MANAGING ETHICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS’ STUDENTS IN CAI RANG DISTRICT, CAN THO CITY, VIETNAM
The study has systematized the theoretical basis for ethical or moral education for students in primary schools on the current status of ethical education for students in public primary schools in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City, then proposed some measures to manage ethical education activities for students in primary schools in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. Based on theoretical research and practical surveys, the researchers would pose 6 specific suggestions to manage moral education activities for students in primary schools in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. Two hundred and ninety-six respondents participated in the questionnaires, among of whom were school managers, teachers, and representative boards of students' parents from 4 public primary schools in Can Rang District, Can Tho City. The proposed measures would impact all subjects and stages of the management process from the stage of raising the needs, planning, organizing, and directing to inspection and evaluation, the elements of managing moral education activities for students at public elementary schools, such as developing selection plans, assigning use, fostering, stimulating and motivating teaching and creating a favorable environment for the management of moral education activities for students in primary schools in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. Each proposed suggestion has different goals, tasks and implementation methods, but in general, they are closely related, interactive and complementary. Therefore, those measures must be implemented in a synchronous, unified, flexible and flexible manner to achieve high results, meeting the requirements of improving the quality of public primary education in the current period. Article visualizations
Analyses of stiffened plates resting on the viscoelastic foundation subjected to a moving vehicle by a cell-based smoothed triangular plate element
Recently, a cell-based smoothed discrete shear gap method (CS-FEM-DSG3) based on the firstorder shear deformation theory (FSDT) was proposed for static and free vibration analyses of Mindlin plates. The CS-FEM-DSG3 uses three-node triangular elements that can be easily generated automatically for arbitrary complicated geometric domains. This paper further extends the CS-FEMDSG3 for static, free vibration, and dynamic response of the stiffened plate resting on viscoelastic foundation subjected to a moving vehicle. The viscoelastic foundation is modeled by discrete springs and dampers whereas the stiffened plate can be considered as the combination between the Mindlin plate and the Timoshenko beam elements. The moving vehicle is transformed into one concentrated load at its central point. Some numerical examples are investigated and numerical results show that the CS-FEMDSG3 overcomes shear-locking phenomena and has a fast convergence. The results also illustrate the good agreement of the CS-FEM-DSG3 for static and free vibration analyses of un-stiffened plate compared with the previous published methods. In addition, the numerical results for dynamic analysis of stiffened plates by the CS-FEM-DSG3 also show the expected property in which the deflection of the stiffened plate is much smaller than those of the un-stiffened plate
De novo copy number variations in candidate genomic regions in patients of severe autism spectrum disorder in Vietnam
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder with a prevalence of around 1% children worldwide and characterized by patient behaviour (communication, social interaction, and personal development). Data on the efficacy of diagnostic tests using copy number variations (CNVs) in candidate genes in ASD is currently around 10% but it is overrepresented by patients of Caucasian background. We report here that the diagnostic success of de novo candidate CNVs in Vietnamese ASD patients is around 6%. We recruited one hundred trios (both parents and a child) where the child was clinically diagnosed with ASD while the parents were not affected. We performed genetic screening to exclude RETT syndrome and Fragile X syndrome and performed genome-wide DNA microarray (aCGH) on all probands and their parents to analyse for de novo CNVs. We detected 1708 non-redundant CNVs in 100 patients and 118 (7%) of them were de novo. Using the filter for known CNVs from the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) database, we identified six CNVs (one gain and five loss CNVs) in six patients (3 males and 3 females). Notably, 3 of our patients had a deletion involving the SHANK3 gene–which is the highest compared to previous reports. This is the first report of candidate CNVs in ASD patients from Vietnam and provides the framework for building a CNV based test as the first tier screening for clinical management
Multimodality Treatment of Soft Tissue and Bone Defect: from Tissue Transfer to Tissue Engineering
