Spin waves in quasi-equilibrium spin systems

Using the Landau Fermi liquid theory we have discovered a new regime for the propagation of spin waves in a quasi-equilibrium spin systems. We have determined the dispersion relation for the transverse spin waves and found that one of the modes is gapless. The gapless mode corresponds to the precessional mode of the magnetization in a paramagnetic system in the absence of an external magnetic field. One of the other modes is gapped which is associated with the precession of the spin current around the internal field. The gapless mode has a quadratic dispersion leading to some interesting thermodynamic properties including a $T^{3/2}$ contribution to the specific heat. We also show that these modes make significant contributions to the dynamic structure function.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figure

Pairing symmetry signatures of T1 in superconducting ferromagnets

We study the nuclear relaxation rate 1/T1 as a function of temperature for a superconducting-ferromagnetic coexistent system using a p-wave triplet model for the superconducting pairing symmetry. This calculation is contrasted with a singlet s-wave one done previously, and we see for the s-wave case that there is a Hebel-Slichter peak, albeit reduced due to the magnetization, and no peak for the p-wave case. We then compare these results to a nuclear relaxation rate experiment on UGe2 to determine the possible pairing symmetry signatures in that material. It is seen that the experimental data is inconclusive to rule out the possibility of s-wave pairing in $UGe_{2}$.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figure

From a business perspective, hijabers phenomenon has great potential in the fashion industry, especially in industrial veils. Manufacturers producing veil one of which was Rabbani who is a garment company and one of the first instant veil companies in Indonesia. Many manufacturers competitors like Zoya, Pashmina, and shasmira are also more aggressively promote its products. Rabbani has decreased the percentage of sales in 2011 to 2014This research aims to determined the effect of the Promotion, Price and Quality Products toward Interest Buy of the consumer of Rabbani's Veil Dipatiukur Bandung. This type of research is explanatory research, data collection techniques are based interviews questionnaires, cluster sampling technique of sampling and the number of samples 120. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS.This study showed that promotion, price and product quality effect on consumer buying interest either partially or simultaneously. The quality of products provide greatest influence on the consumer buying interest Dipatiukur veil Rabbani Bandung.The conclusion promotions, price and higher quality products, the higher the purchase interest. Rabbani suggested further enhance the promotion of the use of language which clear and persuasive language, pricing according to segmentation, diversity of models and styles, and products provided should continue to follow the fashion trend

Prospecting for scarabid specific Bacillus thuringiensis crystal toxin cry8 gene in sugarcane ecosystem of Tamil Nadu, India

In the present study, we report the occurrence of cry8 positive isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) in selected white grub, Holotrichia serrata F. (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae), endemic soils of sugarcane ecosystem and other places in Tamil Nadu. Out of the 66 soil samples collected and screened for white grub specific Bt, 74 isolates of the bacterium, all containing only spherical crystal toxin, were identified. PCR screening of these isolates with cry8 gene universal primer revealed six isolates to be positive. Further, the amplicon of a 370 bp band, amplified with another set of degenerate primer designed based on the conserved sequence of cry8 genes, was sequenced from four isolates. Multiple sequence alignment revealed the gene sequences to be the same for all the isolates. The present report of the availability of cry8 positive Bt isolates opens the avenue for controlling white grubs through transgenic research

Pengaruh Pemberian Vaksin Whole Cell Killed Virus Terhadap Sintasan Udang Vannamei (Lithopenaeus Vannamei) Yang Diinfeksi Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV) [the Influence of Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV) Infection in Lithopenaeus Vannamei by Giving Whole Cell Killed Virus Vaccine on Survival Rate.]

Shrimp are susceptible to a wide variety of pathogens, one of each were viruses. Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV) is one of virus attack in vannamei. Shrimp had been infected by WSBV will showed high mortality. One of Strategies for prophylaxis and control of WSBV is enhancement of disease resistant by using vaccines. Recently, quasi-immune response have been reported by which Penaeus japonicus surviving from WSBV infections possess a resistance against challenge WSBV (Venegas et al., 2000). This study was used Lithopenaeus vannamei that been vaccination with inactived-formaline WSBV virus cell or it called Whole Cell Killed Virus (WCKV) to know its responses to WSBV. The aim of this study was to know the effect Whole Cell Killed Virus vaccine to survival rate vannamei shrimp (Lithopenaeus vannamei) infected by Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV). This study used descriptive study. The efficacy of vaccines made of inactivated WSSV with different dose. The dose are P1 (dose 0,01µg/ml each shrimp), P2 (dose 0,02 µg/ml each shrimp), P3 (dose 0,03 µg/ml each shrimp) dan P4 (non-vaccine (kontrol) injected by PBS). Primary parameter was survival rate (%). Secondary parameter was water quality which of temperature, pH, salinity and dissolved oxygen. The result showed that survival rate of L. Vannamei with different dose of WCKV vaccines was increases
