Analisa Produk, Proses Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Pepper Lunch Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas makanan, proses dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Pepper Lunch Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Teknik analisa yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kualitas makanan, proses dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, namun variabel harga memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen. This study was conducted to analyze the impact of food quality, process and price towards consumer satisfaction in Pepper Lunch Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The analysis technique used in the research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is multiple linear regression analysis. Result showed that food quality, process, and price is positive and significantly affecting consumer satisfaction, however price has the most impact towards consumer satisfaction

Analysis Of Management and Patient Intervention For Effort Of Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) Of H. Adam Malik Medan General Hospital Center in 2012. Nowadays, reorientation of hospital's services is not only oriented to curative and rehabilitative, while also prioritizing preventive and promotive aspects to be a health promoter hospital. The research was a qualitative study that analyzed the implementation of health promotion of H. Adam Malik Medan General Hospital based on WHO standard on the standard of hospital as health promoter that compliance the management policy aspects and intervention to the patient in health promoter aspects. The research was applied indepth interview, observation and document study as data collection tools. The research indicated that H. Adam Malik Medan General Hospital had fulfill the standard of WHO on health promotion hospital. The policy comitment aspect of H. Adam Malik Medan General Hospital had be realized in a strategic plan such as annual work plan. Quantitatively the human resources was sufficient, but qualitatively it needs to improve the quality through training of existing health promotion hospital. The budget had be included in the budget of H. Adam Malik Medan General Hospital. The facilities and infrastructure was good qualitatively, but quantitatively it must be increase. The documentationof intervention had implemented routinely. The evaluation was also conducted in monthly or annually meeting. The point of patient intervention, the assessment on health promotion requirement for the patient need was implemented since the patient obtain the first service through the medical record of health history of patient. Keterampilan Kerja Ilmiah pada Materi Titrasi Asam Basa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing

The aims of the study were to describe the profile of scientific work skills of students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration as well as different scientific working skills of students XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sintang students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration. Pre-experiment with one grup pretest-posttest was used as study method. Students of XI IPA 1 academic year 2015/2016 participated in the study were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through measurement and direct comunication technics using interview guideline and scientific work skills test. After being given training with guided inqury learning model, an increase in the skills of scientific work that are by 44,4%, 36,1% % dan 2,8% in the category of less skilled, and unskilled respectively while the results show that the 2 posttest scientific work skills of students that are skilled in a row amounted to 61,1% dan 38,9% in the category of skilled and highly. Multi Stakeholder Engagement in Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil Governance

Natural resource management generally involves parties with conflicting interests and roles. The emergence of a negative issue on palm oil development in Indonesia heralded by NGOs and vegetable oil competitor countries, for some groups, is considered merely a trade war. The rapid development of Indonesia's oil palm has made this commodity a source of global vegetable oil as well as risen a controversy over its sustainability aspects covering environmental, socio-economic and health issues. The significant increase of palm oil research led to the need to enrich the study's discussion on the sustainability aspect and involved the participation of the related stakeholders. This study is an early stage of a research based on the environmental communication theory to identify the problems and analyze the stakeholders involved in palm oil governance in Indonesia by using stakeholder analysis tools. The methods of data collection in this study included literature review, text analysis, in-depth interviews as well as direct observations. The study finding shows that the Ministry of Agriculture as the main actor in palm oil governance in Indonesia is required to share its authority. This indicates that palm oil sustainability issue is not the responsibility of a particular ministry but has become a national issue that requires the participation and collaboration of all relevant stakeholders

Pengaruh Kualitas Laporan Keuangan terhadap Perencanaan Anggaran pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung

Bandung City Education Authority is a regional unit working that uses the regional expenditure budget to meet its needs in the education sector. But that uses the regional expenditure budget within five years, Bandung City Education Authority is still not optimal in planning budget and realizing the budget. Looking at budget planning and budget realization that has not been optimal, this is thought to be influenced by the quality of financial reports produced by the Bandung City Education Authority in the previous period. The purpose of this study is to find out how munch influence the financial statements are relevant, reliable, comparable and understandable to budget planning of Bandung City Education Authority. The author uses the quality of financial statement theory (variable X) from Suwanda which consist of four dimensions is the financial statements that are relevant, the financial statement reliable, the financial statement can be compared, and the financial statement can be understand. While for the budget planning theory (variable Y) the author uses the theory from Bastian which consist of three dimensions is planning long term, medium term, and short term planning. The method used in this research is a quantitative method whit an associative approach. Data collections techniques used this research were library studies, observations, and direct questionnaires to respondents with 30 respondents and using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is simple regression test, multiple regression test, correlation coefficient test, F test, T test, and determination test that uses SPSS 17. The results of the research concluded that financial statement that are relevant, reliable, comparable, and can be understood simultaneously have an effect on budget planning of the Bandung City Education Authority. In the F test the results F count of 121.047 and F table of 2.98. Meaning F count is greater than F table (121.047 > 2.98). With a determination coefficient of 95,1% and the remaining 4,9% is influenced by other factors not examinin
