Structure of the out- flows behind buildings and Influence of the geometry of the streets on the out-flows

This paper intends to study the latest results from the research methods available with special intentions given to the architectural effects of the street valley and wind speed. Extensive research has been carried out through several research approaches to understand the effect of wind flow formation in the streets and the current wind condition on the structure of the wind current. The main goal of this paper is to study the structure of out- flows of buildings and the effect of street engineering on external flows. The numerical modeling is to simulate the effect of the wind flow and the layer limit on different building structures using the ANSYS Fluent package. The program was based on the K-ε model to incorporate the potential of differential equations forming the mathematical model. Three cases were considered; the first case is the height-to-width ratio of the valley (h/w), the second is the width of the dome (b3/b) and the third case the ratio of the height of the valley (h3/h) to see the effect of street valley engineering and wind speed effect

يعالج مقالنا نظرة المفكر التونسي هشام جعيط (1935-2021م) للتراث العربي الإسلامي، باعتباره منشغلا بالتاريخ الإسلامي ومهتما بقضايا الحداثة ناقدا لكل الرؤى الأصولية الكلاسيكية الستاتيكية التي تشكلت حول الموروث الديني، من خلال تقديم فهم معاصر للنص الديني يتوافق مع مقتضيات الحداثة الغربية وتوجهاتها الفكرية المتعددة. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن قراءة جعيط للتراث لا تخرج عن معطيات النزعة الغربية، وتياراتها الإيديولوجية ونظرياتها ومذاهبها الفلسفية البعيدة عن نطاق التداول الإسلامي ومقاصد الشرع، وهذا ما أدى إلى ضرب مرتكزات المنظومة الدينية الإسلامية برمتها.This article deals with Hichem Djait's view, the Tunisian thinker (1935-2021), of the Arab-Islamic heritage, as he is preoccupied with Islamic heritage and interested in issues of modernity, criticizing all the classical static fundamentalist visions that were formed around the religious heritage, by presenting a contemporary understanding of the religious text that conforms to the requirements of Western modernity and its multiple intellectual orientations. This study concluded that Djait’s reading of heritage does not deviate from the data of Western tendency and its ideological currents, theories and philosophical doctrines that are far from the scope of Islamic deliberation and the purposes of Sharia, and this is what led to hitting the foundations of the entire Islamic religious system

The importance of building the fiscal space to restore the external economic balance in Algeria

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم وإبراز أهمية بناء الحيّز المالي لدى صنّاع السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر من أجل اعادة التوازن الاقتصادي الخارجي، ويستند إلى التحليل الاقتصادي المدعم بالتحليل الاحصائي لنماذج الديناميكية، وقد أفضت الورقة إلى أنّ الجزائر تملك فرصا استثنائية من أجل اعادة ضبط المالي للمالية العامة (توازن داخلي) وميزان المدفوعات (توازن خارجي) وتقليل حدة العجز في الأول والحفاظ على حالة التوازن الخارجي. وبناءاً على ذلك أوصت الورقة بأهمية حوكمة المالية العامة سيما الإنفاق العام نحو المجالات الأكثر كفاءة، وكدا ضرورة إعداد استراتيجية نمو متوازن تتلاءم والوضع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الجزائر كمدخل للتنويع الاقتصادي.The study aimed to determine the importance of building fiscal space in Algeria in order to restore external economic balance. The paper is based on economic analysis and statistical analysis of dynamic models (VAR).  This  paper concluded that, Algeria has exceptional opportunities for the financial reset of public finances (internal balance) and the balance of payments ( External balance) and reduce the deficit in public finances and maintain the state of external balance of payments. Accordingly, the paper recommended the importance of public financial governance, especially public spending towards the most efficient economic sectors, as well as the importance of a balanced growth strategy commensurate with the economic and social situation in Algeria for economic diversification
