[[abstract]]As the prosperous development of information technology and Internet, the enterprises change the management of supply chain into modern technology way. Also, the characteristics of information crime has become unremitting confidence , the protection of the invaluable information assets in the supplier chain is facing more rigorous challenges. How can the expensive security mechanism be assessed if it conforms its function and serves the core objectives of the enterprise. The mechanism of this paper is based on the ontology of the Unified Problem-solving Method Development Language. In this paper, the implementation knowledge of the SCM information security risk management is divided into three categories: domain, task, and problem-solving ontologies. The concepts of the knowledge ontology are implemented by a computer tool Protege, and programmed into a detailed knowledge inference rules by using CLIPS, and then used as an inference engine in the JESS expert system to strengthen the SCM information security risk management and enhance the security of the enterprise.[[notice]]補正完畢[[incitationindex]]EI[[booktype]]紙

Convergence to equilibrium for a bulk--surface Allen--Cahn system coupled through a Robin boundary condition

We consider a coupled bulk--surface Allen--Cahn system affixed with a Robin-type boundary condition between the bulk and surface variables. This system can also be viewed as a relaxation to a bulk--surface Allen--Cahn system with non-trivial transmission conditions. Assuming that the nonlinearities are real analytic, we prove the convergence of every global strong solution to a single equilibrium as time tends to infinity. Furthermore, we obtain an estimate on the rate of convergence. The proof relies on an extended Lojasiewicz--Simon type inequality for the bulk--surface coupled system. Compared with previous works, new difficulties arise as in our system the surface variable is no longer the trace of the bulk variable, but now they are coupled through a nonlinear Robin boundary condition.Comment: 29 page

Synthesis and Characterization of Phase Change Microcapsules Containing Nano-Graphite

    Get PDF
This study uses the sol-gel method to modify the phase change microcapsules. The phase change material (PCM) is encapsulated by a polymer shell to reduce the leakage in the solid-liquid transition. Furthermore, the nano-graphite particle (NGP) is introduced into the shell to increase its thermal conductivity. The particle size and enthalpy value of the obtained microcapsules are approximately 3 μm and 150.3 J/g, respectively. The results show that the encapsulation efficiency of PCM in the prepared microcapsules is increased and the crystallization rate of PCM becomes faster when the NGP is added. The obtained microcapsules and wood flour are incorporated into high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to form a wood-plastic composite (WPC). The results indicate that the tensile and impact strengths of the WPC are 24.1 MPa and 48.7 J/m, respectively. Moreover, it is observed that the addition of these phase-change microcapsules can improve the heat dissipation of HDPE and accelerate the speed of thermal diffusion

Bending Instability of Electrically Charged Liquid Jets of Polymer Solutions in Electrospinning

Nanofibers of polymers were electrospun by creating an electrically charged jet of polymer solution at a pendent droplet. After the jet flowed away from the droplet in a nearly straight line, it bent into a complex path and other changes in shape occurred, during which electrical forces stretched and thinned it by very large ratios. After the solvent evaporated, birefringent nanofibers were left. In this article the reasons for the instability are analyzed and explained using a mathematical model. The rheological complexity of the polymer solution is included, which allows consideration of viscoelastic jets. It is shown that the longitudinal stress caused by the external electric field acting on the charge carried by the jet stabilized the straight jet for some distance. Then a lateral perturbation grew in response to the repulsive forces between adjacent elements of charge carried by the jet. The motion of segments of the jet grew rapidly into an electrically driven bending instability. The three-dimensional paths of continuous jets were calculated, both in the nearly straight region where the instability grew slowly and in the region where the bending dominated the path of the jet. The mathematical model provides a reasonable representation of the experimental data, particularly of the jet paths determined from high speed videographic observations. Gravity Variation in Siberia: GRACE Observation and Possible Causes

We report the finding, from the GRACE observation, of an increasing trend in the gravity anomaly in Siberia at the rate of up to 0.5 ugal yr-1 during 2003/1 - 2009/12, in the backdrop of a negative anomaly of magnitude on the order of ~-10 mgal. In consideration of the non-uniqueness of the gravitational inverse problem, we examine in some detail the various possible geophysical causes to explain the increasing gravity signal. We find two geophysical mechanisms being the most plausible, namely the melting of permafrost and the GIA post-glacial rebound. We conclude that these two mechanisms cannot be ruled out as causes for the regional gravity increase in Siberia, based on gravity data and in want of ancillary geophysical data in the region. More definitive identification of the contributions of the various causes awaits further studies

Objective: To determine the effect of Tai Chi training on ankle proprioception in participants with Chronic Ankle Instability (CAI). Design: Randomized controlled trial. Method: Forty participants with CAI were randomly divided into a Tai Chi group and a control group, with 20 participants in each group. The Tai Chi group underwent 24-styled simplified Tai Chi rehabilitation training 3 times a week for 8 weeks, while the Control group did not undergo any rehabilitation training. The angular displacement of ankle proprioception (kinesthesia) was collected from both groups before and after rehabilitation training for data analysis. Result: After 8 weeks of training, participants in the Tai Chi group showed significant improvement in ankle proprioception (

Abstract Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, a major hospital-acquired pathogen, is a serious health threat and poses a great challenge to healthcare providers. Although there have been many genomic studies on the evolution and antibiotic resistance of this species, there have been very limited transcriptome studies on its responses to antibiotics. We conducted a comparative transcriptomic study on 12 strains with different growth rates and antibiotic resistance profiles, including 3 fast-growing pan-drug-resistant strains, under separate treatment with 3 antibiotics, namely amikacin, imipenem, and meropenem. We performed deep sequencing using a strand-specific RNA-sequencing protocol, and used de novo transcriptome assembly to analyze gene expression in the form of polycistronic transcripts. Our results indicated that genes associated with transposable elements generally showed higher levels of expression under antibiotic-treated conditions, and many of these transposon-associated genes have previously been linked to drug resistance. Using co-expressed transposon genes as markers, we further identified and experimentally validated two novel genes of which overexpression conferred significant increases in amikacin resistance. To the best of our knowledge, this study represents the first comparative transcriptomic analysis of multidrug-resistant A. baumannii under different antibiotic treatments, and revealed a new relationship between transposons and antibiotic resistance

EXPLORING THE EXPENDITURE-BASED PROFILE OF MACAO VISITORS: A CLUSTER ANALYSIS

Visitor profiling has been increasingly recognized as an important tourism marketing tool in the advent of smart tourism. There is a substantial body of literature relating to tourism market segmentation and visitor profiles. However, most of them focus on psychographic and behavioral factors. Seldom research has addressed the visitor profile based on actual expenditure during the visit. In this study, we explored the expenditure-based profile of Macao visitors using a randomly sampled dataset from a large-scale visitor profile survey supported by Macao Government Tourist Office. Utilizing self-reported actual expenditure data from 3577 visitors, we extracted six expenditure clusters of Macao visitors using a k-means clustering with silhouette analysis. The six clusters, i.e., entertainment, gambling, cuisine, shopping, both cuisine & shopping, and transit, have significant differences in expenditure preferences and expenditure levels. We also analyzed the demographic and behavior profile for each cluster. Our findings shed light on developing customized marketing strategies to the profile of each distinct expenditure cluster of Macao visitors
