Pengaruh Cara Pencatatan Mind Mapping terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar-dasar Kelistrikan Otomotif Kelas X Smk Negeri 2 Pemekasan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode cara pencatatan mind mapping pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar kelistrikan otomotif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian control group design, sedang analisis data menggunakan analisis of covarians (anacova). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas (X TMO-1 dan X TMO-2) dan jumlah dari setiap kelas terdiri dari 32 siswa. Dimana pada kelas X TMO-1 melakukan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan metode ceramah, sedangkan X TMO-2 melakukan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan metode pencatatan mind mapping. Data dikumpulkan melalui validasi perangkat pembelajaran (RPP dan Bahan Ajar) dan soal post-test dengan skala likert. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis of covarians (anacova). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode ceranah dan metode pencatatan mind mapping pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar kelistrikan otomotif dibuktikan pada tests of between-subjects effects angka untuk signifikan untuk peubah metode diperoleh sebesar 0.001<0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar kelistrikan otomotif terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Nilai rata-rata siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode ceramah sebesar 69.87 dan nilai rata-rata siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode pencatatan mind mapping sebesar 80.50. Penentuan Daya Maksimum Photovoltaik Dengan Metode Group

The maximum power point (MPP) is equivalent to maximum IxV at the I-V curve under G and T conditions. Characteristic and performance of the solar cell, module photovoltaic and solar generator of the photovoltaic system is possible to be evaluated through the MPP. The relationship among model, parameters and constants are expressed by a mathematical model of the exponential equation. Calculation of the MPP value at the intensity irradiation (G) and the cell temperature (T), the maximum voltage (Vmax) are fixed firstly by the current output equal to zero. The voltage output (Vout) is slowly dropped step by step (V=Vmax – n DV, where n = 1, 2, 3, . . . . m) and the current output (I) is founded. Efektivitas Implementasi Kebijakan Program CSR Dalam Bidang Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendisain model implementasi bantuan CSR pendidikan yang efektif, melalui gambaran assessment CSR pendidikan, perencanaan, implementasi, pengendalian dan dampaknya. Program ini diselaraskan dengan program RJPM 2005-2025, meliputi empat hal penting yakni perbaikan di segala bidang, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, peningkatan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan pendidikan, dan efisiensi penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Selanjutnya disusun model konseptual implementasi bantuan CSR pendidikan yang efektif di Kawasan Industri Bogor. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam yang ditentukan secara purposive dan snowballing dengan semua responden terpilih. Strategi yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, khususnya berkaitan dengan CSR pendidikan, juga dilakukan observasi, analisis dokumen, serta melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pelaksanaan program CSR, kemudian disusunlah sintesanya. Program CSR pendidikan disalurkan oleh Perusahaan besar seperti Indocement Heidelberg, Holcim, dan Bogasari Flour Mills. Sistem implementasi program antara lain pemberian beasiswa, praktek kerja industri, study visit, pembangunan dan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta pelatihan. Agar implementasi CSR pendidikan efektif disusun model konseptual CSR pendidikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keahlian dan sikap. Diharapkan implementasi CSR pendidikan (formal dan informal) pada masa yang akan datang menjadi lebih berguna yang dapat meningkatkan citra pendidikan dan citra Perusahaan. School environment and their environmental operation industries are directly faced many problems and issues. So, it is necessary that government, industry, and schools are related to make an industrial agreement for improving education institution. Thus, the priorities of national development plans, as stated on the Repelita (Five years national planning) and RJPMN 2005-2025 (long term national planning), education was developed on the basis of 4 main strategies: the improvement of opportunity, quality improvement of quality of education, improvement of relevancy of education to development needs and improvement of efficiency in educational management. By dept interviewing to relevance participants in industrial estate was purposively and snowballing system. In this case, CSR for education program, was observed, analysis documents, synthesizing factors, then designed the model of effectively of the policy implementation. The CSR education is one of the most important donations for financing the implementation of the educational administration. Scholarships, infrastructure maintenance, laboratory device, practical and study visits are the priority program in the field of industrial estate. Both of institutions, educational administration and CSR, however, are needed each other, as a foundation support for sustainable education operation. This research was conducted in the area of Indocement Heidelberg Group, Holcim Group, and Bogasari Group, which has been committed for distributing the donation continually. This educational donation is aimed to help students to be able to develop attitude, knowledge, and skill, becoming to be effectively. Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Indikator Kesulitan Finansil terhadap Harga Saham Bank : Studi Kasus Bank Bca

