Oszmán-török nyelvi és történeti források tanulmányozása. Bibliográfiai munkálatok = Studies on sources of Ottoman language and history. Bibilographic works.

A kutatási projektum programja, a korábbi évek során hasonló keretben hasonló célkitűzéssel végzett munkálatokat folytatva oszmán-török történelmi és nyelvtörténeti források kiadásra való előkészítése ill. elemző feldolgozása, továbbá a turkológia kurrens bibliográfiájának (Turkologischer Anzeiger/Turkology Annuzal) publikálásra való előkészítése volt. Az eredmények a következők: 1) Sokollu Mustafa Pasa, buda egykori helytartója életrajzának kiadásra való filológiai előkészítése lezárult. A szöveg átírásának alapjául az MTA Könyvtárának kézirata szolgált. 2) A korábbi projektumok során feldolgozott és már publikált szövegek (Tarih-i Ungurus 2004; Tezkeretü'l-Evliya 2002-2006; Ferec ba'd es-sidde 2006) nyelvstatisztikai elemzése során a magánhangzóilleszkedés folyamatában résztvevő tő- és kötött morfémák anyaga összeállítást nyert. Ez lehetővé teszi, hogy hamarosan sor kerülhet az egyes emlékekre vonatkozó metszetek publikálására. 3) A kurrens bibliográfiai munkákat, pontosabban a Turkologischer Anzeiger/Turkology Annual-t illetően a futamidő során sor került a megnövelt terjedelmű, 3805 címszót tartalmazó kötet (Turkologischer Anzeiger 26. Wien 2006) publikálására, valamint az adott évekre vonatkozó közlési referenciák (mintegy 2000 tétel) összegyűjtésére. Jóllehet ezen anyag publikálása anyagi támogatás hiányában - remélhetően nem sokáig - egyelőre várat magára, azonban internet útján így is a kutatók rendelkezésére tervezzük bocsátani. | The research-program, as it was the case in the previous periods, aimed the edition and analysis of monuments of the Ottoman-Turkish language and history, further the publication of the current bibliography of Turkological studies (Turkologischer Anzeiger/Turkology Annual). The results can summarized as follows: 1) The philological treatment of the biography of Sokollu Mustafa Pasa, once Ottoman governeur of Buda, has been finished. The prepared transcription is based on the manuscript of the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. 2) For statistical analysis of the root morphemes and bound morphemes which participated in the process of the formation of the vowel harmony the material of the already elaborated and published texts (Tarih-i Ungurus 2004; Tezkeretü'l-Evliya 2002-2006; Ferec ba'd es-sidde 2006) has been compiled. This makes possible that the segments obtained from these monuments could be published very soon. 3) Continuing the works of the current bibliography of turkological studies (Turkologischer Anzeiger/Turkology Annual) the 26th volume was published in Wien 2006. At the same time 2000 data concerning the last years, have been collected. Though lack of financial means for the edition itself the publication may have a delay, which hopefully will not be long, this documentation with help of the internet will be at disposal of the intrested researchers

Természetes szerves anyagok szintézise = Synthesis of natural organic compounds

1. Az általunk előállított spirociklohexenon intermedier O-demetilezése és spontán ciklizációja vezetett a fontosabb Amaryllidaceae alkaloidokra jellemző strukturához. Metioninnal metánszulfonsavban megkaptuk a várt hexahidrobenzofuro-benzo[c]azepindion tetraciklust. Ebből jutottunk el a célvegyületünkhöz, a racém demetoxi-lycoraminonhoz vagy demetoxi-dihidronarwedinhez. 7,8-Dimetoxi-2-tetralonból kiindulva több lépéses reakciókkal kulcsintermedierekhez jutottunk. Ennek során ciklopentanoizokinolin-dionokhoz vezető anomális átrendeződést figyeltünk meg. Előállítottuk a bróm- ill. nitro-galanthamint. Diazometánnal reagáltatva átalakítottuk a galanthamint a megfelelő cikloheptatrién származékává. 2. Elvégeztük aminosavészterekkel összekapcsolt vindolinok aminosavészter-csoportjának hidrolízisét. A vindolin molekulán megfigyeltük a Reverdin-átrendeződést. A hordozó peptidekkel konjugált karbonsavak HL-60 sejteken jelentős citotoxikus hatást mutattak. Az L-Trp-t tartalmazó konjugátum szenzitív és rezisztens sejteken is hatásos volt. D-Trp esetén emlőtumorsejteken mutatkozott daganatellenes hatás. Előállítottunk egy új, a gyorsabban osztódó sejtekre szelektíven ható vinblasztin-származékot. Szintetizáltunk több 14,15-telített, 14,15-ciklopropano ill. 10-es helyen helyettesítetlen vindolin-származékot, valamint a vindolin 10-es helyzetében aminosavvakkal kapcsolt származékait is. | 1. The basic structure of the most important Amaryllidaceae alkaloids was synthesized by O-demethylation and spontaneous cyclization of the spirocyclohexenone intermediate prepared by us. Reaction with methionine in methanesulfonic acid resulted in the hexahydrobenzofurobenzo[c]azepine dione tetracycle. By further reactions the target compound, racemic demethoxylycoraminone or demethoxydihydronarwedine was obtained. Starting from 7,8-dimethoxytetralon-2-one important key intermediates could be prepared and an unusual rearrangement resulting in cyclopentanoisoquinoline diones was observed. Bromo- and nitro-galanthamine were also synthesized. In the reaction of galanthamine with diazomethane a cycloheptatriene derivative was obtained 2. Hydrolysis of several vindoline derivatives coupled with L-amino acid esters in position 16, was carried out. A Reverdine-rearrangement was observed on vindoline. Vindolines coupled with L-amino acids and conjugated with carrier peptides have important cytotoxic activity on HL-60 cell lines both on senzitive and resistant cells. With D-Trp anti tumour activity could be observed against breast cancer. A new derivative of vinblastine was synthesized with selective cytotoxic effect on the cells proliferating of higher rate. Vindolines substituted with amino acids in position 10 were also prepared. 14,15-dihydrovindoline, 14,15-cyclopropanovindoline, 10-unsubstituted vindoline containing L-Trp in positon 16 were sytnhesized

Cyclopropanation of Some Alkaloids

New derivatives of natural compounds, galanthamine using in treatment of  Alzheimer’s disease and antitumor dimer alkaloids vinblastine and vincristine were synthesized. In the course of the reaction between galanthamine and diazomethane in the presence of a catalyst, such as palladium(II) acetate or copper(I) bromide, methylene insertion into the aromatic ring was observed instead of the expected cyclopropanation of the carbon-carbon double bond. New vindoline derivatives conjugated with amino acid esters were prepared. In Simmons-Smith reaction vinblastine and vincristine cyclopropanated in the carbon carbon double bond in position 14 and 15 of the vindoline monomer were obtained. New dimer alkaloids showed significant inhibiting effects in several tumor cell lines
