String attractors of Rote sequences

In this paper, we describe minimal string attractors (of size two) of pseudopalindromic prefixes of standard complementary-symmetric Rote sequences. Such a class of Rote sequences forms a subclass of binary generalized pseudostandard sequences, i.e., of sequences obtained when iterating palindromic and antipalindromic closures. When iterating only palindromic closure, palindromic prefixes of standard Sturmian sequences are obtained and their string attractors are of size two. However, already when iterating only antipalindromic closure, antipalindromic prefixes of binary pseudostandard sequences are obtained and we prove that the minimal string attractors are of size three in this case. We conjecture that the pseudopalindromic prefixes of any binary generalized pseudostandard sequence have a minimal string attractor of size at most four

Photographs of People from Employer's Point of View Abstract This thesis deals with capturing the image of employees and other people on photographs and use of these photographs by an employer. The aim is to address possibilities of using image of people, from its creation, publishing it or using it in different ways, to its erasure or destruction, all of that in labour law context. This thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first part deals with protection of personality of an individual in Civil Code and Labour Code. It describes capturing the image of an employee and using the image with and without their consent. Second chapter focuses on photographs in context of data protection, mainly with respect to processing photographs as personal data using legal titles in Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The findings from previous chapters are applied on practical situations in all stages of employment in the third chapter. Cílem práce je postihnout možnosti využití fotografií osob od vytvoření fotografie, přes zveřejnění a jiné využití, přes uchování až po likvidaci fotografií, přičemž využití fotografií je zasazeno do pracovněprávního kontextu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole práce pojednává o ochraně osobnosti v souvislosti s fotografií v občanském zákoníku a zákoníku práce. Kapitola se také zabývá se zachycením podoby zaměstnance a použitím podobizny se souhlasem i bez souhlasu dané osoby. Druhá kapitola se týká fotografií v souvislosti s ochranou osobních údajů se zaměřením na otázku zpracování fotografie jako osobního údaje a využitím jednotlivých právních titulů dle čl. 6 Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů). Import 11/07/2012Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma využití nákladového a finančního controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. Diplomová práce vysvětluje podstatu controllingu, jeho vývoj včetně specifikace jednotlivých typů controllingu. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem controlling. Dále se zaměřuje na filozofii, koncepci, cíle a funkci controllingu. Diplomová práce také charakterizuje pozici controllera ve společnosti. Další kapitola teoretické části se týká jednotlivých typů controllingu, především controllingu nákladového a finančního. Praktická část je zaměřena na nákladový a finanční controlling ve vybrané společnosti. Instruments of Protection of Human Rights in the European Union - Perspective for a Common EU Policy?

Diplomová práce "Nástroje ochrany lidských práv v Evropské unii - Perspektiva společné politiky v rámci EU?" vychází z předpokladu, že Evropská unie klade stále větší důraz na ochranu lidských práv uvnitř, ale i vně Společenství. Hlavní hypotézou tedy je, že tento proces směřuje k vytvoření společné politiky lidských práv v EU. Vodicí linií celé práce je otázka, zda lze nalézt dostatečné indicie hovořící pro dohledný vznik takové politiky, jako například vůli ze strany institucí a dalších aktérů. První část práce zkoumá definici lidských práv v EU, roviny jejich ochrany a lidsko-právní ustanovení zakládajících smluv, jejich novelizací a dalších relevantních dokumentů. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na hlavní aktéry v systému ochrany lidských práv v EU a hodnocení jejich aktivit na tomto poli. Perspektivou společné politiky ochrany lidských práv v EU se zabývá část třetí. Soustředí se především na analýzu současné situace lidsko-právní ochrany v Evropské unii a ochotu aktérů postupovat v této oblasti společně. Práce je vedena převážně empiricko-analytickou metodou, dále je použita analýza právní a kvalitativní textová analýza. Hlavním přístup je založen na hledisku mezinárodních vztahů.The diploma thesis "Instruments of protection of human rights in the European union - Perspective for a common EU policy?" stems from the assumption that the European Union increasingly accentuates the human rights protection, both inside and outside the Community. The main hypothesis is that this process is leading to the creation of a common human rights policy in the EU. The guiding line of the thesis is whether it is possible to find sufficient indicia pointing to a foreseeable creation of such a policy, e.g. will from the side of institutions and other actors. The first part of the thesis examines the definition of human rights in the EU, levels of their protection and human rights provisions of the founding treaties, their revisions and other relevant documents. The second part focuses on the main actors in the system of human rights protection in the EU and evaluation of their activities in this field. The perspective of the common human rights policy is a topic of the third part. It focuses mainly on the analysis of the current state of the human rights protection in the European Union and the will of actors to proceed together in this area. Painful vertebral syndrome in nurse of ICU

