    Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Dalam Mendukung Perekonomian Daerah Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

    Research and development of small and medium enterprises based on local wisdom in supporting the regional economy after the COVID-19 pandemic (a case study of the Sambas district) aims to determine the appropriate strategy to be implemented to empower local SMEs in the Sambas area, which is divided into three fields, namely weaving, rattan, and pandanus. The number of samples for each field is 27 for weaving, 32 for rattan, and 4 for pandanus. Meanwhile, the analysis used in this research is through the analysis of Force Field Analysis (FFA) and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT). Based on the FFA analysis, it was found that the main driving factors were the selling price of the product, the price of raw materials, and advances in information technology, while the critical inhibiting factors were online marketing, total turnover, and business management. Based on the SWOT analysis through the EFAS and IFAS matrices, there are similarities in strategy taking: product innovation and differentiation, product sales via online or e-commerce, product quality and product quality improvement, and social campaigns to promote traditional values to encourage sales.   Keywords: SMEs Based on Local Wisdom, Weaving, Pandan, Rattan, Development   Abstrak Pengembangan UMKM berbasis kearifan lokal dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah pasca pandemi covid-19 (studi kasus kabupaten sambas) bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang sesuai untuk diimplementasikan demi memberdayakan UKM lokal daerah sambas yang dibagi menjadi tiga bidang yaitu tenun, rotan, dan pandan. Jumlah sampel untuk masing-masing bidang adalah adalah 27 untuk bidang tenun, 32 untuk bidang rotan, dan 4 untuk bidang pandan. Adapun, analisis dimana dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah melalui analisis Force Field Analysis (FFA) dan Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, and, Threat (SWOT). Berdasarkan analysis FFA ditemukan faktor kunci pendorong utama yaitu harga jual produk, harga bahan baku, dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, sedangkan faktor kunci penghambat utama yaitu pemasaran online, jumlah omzet, dan pengelolaan usaha. Berdasarkan analysis SWOT melalui matriks EFAS dan IFAS ditemukan kesamaan dalam pengambilan stratgei yaitu adanya inovasi dan diferensiasi produk, penjualan produk melalui online atau e-commerce, peningkatan mutu dan kualitas produk, serta social campaign untuk mengedepankan nilai tradisionalitas untuk medorong penjualan.   Kata kunci: UMKM Berbasis Kearifan Lokal, Tenun, Pandan, Rotan, Pengembanga

    This paper is to describe what has been done by the Faculty of Economics UNTAN in growing interest and entrepreneurship skills among students through student activities and currentevaluation tried to offer a development design of student activities with the approach ofpsychological capital that includes (1) the existence of self-confidence (self confidence); (2)positive attribution (optimism); (3) resistance in achieving its objectives with the ability toredefine the path to reach the goal with the ability to redefine the path to peak at the destination ifrequired (hope); and (4) when facing problems and difficulties, able to survive and continueforward (resiliency) to achieve success. The approach taken in this study is qualitative, type ofresearch is a case study. For purposes of analysis, data can be collected using triangulation ofdata collection methods which involves observation, interview documentation and Focus GroupDiscussion (FGD). It can be concluded that the hardest thing in the printing of an entrepreneur isthe mental change that is formed because of the mindset that the synergy of a wide range of ourdaily interactions (family, education, environment, etc.).     This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and work ability towards organizational commitment and its impact on the employee performance. Endogenous variable in this research is the performance of employees, while, the exogenous variables are the organizational climate and work ability. This research proposes organizational commitment to be the intervening variable. This research using a 55 samples who are taken from the employees of Perindagkop and SMEs in Pontianak City. The type of research was a descriptive survey research with questionnaire as the  main data collecting media. Method of sampling in this research is census method where the entire population being sampled. Data were analyzed using path analysis (Path Analysis) facilitated by SPSS for Windows 22.0. The results showed that the organizational climate and the ability to work in a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and the performance of employees. In contrast, the variable organizational commitment has no significant effect to employee performance. It means that organizational commitment to the organization of the Perindagkop and SMEs Pontianak City has no effect on employee performance improvement.

