    Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan aspek penting dalam mengendalikan semua risiko yang ada didalam operasional Perusahaan sehingga Penerapan (K3) ditempat kerja dapat meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada setiap kegiatan proses produksi. Kecelakaan yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja sebagian besar 88% disebabkan karena perilaku yang tidak aman (unsafe action), 10% kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman (unsafe condition) dan 2% tidak diketaui penyebabnya. Oleh karena itu manajemen Perusahaan harus melakukan analisis terhadap manajemen risiko yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi dan melindungi bahkan menghilangkan risiko kecelakaan kerja (zero Accident) pada tenaga kerja dengan melakukan pencegahan pada timbulnya kecelakaan kerja selama melakukan kegiatan proses produksi. Tujuan penelitan ini yaitu melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya dan melakukan penilaian risiko bahaya yang akan terjadi di PT. X divisi Particle Board di area glue kitchen, forming dan press line. Terdapat 23 kejadian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang sudah di identifikasi. Adapun risiko yang paling banyak terjadi yaitu pada tahapan proses forming dan press process. Tingkat risiko yang paling tinggi yang bisa berpotensi kematian (ektstrem risk) yaitu ketika pekerja melintasi tangga forming dan hot press. Sedangkan tingkat risiko yang paling rendah yaitu ketika pekerja terbentur besi beam, terkena flake yang tajam dan terkena oli panas saat terjadi kebocoran pipa

    Effectiveness of Ergonomic Chair Against Musculoskeletal Disorders in Female Batik Workers of Sragen District

    The majority of female batik workers uses non-ergonomic chairs (dingklik) that pose risks of musculoskeletal disorders. This study aimed to design an ergonomic chair and evaluate its effectiveness in reducing musculoskeletal disorders among the workers. This is a quasi-experimental study (using one group pre and post-test design) on 50 female batik workers selected by quota sampling. Musculoskeletal disorders were measured among the samples before and after the use of the designed ergonomic chair which they were asked to use for two months. T-test, ANCOVA, Wilcoxon test, McNemar test and Chi Square test were used for the analysis. The study found statistical significant differences of risk factor against musculoskeletal disorders among the workers before and after their use of the designed ergonomic chair (p=0.000); and of musculoskeletal disorders before and after using the ergonomic chair (p= 0,035). Body Mass Index (BMI) was identified as a confounding factor, and statistical significant difference of musculoskeletal disorders were also found among the workers with <25 and >25 BMI even before and after using the ergonomic chair (p=0.033 and p=0.015 respectively). By ANCOVA statistical test, after controlling BMI, another statistical difference of musculoskeletal disorders was also identified before and after using the ergonomic chair (p=0.033). It is concluded that the designed ergonomic chair is effective to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders

    Teams Games Tournament is one of the cooperative model witheducational games. With these educational games students can moreeasily understand the material given due to an educational game that isdone in groups. Media card shaped puzzle problem is a problem lies inthe form of instructions and questions that must be resolved bystudents.The purpose of this research were to reviewing: (1) influence thecooperative model of based Teams Games Tournament type with problemcard shaped of puzzle to cognitive competence; (2) influence thecooperative model of based Teams Games Tournament type with problemcard shaped of puzzle to learning activities; and (3)influence thecooperative model of based Teams Games Tournament type with problemcard shaped of puzzle to attitude competence. This research used thequasi experimental research method. The samples was using clusterrandom sampling consisted of 2 class, they are VIII C as a experimentclass and VIII B as a control class. The instruments are consisted of thetest, interview, and documentatiton. The data was analyzed using theIndependent Simple T-Test to show how is the different betweenexperiment class and control class .     The research focused on the influence of POE to student's science process skills and student's physics achievement. The purposes of this research are (1) to describe student's science process skills the using Prediction, Observation, Explanation model in learning physic, (2) to examine the effect Prediction, Observation, Explanation model to student's physics achievement in learning physics The type of this research is experiment by post test only control groupdesign. The population of this research were students of class X at SMAN 1 Jenggawah (2015/2016). The techniques of data collection are observation, test, documentation, interview, and portofolio. The techniques of data collection analysis using descriptive analiysis and Independent Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS 23. The result of the research are: (1) average of value students' science process skills is 82,75, (2) student's physics achievementacquiredof analitycal results Independent Sample T-Test sig (1-tailed) of 0.002 , it means H1 accepted, H0 rejected.     The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of political parties capability and candidates image on the voters attitude behavior in legislative elections in Margodadi village, Tumijajar district, West Tulang Bawang Regency 2014. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. The independent variable in this study were the capability of a political party (X1), and the image of the candidate (X2), while the dependent variable was the attitude of voting behavior (Y). The subjects of this study was the community that numbered 97 people. Data collection techniques used in this study was questionnaire and simple correlation regression analysis with simple linear regression formula. Based on the research that had been done it could be seen that there was a significant influence of political parties and image capabilities candidate against behavioral attitudes.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh kapabilitas partai politik dan citra kandidat terhadap sikap perilaku pemilih dalam pemilu legislatif di Desa Margodadi Kecamatan Tumijajar Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kapabilitas partai politik (X1), dan citra kandidat (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat adalah sikap perilaku pemilih (Y). Subyek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berjumlah 97 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini angket dan analisis regresi korelasi sederhana dengan rumus regresi linier sederhana.     The aim of this research was to find out the condition of butterfly habitats in Gita Persada Butterfly Park, Kedaung, Kemiling sub-district, Bandar Lampung, whether the location has been appropriate as the butterfly habitats. This research focused on environmental factors, such as the climate condition (temperature, moisture and precipitation), topography, vegetation, and the diversity of butterfly species. This research used descriptive method, with the objects was Gita Persada Butterfly Park, the width was 4.8 Ha. Respondents in this research was the management and the staff of Gita Persada Butterfly Park. The researcher collected the data using observation interview, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed and were compared with raw criteria and were interpreted in the research report. The result showed that: ( 1 ) the climate condition of Gita Persada Butterfly Park was C type ( schmidt-ferguson ) with the average rainfall 2087,6 mm / years, as for the temperature was 25,8oc, the moisture was relatively high namely 87,4 %, it was suitable for butterflies habitat. the topography was in the form of highland with a height 460 m dpl, it was suitable for butterfly habitats because the butterfly species will breed at highland topography with the height was 400-1000 m dpl. The condition of vegetation in the open land park were quite many, but the vegetation of host and forage for butterflies in the dome were quite least ( 2 ) the diversity of butterfly species were quite many. Based on the documentation, there were 160 species derived from 5 families which were Papilionidae, Nymphalidae, Pieridae, Lycaenidae and Hesperidae and most of butterflies spesies was conservation came from Nymphalidae families
