Una nueva especie de pulga del género Ctenidiosomus Jordan, 1931 (Siphonaptera: Pygiopsyllidae) es descripta de Phyllotis osilae J. A. Allen, 1901, de la provincia de Salta, Argentina. Cabe mencionar que es la primera vez que el género Ctenidiosomus ha sido registrado en Argentina.
