Need Assessment Pekerjaan Alumni yang Bekerja pada Smk di Pekanbaru, Guna Pengembangan Kurikulum pada Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fkip Universitas Riau

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang diperlukan/dibutuhkan alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau yangbersumber dari tuntutan pekerjaan pada SMK di Pekanbaru dan mengindentifikasikonten atau materi khusus yang perlu dipadukan (diintegrasikan) atau ditambahkandalam kurikulum pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UniversitasRiau.Rancangan penelitian ini pada dasarnya merupakan penelitian deskriptif daneksploratif.Dengan demikian setiap variabel penelitian dideskripsikan berdasarkandata yang dieksplor dari responden untuk mengidentifikasi unsur / komponenkurikulum.Bidang ilmu alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau mencakupbidang ekonomi, koperasi dan akuntansi.Hasi penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 30responden dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan memiliki latar belakang keilmuanyang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang diampunya. Ada beberapa komponenkompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik yang dibutuhkan dalam bidangkerja yang diampunya tetapi belum atau kurang diperoleh dari kurikulum ProgramStudi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII D SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

The research is based on the fact that the classical completeness (75%) social subjects in grade VIII D low. So the impact on learning outcomes that of 29 students who take daily tests are completed reached KKM 80 is only about 34.8%. This means that there are approximately 65.2% of students who fail to reach the KKM. Of course this makes no classical completeness achievement in the classroom. This research is classroom action research (PTK) collaboration between teachers and students with a number of students as subjects of research that as many as 29 people in the class VIII.D the school year 2015/2016. The study took place at the beginning of the semester from January to June. The conclusion is that student achievement VIII.D grade SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako has increased from the initial test (pre-test) to test the end of the first cycle (post-test) and then to the final test (post-test) the second cycle is the percentage of classical completeness of 27.58% or by calculating the number of students who completed 8 be 37.93% or by calculating the 11 students who completed the first cycle and more significantly in the second cycle is 86.2% or as many as 25 students who pass. Activities teachers use cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) in grade VIII D SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako the academic year 2015/2016 has increased. The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 3 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 63.93 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 28 people only 12 students who achieve classical KKM with 42.86%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII2 at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih. Abstrack: The learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) provides an opportunity for each student to demonstrate the participation of others, working alone and in collaboration with others, so expect the students to be more active in the learning process in the classroom The aim of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes IPS by applying cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) in class VA SD Negeri 011 XII Banjar Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Penggunaan Metode Inquiry Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas IV SD Negeri 034 Teluk Mega Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Abstack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to identify learning outcome IPS with the use of methods of Inquiry on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Mega Gulf of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 034 Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in the academic year 2015/2016 the number of students 20 people, consisting of 14 boys and 6 girls. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. On the observation of students\u27 activity shows that in the first cycle of activities undertaken as many as 125 students and is still categorized Enough activity. This means that research should continue into the second cycle. In the second cycle the observation of student activity increased significantly, namely the results of 175 students who perform the activity. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kemampuan Manajerial Pengurus terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (Kpri) Universitas Riau

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administrator to the customer satisfaction of Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia University of Riau. This research is a quantitative research, with amount of population is 1.949 members and amount sample is 94 members. The method that used to gathering data is quisioner. Analysis data method uses descriptive analysis, multiple linier regression and classical assumption test. The result of the research shows there is influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administator to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,001. Partially, service quality has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,038 and managerial ability has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance of 0,003. With good service quality and good managerial ability, so that will increase customer satisfaction

The learning result is the ability of the student after he received alearning experience, to determine the results of the study carried out using the test.Basically, student learning outcomes in social studies Economics at SMPN 6 Siak HuluKampar regency still low. This happens because teachers often use the conventionalmethod of learning which is still dominated by lectures so monotonous, and the lack ofuse of media subjects during teaching and learning process. Given this research, aimsto determine the effect of the use of instructional media and audiovisual power pointtowards learning outcomes IPS Economy class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar regency.This study uses primary data and secondary data.
