood Chemical Changes in Gubal Agarwood (Aquilaria Malaccensis Lamk.) Engineered)

Indonesia is the biggest producer gaharu (A. malaccensis Lamk.) in the world with the best quality. Agarwood is elite commodity non timber forest products that have potential as an industrial raw material The research objective is measuring physical properties (water content and density) of wood tissue is induced to form the agarwood. Measuring changes in the chemical content (hemicellulose, cellulose, alpha cellulose and lignin) of wood tissue induced 12 months, 6 months, and the control of long induced agarwood. Treatment in research was induced period of 6 months, 12 months and control. The analysis was done according to ASTM Standard D 4933-99 and TAPPI. The result of research showed that the induced agarwood for 12 months had a higher density than the control, and 6 months. while the water content was not significanctly different. The extractive substances that contained in induced agarwood had a higher value than the control (the value of agarwood solubility in cold water, solubility in hot water, solubility in NaOH, solubility in alcohol and benzene). The content of hemicelluloses, cellulose and alpha cellulose in the induced agarwood for 12 months trend to be lower than the control

Pengaruh Jenis Dan Kerapatan Gulma Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Jagung (Zea Mays L.)

Maize production in each year tends to decrease. One reason is the weeds. Weeds is animportant issue because it can compete with the main crop that can reduce crop production.The purpose of this research to determine: (1). The effect of weeds species on the growth andproduction of maize, (2). The effect of weed density on the growth and production of maize,(3). Interaction between the type and density of weeds in influencing the growth andproduction of maize. The research was conducted in Natar, South Lampung and WeedLaboratory Faculty of Agriculture, university of Lampung from December 2014 to April2015. The treatments arranged factorial (3x5) in a strip plot design with three replications.The first factor is the species of weed that are Asystasia gangetica, Rottboelia exaltata, andCyperus rotundus. The second factor is 5 weed density that are 0, 10, 20, 40, and 80populations of weeds/m2. If the assumptions are met, the data is analyzed using ANOVA,followed by Least Significant Difference Test (LSD) 5%. The result showed that : (1).Species of weeds affects plant shoot dry weight, the weight of maize cobs, and the weight ofgrain maize but did not affect plant height, number of leaves, plant populations, cob length,cob diameter, and weighs 100 grains. (2). The density of 40 weeds/m2affects weight of 100grains, but the density of 10, 20, and 80 weeds/m2did not affect the growth and productionof maize. (3). There is no interaction between species and density of weeds in influencingthe growth and production of maize

Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Melalui Program Pinjaman Bergulir PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan (Di Desa Gambiran Dan Desa Mancilan Di Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang Jawa Timur Tahun 2014-2016)

One of the programs launced by PNMP Mandiri Perkotaan which is a part ofBLM (Community Direct Assistance) is a Revolving Loan aimed to communities and community groups that own small and medium enterprises as well as newly started businesses and require loans or assistance for business capital at interest affordable. One of the villages in Mojoagung sub-district, Jombang regency of East Java, which implements revolving loan is Gambiran and Mancilan Village, but in both villages there is a difference of sustainability level and success of the Revolving Loan from 2014 to 2016. The research method used in this research is qualitative approach with data collection technique that is data analysis, observation and interview. The informants in this study were Head of Gambiran Village and Head of Mancilan Village, UPK Gambiran Village and UPK Mancilan Village, Economic Facilitator of Gambiran and Mancilan Village, Gambiran and Mancilan Village Community which uses the revolving loan. The result of the research shows that there is a difference of sustainability level and success of the Revolving Loans in Gambiran and Mancilan Village. If it is seen from the analysis of indicators of sustainability and success, the Revolving Loans in Gambiran Village are categorized as continuous and successful while the Revolving Loans in Mancilan Village are categorized as continuous but not successful. Recommendations that can be made to the Government and UPK Mancilan Village is to improve coordination with facilitators and other Community Leaders in 2 the process of socializing and billing the Revolving Loans to the community in order to avoid an installment of credit jam
