This paper sheds light on the American election from the side of one candidate its name Hillary Clinton she was candidate for American election in 2016. We chose this candidate because it is a female and also the mind of this candidate will be different from her opponent. Also Clinton is considered as the most effective woman in the American politics. In this paper we will talk about critical discourse analysis and what is meant by critical discourse analysis and how it works and analyses the politician’s discourse. The model used in this paper is Van Dijk’s model of critical discourse analysis. Discourse analysis is the main point of this paper and we will focus on how critical discourse analysis works in politics. The objectives of this paper- (1) what are the ideologies that are used in this discourse; (2) Clinton used her power in a perfect way; (3) Hers is the female speech different from male speech. The result shows that any new admiration first thing do they are want to run the race for the presidency should underestimate the previous leader so Clinton starts expressing her negative rejection to the previous government for some points. The result shows that she shows herself as a great leader and the successful one. She talks about Iran and the fears for attacking Israel and also fears from Hezbollah for striking Israel. Clinton’s speech is not completely different from male speech because they used same the ideology, lexical words and exaggeration

The natural radiation of thirty two samples of soil which collected randomly in June 2012 from the new Kufa University location were measured using Na(Tl) detection. The mean values activity concentrations of 238U, 232Th and 40K was (25.73±11.23 , 3.72±0.81 and 165.16±9.39 ) Bq kg-1 respectively . The highest value of the Radium equivalent activity was (30.870) Bq.kg–1 in (S2) which mean that all the soil samples values lower than (370Bq kg-1) the world average . External and internal hazard and gamma activity concentration (representative level index) indexes were lower than unity for all samples . The average value of absorbed dose rate calculated from activity concentration of 238U , 232Th and 40K was (20.553) nGy h-1 this value coincident to recommended. Annual effective dose in (?Sv/y) varies from (36.912) (?Sv/y) in (S15) to (15.460) (?Sv/y) in (S8) , all the soil samples have the annual effective dose less than the world average 460 (?Sv/y). The results can be consider as base values for distribution of natural radionuclides in the region and will be used as references information to assess any changed in the radioactive background level due to geological processes

A significant historical enabler for the improvement of industrial goods has been the characterization of novel materials. For example, a large variety of polymeric materials are readily accessible to manufacture the appropriate items depending on the production method. Due to its capacity to produce components with complicated geometries without the need for tools or a human interface, fused filament fabrication (FFF) is acquiring a unique edge in the industrial sector. By adjusting process parameters at the right values, the qualities of FFF-built items may be enhanced since they rely heavily on these factors. Increasing the service life of functioning components requires taking wear resistance into account. Because of this, the current work concentrates on a thorough investigation to comprehend the impact of 3 crucial elements, including layer thickness, printing speed, also infill density, infill density, and the sliding wear of test specimens. A mechanism of wear is explained by utilizing microphotographs

Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) network is created on the IEEE 802.11 standard. Connections for local devices in homes and business arenas are provided by Wi-Fi units. With the growing demand as well as penetration of wireless services, the wireless networks users now assume Quality of Service (QoS) besides performances comparable to what is accessible from secure networks. In this paper, OPNET Modeler is used as module and for the simulation of a fiber optic-based Wi-Fi network within a fixed local area network. The aim of this paper is to evaluate their Quality of service (QoS) performances in terms of Wi-Fi voice-packet delay and End-to-End for both Wi-Fi base fiber and Wi-Fi base line. Many scenarios, with same Physical and MAC parameters, have many subnet networks are implementing with fiber optics baseline in addition to Wi-Fi baseline, were created in the network OPNET simulation tool for obtaining the results. The results of simulation reveal that base line demonstrated more delay than base fiber

The study aimed to investigate the association between tumor necrosis factor (TNF gene) alleles and pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) in a sample of Iraqi patients, in which a total of 94 patients were investigated, in addition to 80 age, gender and ethnicity matched controls. All subjects were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primers (SSP-PCR) method at two positions of TNF gene; -308 and -238 (TNF-308 and TNF-238), which were presented with three genotypes (GG, GA and AA) at both positions. At position -308, a significant (P = 6.9 x 10-5) decreased frequency of GG genotype was observed in PTB patients compared to controls (60.6 vs. 87.5%), and the preventive fraction of such difference was 0.68. In contrast, the genotype GA was significantly (P = 1.3 x 10-4) increased in patients (38.2 vs. 12.5%), and the associated relative risk and etiological fraction were 4.34 and 0.30, respectively. The corresponding TNF-308 alleles (G and A) also showed variations between patients and controls. Allele G was decreased (79.8 vs. 93.8%), while C allele was increased (20.2 vs. 6.2%) in patients, and both differences were significant at a P of 1.5 x 10-4. However, at position -238, neither TNF-238 genotypes nor alleles demonstrated a significant difference between patients and controls. The present results suggest that the GG genotype and G allele of TNF gene at position -306 may be associated with a protection against PTB in Iraqi population.