    Today's 21st century learning requires students and teachers to be able to adapt, have critical thinking skills, have the ability to solve problems, be able to communicate and collaborate, as well as be creative and innovative. In the 21st century learning does not only rely on knowledge but also skills. However, in reality this has not met expectations. To achieve appropriate knowledge and skills, teaching materials used by teachers should be accompanied by Student Activity Sheets (LKPD). However, there are indications that teachers have problems in preparing LKPD because most teachers do not understand how to bring up 21st century skills. The LKPDs developed are also not in accordance with learning models and methods for applying 21st century skills. Thus the LKPD making workshops conducted aim to shape teacher abilities in making good and interesting LKPD with the aim of making the learning process more qualified. The method used is socialization, various lectures consisting of delivery of material, questions and answers and discussions, as well as the practice of making LKPD accompanied by the implementing team. Workshop participants were teachers of SD Negeri 18 North Pontianak. The result of this workshop activity is that teachers understand the components that must be in LKPD, understand the steps for preparing LKPD, and are able to produce one LKPD product

    Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia, kualitas atau mutu pendidikan juga harus terus ditingkatkan. Sebagai pendidik, guru harus mampu meningkatkan perhatian dan minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah dirumuskan. Selain itu guru juga harus mampu menggunakan berbagai sumber serta media pembelajaran. Guru perlu mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran salah satunya dengan membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis information communication technology. Namun terdapat masalah yang biasa terjadi berupa cara penyampaian guru dan kekreatifan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Guru menyampaikan materi dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab kemudian penugasan, maka siswa merasa cepat bosan. Salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat menjadi alternatif adalah power point interaktif. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru-guru dimana mereka masih kurang dalam memanfaatkan program Microsoft Power Point sebagai media untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Sehingga workshop pembuatan power point interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kepada para guru mengenai pentingnya pembuatan media pembelajaran interakif sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, penyampaian materi, dan praktik pembuatan power point interaktif.     Limbah bisa diolah menjadi sesuatu yang berguna dan memiliki nilai, salah satunya dengan mengubahnya menjadi media pembelajaran. Workshop ini bertujuan membangun kreativitas guru sekolah dasar dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan limbah menjadi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan berguna dalam proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran tidak selalu berkaitan dengan sesuatu yang mahal dan modern, namun dapat dikembangkan secara sederhana dari limbah-limbah yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Sasaran utama dari workshop ini yaitu guru sekolah dasar di SDN 21 Pontianak Utara. Pelaksanaan workshop ini melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran, persiapan alat dan bahan, sosialisasi, dan workshop. Setelah penyampaian materi dari narasumber dan pemberian contoh media, dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab kemudian pembuatan media pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan ini, guru tampak antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti tahapan pembuatan media pembelajaran yang dipandu oleh tim pelaksana.     Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yaitu komitmen afektif, kepuasan kerja, dan kepemimpinan spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen Afektif dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai perbankan syariah yang merupakan anak perusahaan perbankan Badan Usaha Milik Negara di Pontianak yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah dan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah. Kuesioner pada penelitian menggunakan google form dan dibagikan kepada 120 responden dengan proporsi masing-masing 40 sampel perbankan syariah melalui link aplikasi whatsApp dan email. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual, komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Sobel, variabel komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi secara parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga terdapat keterbatasan pada saat pengisian kuesioner dimana peneliti tidak dapat melihat secara langsung pengisian kuesioner dan kejujuran pada saat pengisian kuesioner tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan

    The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a significant influence between the variables of learning organization, communication skills, and compensation on performance through motivational variable as intervening variable which conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga, Tbk. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews (discussions) to employee as a respondent at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga, Tbk. The results showed that learning organization, communication skills, and compensation had a significant positive effect on employees' work motivation. Furthermore, learning organization had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while communication skills and compensation had no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the Sobel Test showed that the motivation variable did not succeed in mediating the learning organization, communication skill, and compensation variables. Keywords: learning organization, communication skill, compensation, motivation, performance

    The quantitative approach, survey technique, analysis of statistical test data Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) Wrappls version 7, questionnaire data collection tool and documentation, the population of 3,999 and sample of 254 teachers, 29 public and private SMKs, research locations (3) hinterland districts: Sanggau, Sekadau, Landak districts; (3) coastal districts: Sambas, Mempawah and Kuburaya districts; (2) the city of Pontianak and the city of Singkawang. From the results of the study it was found that entrepreneurial behavior towards affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other; Entrepreneurship on achievement is positive and significant, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can increase each other; Affective commitment to achievement is positive and significant, has a one-way relationship and can improve; Entrepreneurial behavior on achievement through affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other. This investigation has been able to foster a new model of affective commitment and the development of the concept of achievement in SMKs throughout West Kalimantan