In the first part of these studies, we have performed standard microsurgical procedures provide a solution for long standing bone and soft tissue defects, even in cases of longstanding osteomyelitis of long bones. When long bony segments are missing, the microvascular bone transfer provides a reliable method. In smaller soft tissue and bone defects, the application of a descending genicular osteomyocutaneous flap provides an option with low donor site morbidity. In the second part, we have focussed on reducing the donor site morbidity and expanded on the application of tissue engineering methods. MSCs derived from bone marrow can be injected percutaneous or be combined with an autologous bony scaffold for treatment of delayed union and nonunion. The outcome of our studies, however, limited in number of patients, clearly showed the possibilities and advantages of this new approach. A multimodality approach is essential, but it can provide promising solutions. Well-established microvascular and modern biotechnology methods will improve patient satisfaction and functional recovery in severe limb trauma, often the result of high-energy motorcycle accidents.Doctorat en Sciences médicales (Médecine)info:eu-repo/semantics/nonPublishe

Structure of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Sector in the Vietnam Economy: An Input – Output Analysis
As coming to Vietnamese culture, it refers to the culture of agriculture. Every country has agriculture, but the culture of agriculture is only in some Asian countries, including Vietnam. In the soul of the Vietnamese is always a pure soul and pure. In recent decades it seems that people are trying to change this with the "industrialization and modernization" movement, trying to force the Vietnamese people instead of using the advantages of cultivation, breeding become workers. When Vietnamese people's strengths are not used and promoted, they have to try or be forced to use their weakness. Thus, the failure is almost inevitable. In Vietnam, the importance of an industry or group of industries is usually measured by the share of the value added of the industry (or group of industries) in GDP. This can lead to misunderstandings about the importance of that sectors group, So, this study examines the change in the interactions between agriculture, forestry and fisheries with other sectors of the economy based on the structure of the 2012 and 2016 Input Output (I/O) tables of Vietnam
Numerical Simulation of Single-Point Mount PZT-Interface for Admittance-Based Anchor Force Monitoring
This study investigates the dynamic characteristics of a smart PZT interface mounted on a prestressed anchorage to verify the numerical feasibility of the admittance-based anchor force monitoring technique. Firstly, the admittance-based anchor force monitoring technique through a single-mount PZT interface is outlined. The admittance response of the PZT interface-anchorage system is theoretically derived to show the proof-of-concept of the technique for anchor force monitoring. Secondly, a finite element model corresponding to a well-established experimental model in the literature is constructed. The effect of anchor force is equivalently treated by the contact stiffness and damping parameters at the bottom surface of the anchorage. Thirdly, the admittance and the impedance responses are numerically analyzed and compared with the experimental data to evaluate the accuracy of the numerical modelling technique. Fourthly, the local dynamics of the PZT interface are analyzed by modal analysis to determine vibration modes that are sensitive to the change in the contact stiffness (i.e., representing the anchor force). Finally, the admittance responses corresponding to the sensitive vibration modes are numerically analyzed under the change in the contact stiffness. The frequency shift and the admittance change are quantified by statistical damage indices to verify the numerical feasibility of the anchor force monitoring technique via the smart PZT interface. The study is expected to provide a reference numerical model for the design of the single-point mount PZT interface
Piezoelectric Impedance-Based Structural Health Monitoring of Wind Turbine Structures: Current Status and Future Perspectives
As an innovative technology, the impedance-based technique has been extensively studied for the structural health monitoring (SHM) of various civil structures. The technique’s advantages include cost-effectiveness, ease of implementation on a complex structure, robustness to early-stage failures, and real-time damage assessment capabilities. Nonetheless, very few studies have taken those advantages for monitoring the health status and the structural condition of wind turbine structures. Thus, this paper is motivated to give the reader a general outlook of how the impedance-based SHM technology has been implemented to secure the safety and serviceability of the wind turbine structures. Firstly, possible structural failures in wind turbine systems are reviewed. Next, physical principles, hardware systems, damage quantification, and environmental compensation algorithms are outlined for the impedance-based technique. Afterwards, the current status of the application of this advanced technology for health monitoring and damage identification of wind turbine structural components such as blades, tower joints, tower segments, substructure, and the foundation are discussed. In the end, the future perspectives that can contribute to developing efficient SHM systems in the green energy field are proposed