The purpose this research are to provide data, information and deep analysis about finance of go public Bank in Indonesia, include their financial distress and stock price. Quantitative approach is used to analyze the impact of bank performance, financial distress and bankruptcy prediction to bank\u27s stock price. We use ordinary least square regression (OLS) method with all of the OLS method requirement such as normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroschedasticity test. We use secondary data from bank financial report and bank stock price from January 2004 until October 2010. We use 32 variables that represent five main variables in the model. The result showed that liquidity have negative impact to stock price, income have positive impact to stock price and more debt will increase bank credibility and attract more investor to buy the stock and will increase bank stock price

EVALUATION OF MADURA LANGUAGE TEXTBOOKS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL

The purpose of this study was to find out information and describe the quality of Madurese language textbooks both in terms of content, presentation, and language. The type of this research is evaluation research, namely by conducting an elementary level Madura language curriculum document study (syllabus) and research instruments provided to students and material experts. The results of the study showed that students' responses to Madurese language textbooks at the elementary level included a very good category, which was 80.86. While the results of the validation of material experts state that Madurese language textbooks are in a valid category and can be used but need minor revisions, ie with a value of 80.60

Pengaruh Kesadaran Merek dan Diskon Harga terhadap Niat Pembelian dengan Mediasi Citra Restoran Seafood New Javana di Surabaya

The purpose of this research was to examine The Effect of Brand Awareness and Price Discount on Purchase Intention as mediated by the image of Seafood Restaurant New Javana in Surabaya. The data were collected by means of questionnaire for getting the response from the respondents on the 76 people. Sampling method is the Accidental Sampling conducted by questionnaire that is spread in a Restaurant Seafood New Java-na. Analysis technique used to test the relation of independent variables, mediating vari-able, and dependent variable is the Path Analysis with SPSS software for 16 Windows. This research shows that brand awareness and price discounts are significant and simul-taneous partial influence on the image of the restaurant. Brand awareness and purchase intent affect significantly, either directly or with the mediated image of the restaurant. Discount price does not affect significantly purchase intention. However, the discount price does not affect significantly purchase intent. But, the discount price can affect pur-chase intent significantly mediated the image of the restaurant

The Role of Teacher in Medical Student Self-directed Learning Process

Self-directed learning (SDL) is essential in medical education. The rapid development of medical science and the expansion of health problems need a physician who can meet that challenges. A physician must have lifelong learning ability. SDL is one of the important requirements for lifelong learning ability. In SDL, learners are the controller of learning and learners have the freedom to learn according to their needs. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the role of the teacher in the SDL process, particularly in medical education. This study used a qualitative exploratory design. Twelve teachers and 23 medical students were selected by purposive sampling. There were seven themes that emerged from the analysis. Keefektifan Program Kelompok Pendukung Ibu dalam Mengubah Perilaku Ibu Menyusui

Pemerintah Surakarta menyelenggarakan program kelompok pendukung ibu untuk meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian cross sectional ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ASI eksklusif antara ibu-ibu yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti pada tahun 2014. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi berusia 6-24 bulan. Besar sampel yaitu 384. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap tentang ASI eksklusif pada ibu-ibu yang mengikuti program pendukung ibu lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibanding ibu-ibu yang tidak mengikuti (p=0,04 dan p=0,001). Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan tindakan yang bermakna pada kelompok tersebut (p=0,82). Regresi logistik dilanjutkan tes stratifikasi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga lain (selain suami) merupakan variabel perancu. Kesimpulannya yaitu ibu-ibu yang mengikuti program pendukung ibu memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap yang lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibanding yang tidak mengikuti. Surakarta government established mother support group program to increase covering of exclusive breastfeeding. This cross sectional study aimed to analyze the difference of knowledge, attitude, and practice of exclusive breastfeeding among mothers who followed and did not follow in 2014. The population was mothers whose babies aged 6-24 months old. Sample size was 384. The results of the Mann-Whitney test shows that knowledge and attitude about exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who follow mother support group program significantly higher than mothers who did not follow (p=0,04 and p=0,001). The chi-square test shows that there is not significant difference practice in those group (p=0,82). Logistic regression continued with stratification test showed that other family support (besides her husband) is a confounding variable. The conclusion shows that mothers who follow the program have significantly higher knowledge and attitude about exclusive breastfeeding than mothers who did not
