    Perilaku Cinta Lingkungan Sekolah pada Anak Usia Dini di TK PKK Adijaya Lampung Tengah

    Anak usia dini adalah masa yang paling tepat untuk menstimulasi perkembangan individu. Aspek perkembangan anak usia dini salah satunya yaitu perkembangan sosial emosional yang mencakup perilaku anak dalam lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah dan mengetahui faktor penyebab anak belum memiliki perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah pada anak usia dini di TK PKK Adijaya Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti memperoleh data primer dari hasil wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru kelas B di TK PKK Adijaya serta observasi terhadap perilaku anak terkait cinta lingkungan sekolah. Data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi, berupa foto dan video perilaku anak terhadap lingkungan di TK PKK Adijaya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dikumpulkan, direduksi, dideskripsikan, diuji keabsahan data dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah pada anak usia dini di TK PKK Adijaya Lampung Tengah, terdapat enam belas anak yang sudah memiliki perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah dan ada empat anak yang belum memiliki perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi anak belum memiliki perilaku cinta lingkungan sekolah, yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga (orang tua), faktor dari dalam diri anak (faktor internal), dan faktor dari kondisi lingkungan atau faktor dari luar diri anak (faktor eksternal).     Pengaruh Metode Bermain Peran Meniru Binatang Terhadap Kognitif Anak Usia Dini Di TK Islam Jerapah Kuning

    Anak usia dini merupakan individu dengan karakteristik yang khas. Anak-anak selalu aktif, antusias dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinnggi, dengan begitu mereka disebut golden age. Tahapan keemasan ini berada pada usia 0-6 tahun. Dengan demikian pendidik harus memupuk potensi anak. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis memiliki fokus penelitian yaitu perkembangan aspek kognitif melalui metode bermain peran meniru binatang, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan aspek kognitif anak melalui bermain peran meniru binatang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dari data yang dihasilkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelompok B dengan jumlah 30 siswa di Tk Islam Jerapah Kuning Bandar lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kognitif anak pada metode bermain peran meniru binatang, pada saat dilakukan observasi persentase perkembangan kognitif sebesar 39%, setelah diterapkan metode bermin peran meniru binatang mengalami peningkatan yaitu 61%. Abstract Early childhood is an individual with distinctive characteristics. Children are always active, enthusiastic and curious, so they are called the golden age. This golden stage is at the age of 0-6 years. Thus the educator must cultivate the potential of the child. In the research conducted, the authors have focused research on the development of cognitive aspects through the method of role-playing imitating animals, which aims to determine the development of cognitive aspects of children through role-playing imitating animals. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods of data generated through observation, documentation and tests. This study was conducted in Group B with a total of 30 students in Tk Islam giraffe Kuning Bandar lampung. The results showed that the cognitive development of children in the role-playing method imitating animals, when the percentage of cognitive development was observed at 39%, after applying the role-playing method imitating animals increased by 61%

    Language development is the most important aspect of development. This aspect of development must be achieved from an early age. One of them is the development of expressive language. To achieve optimal expressive language development, all potential can be stimulated by the teacher. This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in stimulating the development of expressive language in early childhood at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten, Tanjung Bintang District. This research is a research using descriptive qualitative approach method. Sources of research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The researcher obtained primary data from the results of interviews with class B teachers at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten and observations of teachers and children regarding the development of children's expressive language. Secondary data obtained from the results of documentation in the form of photos. The data obtained is then collected, reduced, described, tested for the validity of the data and concluded.The results of the study indicated that the efforts of the teacher at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten, Tanjung Bintang District, had developed the expressive language skills of grade B early childhood through the storytelling method using finger puppet media which was carried out optimally

    Early childhood is a very sensitive age range in the development of a child. Growth and development are very important aspects that parents pay attention to their children. This study aims to describe the gross motor physical development of children through games in Padma Mandiri Kindergarten. This research is a research using descriptive qualitative method. Sources of research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The researcher obtained primary data from interviews with school principals and B1 class teachers at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten as well as observations of children's gross motor physical development. Secondary data was obtained from the results of documentation in the form of photographs of children's physical motor development at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten. The data obtained is then collected, reduced, described, tested for the validity of the data and concluded. The results showed that the physical motor developmentof children in Padma Mandiri Kindergarten was very effective because it was given a stimulus in the gross motor development of children by using the playing method, there were twelve children who developed very well fulfilling the four existing indicators, the children developed very well in jumping, running, throwing, tiptoeing, and one child was found who had not developed because it did not meet the four existing indicators, the child had not yet developed in jumping, running, throwing, and tipto

Komunikasi berperan penting dalam suatu Perusahaan, untuk membangun hubungan antar karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data partial least square. Proses pengujian hipotesis melalui berbagai kriteria goodness-of-fit model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa information sharing dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap relationship.     Patient Safety Based Knowledge Management SECI to Improve Nusrsing Students Competency

    Introduction: Patient safety is an important component of health services quality,and basic principles of patient care. Nursing students also have a great potential to make an action that could endanger the patient, because hospital is one of student practice area. The purpose of this study was to improve the nursing students competency in patient safety by using knowledge management SECI approached. Method: The study used exploratory survey, and quasy experiment. The samples were some of nursing students of STIKes Muhammadiyah Samarinda who were on internship programme that selected using simple random sampling technique, in total of 54 students. This research's variables were the knowledge management SECI based-patient safety and nursing student's competency. The data were collected by using questionnaires and observation. The data were analyze by using Partial Least Square (PLS). Result: The result showed that there were significant influence the implementation of a model patient safety based knowledge management seci on increased competence nursing students. Discussion: Improved student competency in patient safety using SECI knowledge management was carried out in four phases, that is Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization. The result was a new knowledge related to patient safety that able to improve the student's competency.

    Kapasitas Perencanaan Desa di Kabupaten Muna Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

    This study aims to analyze the capacity of village planning in Muna District. This study uses a qualitative approach by investigating village planning processes and outputs. The study locations are 7 seaside villages and 8 non-seas villages in Muna Regency. The scope of time is three budget years, namely 2015, 2016 and 2017.Procedure for collecting primary data through document studies. To obtain primary data, procedures for public consultation and focus group discussions were taken. A technical public consultation was agreed with the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government of Muna Regency. Public consultation material was explored and developed from the results of focus group discussions. Focus group discussions were conducted at the village level, involving Village Devices, members of the Village Consultative Body, and Village Community Empowerment Institutions.The results of the study show that the capacity of village planning in Muna District is not yet optimal. The village planning system has not functioned properly in allocating and using inputs to produce planning output that is beneficial for achieving village development goals. Villages in Muna Regency have a planning document in the form of Village RPJM and Village RKP but in its arrangement are very formalistic, namely village planning norms are not administratively pursued in practice but can produce supporting documents required in legislation, while the social behaviour of the village plan compilers is not in line with the norms outlined in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014