Hlavním cílem práce bylo, zjistit zda sestry opravdu trpí bolestmi zad, jaká část zad je nejvíce bolí, jestli mají dostatek pomůcek k manipulaci s nehybným pacientem a zda jsou proškolovány k jejich používání. Zjišťuji, jak sestry relaxují, co dělají, aby je záda nebolela a co vidí jako dobré řešení pro prevenci bolestí zad. V diplomové práci jsou popsány poznatky o pohybovém systému. Jsou zde popsány příčiny vertebrogenního algického syndromu, jejich klinický obraz a terapie. Dále se práce zabývá charakteristikou bolesti. Nalezneme zde poznatky o škole zad, o dopadu fyzické náročnosti povolání zdravotní sestry, ergonomii a kinestetice. Informace potřebné pro zpracování diplomové práce byly získávány prostřednictvím studia odborných materiálů a pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum byl prováděn metodou kvantitativního výzkumu a to anonymním dotazníkem. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že bolest zad je přítomna u sester z 79%. Nejčastěji trpí bolestí v bederní oblasti, bolest se nejvíce objevuje po denní směně. Dále v mém výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že sestry mají dostatek pomůcek ke správné manipulaci a jsou nejčastěji školeny ke správné manipulaci s pacientem v rámci výuky. Jak pomůcky používat je nejčastěji školí staniční sestra. Také bylo zjištěno, že by sestry uvítaly dostatek kvalitního pomocného personálu...Aj: The main goal of my thesis was to confirm high prevalence of back pain among nursing staff, to find the most frequent location of the pain, to determine if nurses have sufficient quantity of tools for manipulation with immobile patients and if they are trained to use these tools. In addition I revealed their relaxation techniques and other preventive measures and their own suggestions for optimal back pain prevention. In my diploma paper I described basic knowledge about human kinetic system as well as main causes, clinical presentations and therapy of back pain. I mentioned characteristics of different pain syndromes. The paper also contains information about the "school of back", ergonomy, kinesthetics and about impact of heavy manual labor of nursing job. Source data for my thesis were obtained from textbooks, papers and other scientific material and from questionnaires. Proper research was conducted by quantitative analysis using anonymous questionnaires. In evaluated group of nurses the back pain was present in 79%. The most frequent was low-back pain occurring after day shift. Sufficient quantity of tools for manipulation with immobile patients was available and nurses were adequately trained for its use during their professional training. The expression of negation in Czech sign language

This bachelor thesis is the first material focused on the expression of negation in Czech sign language. It shows the most frequent mediums of manual and non-manual negation excerpted from the recording of natural communications between native deaf speakers, users of Czech sign language. This thesis also presents how to express negation in spoken languages and in some of the foreign sign languages.Tato bakalářská práce je prvotním materiálem pojednávajícím o vyjadřování negace v českém znakovém jazyce. Podává přehled o nejfrekventovanějších prostředcích záporu - manuálních i nemanuálních, které byly vyexcerpovány z přirozené komunikace českých neslyšících respondentů, uživatelů českého znakového jazyka.
