    Peningkatan Kinerja Clustering Dokumen Teks Menggunakan Pembobotan Sampel

    Algoritma clustering berbasis pembobotan sampel (sample weighting) saat ini banyak diteliti. Ada beberapa model pembobotan yang pada prinsipnya bertujuan untuk merubah nilai vektor sampel dan formula similaritas vektor sampel dengan pusat clusternya. Dalam dokumen teks pembobotan dapat berupa konektifitas antar dokumen, misalnya dalam dokumen akademik yang ada koneksi referensi. Namun dalam dokumen berita koneksi referensi mungkin jarang ditemukan. Dalam makalah ini teknik pembobotan baru diajukan, yaitu menggunakan kata-kata yang muncul dalam kata kunci (keyword) dan judul (title ) dari suatu dokumen teks. Eksperimen dilakukan terhadap abstrak dokumen akademik sebanyak 500 dokumen dan dokumen berita. Sebanyak 3000 dokumen Algoritma yang diuji kinerjanya adalah algoritma K-Means clustering dan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means clustering. Parameter kinerja algoritma digunakan nilai F-measure dari hasil clustering sebelum dilakukan pembobotan sampel dan setelah dilakukan pembobotan sampel. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa pembobotan sampel dapat meningkatkan kinerja clustering sebesar 12,8% untuk pembobotan dengan keyword dan title dan meningkatkan kinerja clustering 9.8% untuk pembobotan dengan title saja

    Power Plant Design Village Siabu water in Kampar, Riau based on the electrical energy needs of the villagers Siabu that there are not fulfilled. Design and Construction of Hydroelectric Power 5 kW capacity is located in the village of Siabu Regency, Riau Kampar by utilizing the flow of the river from the springs Siabu Bukit Barisan area. From measurements of water discharge and high falling water, is used to determine the design of hydroelectric plants that include pipe dimensions rapidly, kind of water turbines dimensional water turbine, and to determine the capacity of a synchronous generator 3 phase that corresponds to the design of hydropower generation capacity of 5 kW. The calculations show that the potential power that can be generated in Hydroelectric Power Plant in the Village this Siabu theoretically amounted to 5.432 kW to discharge water used by 0.4196 m3 / s and a height of fall of water (head nett) 3 meters. Of discharge water and high water fall is obtained rapidly design pipe with a length of 5 meters and a diameter of 0.3651 meters and turbine diameter dimensions of 30 cm by 163 cm width.     Based on wind speed data from Meteorology and Geophysics Agency, Indonesia has an average wind speed of about 3-6 m / s. Wind speed can be categorized at low wind speed. So the power station needs a low-speed generator. One solution found from this problem is the development of low speed power plant technology. The wind power plant has an important component of which is a generator which is an electric machine that convert mechanical energy into electrical power. By utilizing a low speed and high torque of the direct drive system of the wind turbine. In designing this low-speed generator the magnetic field is made of neodynium magnets. The generator is designed with a speed of 750 rpm, frequency 50 Hz, induced voltage 15 V and 3 phase. Permanent magnet used with a diameter of 20mm and 3mm thick. The tests included zero load testing, load testing, anchor resistance testing, short-circuit testing and calculating voltage regulation. At the load-bearing load and weightless testing there is a decrease in stress due to the load, where the voltage regulation at the R phase is 16.1%, the S phase is 16.8% and the T phase is 13.2%.     Currently, vehicle transportation is becoming a very important tool in helping humans. Therefore an increase in the volume of the vehicle is very high every year. With so many current vehicles could damage the air cleaner in nature, caused by the combustion of residual Fuel (Fuel oil) the vehicles that emit fumes. Therefore it needs an alternative environment-friendly vehicles with electric bicycles. Electric vehicles currently using permanent magnet motors as their motive. On this research the drivers of electric vehicles use the induction generator who has the advantages i.e. a constant round of and excitation does not need another motor as a driving force. This vehicle is also installed on a system power savings, power saving methods is improved significantly. One of them is MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) used in induction generators. MPPT design is modelled using Matlab/Simulink software. The Matlab simulation has manage to obtain 55.04 volts of MPPT.     Induction motors are electric motors are the most widely used in industry, therefore the performance, stability and efficiency of an induction motor is of considerable concern to anticipate disturbances that could lead to a decrease in the age of the induction motor. Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is one of the most common method used to detect the motor's performance on-line, but the use of this MCSA not give less good results when the load torque is not constant. Modeling the induction motor in a state of no interference derived from mathematical equations with the method of the reference frame stator (stationary reference frame). In this paper, interference with the stator winding is detected by a change in resistance and inductance then and the emergence of sideband frequencies / other at the starting stator current spectrum, then do the phase characteristic approach todiagnosis techniques Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). This research purposes to design and analyze bidirectional inverter to supply three phase Induction motor 380 V with 48 V Battery as the source. In Inverter mode, motor is supplied by battery, after the voltage is increased by the transformer.     Penggunaan Algoritma Genetika dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Fuzzy Clustering untuk Pengenalan Pola

    Algoritma genetika (AG) adalah metode untuk menyelesaikan persoalan optimasi berbasis teori evolusi dalam biologi. Algoritma ini bekerja pada populasi calon penyelesaian yang disebut kromosom yang awalnya dibangkitkan secara random dari ruang penyelesaian fungsi tujuan. Dengan menggunakan mekanisme opearator genetik yaitu persilangan dan mutasi populasi dievolusikan melalui fungsi fitness yang diarahkan pada kondisi konvergensi. Algoritma ini dapat diterapkan dalam banyak area fungsi-fungsi optimasi, salah satu penerapannya adalah fungsi objektif berbasis fuzzy clustering. Fuzzy clustering bertujuan mengelompokkan n objek yang disajikan dengan vektor kedalam C-cluster berdasarkan kesamaannya dengan pusat cluster yang diukur melalui fungsi jarak. Fungsi tujuan Jm didefinisikan sebagai fungsi V (matriks sifat prototipe) dan U ( fungsi keanggotaan Fuzzy dari objek i: 1, 2, . . . .,n menjadi anggota cluster j: 1, 2, . . . . , c) yang diminimumkan melalui iterasi. Karena sensitivitas inisiasi random terjebak dalam minimum lokal, pendekatan genetik biasanya dapat diterapkan untuk menghilangkan masalah diatas. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mempelajari unjuk kerja AG pada masalah fuzzy clustering, khususnya fuzzy C Mean (FCM). Guided GA (GGA) sebagai alternatif FCM diperkenalkan melalui kode MATLAB, kedua algoritma ini dibandingkan melalui tiga kasus numerik. Unjuk kerja FCM dan GGA-FCM diuji melalui beberapa parameter seperti kesahihan cluster, kompleksitas, laju klasifikasi komputasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa GGA-FCM mempunyai unjuk kerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan FCM dalam bentuk Jm, kesahihan cluster dan laju klasifikasi, meskipun dalam kompleksitas komputasi lebih rumit dan memerlukan waktu lebih banyak.
