    TINGKAT MOTIVASI SISWA YANG MENGIKUTI EKSTRAKURIKULER PENCAK SILAT DI SMA NEGERI 1 PATIANROWO

    Abstrak Selama masa pandemi Covid-19 kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat tidak dapat dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat motivasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di SMA Negeri 1 Patianrowo pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Aturan penilaian yaitu menggunakan skala likert. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan membagikan kuesioner menggunakan google form yang disebar lewat whatsapp group. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pencak silat. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 25 siswa. Angket yang digunakan dalam artikel ini diadopsi dari penelitian terdahulu yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kuesioner ini terdiri dari 2 sub motivasi yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan presentase dengan di bantu aplikasi SPSS version 25. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dalam kategori ”Baik” dengan nilai sebesar 79,73%, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik dalam kategori “Cukup” dengan nilai sebesar 69,81%, dan nilai rata-rata dalam kategori “Cukup” dengan nilai sebesar 74,77%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat motivasi siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di SMA Negeri 1 Patianrowo selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat dikategorikan “Cukup”. Abstract During Covid-19 pandemic, Pencak Silat extracurricular activities could not be carried out properly which affected the level of student motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine level of motivation students in taking Pencak Silat extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Patianrowo during Covid -19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative using the survey method. The scoring rules use a Likert scale. The data was collected online by distributing questionnaires using the google form which were distributed via whatsapp group. The sample used is students who take Pencak Silat extracurricular. The sample selection used a saturated sampling technique with sample of 25 students. The questionnaire used in this article was adopted from previous research that had been tested for validity and reliability. This questionnaire consists of 2 sub motivations, namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The data analysis technique used a percentage with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study showed that intrinsic motivation was "Good" category with a value of 79.73%, while extrinsic motivation was "Enough" category with a value of 69.81%, and the average value in "Enough" category with a value of 74.77%. So it can be concluded that the level of motivation of students who take Pencak Silat extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Patianrowo during Covid-19 pandemic can be categorized as "Enough".     This research is aim to know level of student\u27s mathematical literacy on Quantity content in grade VII SMP Negeri Pontianak and describe competency which is student can reach. The case study with 6 subjects in grade VII SMP Negeri Pontianak who has differences capability. The result of data analysis indicated that 2 students who have upper capability can reach level 5 (have reflection competency), 1 student who has middle capability can reach level 4 (have connection competency), 1 other student who has middle capability can reach level 1 (have reproduction competency), 1 student who has lower capability can reach level 3 (have connection competency), and 1 other student who has lower capability can reach level 1 (have reproduction competency).     The waters of Kunyit Island on the east is one of the coastal waters in Kotabaru Regency that has the potential for marine tourism. However, in development is still a lot of obstacles, including the suitability of land for marine tourism have not been identified. Utilization of coastal and marine resources in the waters of Kunyit Island on east may be the development of marine tourism such as diving. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of land suitability level of marine tourism in the waters of Kunyit Island on east based on physical oceanographic parameters and BioEcology. The method used is the descriptive method with the help of analysis Travel Suitability Index (IKW) which generates the conformity travel. The results of this study indicate that the results of marine tourism suitability for diving in a class quite suitable (S2) with an area of 17.44 ha (78.72%) and is not suitable (N ) with an area of 4.71 ha (21.28%)

    Implementasi Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar dan Disposisi Matematis

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar dan disposisi matematis siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest dengan subjeknya adalah 37 siswa kelas VII C di SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes essay untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan angket untuk mengukur disposisi matematis siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dengan Effect Size 4,55 berkategori tinggi dan disposisi matematis dengan Effect Size 0,93 berkategori tinggi. Kata kunci: pendidikan matematika realistik, hasil belajar, disposisi matematis Abstrack: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of learning with realistic mathematics education approach to increase the learning achievement and student's mathematical disposition in SMPN 2 Pontianak. The research methods is using pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design with it's subject is 37 students from class VII C in SMPN 2 Pontianak 2015/2016 academic year. The instrument was used is essay test to measure of learning achievement and questionnaire to measure of student's mathematical disposition.     The aims of this research is to analyze result of the student's work in resolving problem about word problem. The method of this research is descriptive method in form of case study. The subject of the research is from VIII class of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak which amounted to 6 students. The results of data analysis that strategies of problem-solving used shows strategies being applied by the students such as are thinking logically, find patterns, and symbolic model used by 6 students, picture's assistance used by 4 students, estimation used by 1 students, and moving backward used by 2 students. There are two kinds of problem solving phases being applied among students such as are 4 students perform 3 phases of problem-solving, while 2 students perform 2 phases of problem-solving and there is difference at strategy, and phases of problem-solving being applied by students from top academic ability, middle academic ability, and low academi cability

    Education and the income differential: an estimation for Rawalpindi city

    Empirical tests of the human capital hypothesis—that education increases an individual's income—have been undertaken in several countries with favourable results [13]. These results show that (1) income differentials between individuals of different educational levels are wide; (2) the differentials establish shortly after the initial years of work and maintain through the duration of the life cycle; (3) the differentials are greater in developing countries than in developed countries; (4) the returns to education, after allowing for educational costs, exceed the returns to physical capital investment in developing countries; (5) the highest returns are to primary education; and (6) private returns exceed social returns. Which, if not all, of these results are true for Pakistan is not known. This paper yields such comparative results through an application of the human capital hypothesis to Rawalpindi City. The data for Rawalpindi are for males and derive from a socio-economic survey conducted by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics in 1975

    This research aims to describe about students' metacognition of problem solving on plane geometry in 7th grade SMP. The research method is descriptive with case study. The subjects of this research are four students grade VIII C consist of two high students group, two middle students group, two low students group in problem solving. The result of this research shows that the student metacognition of high group in problem solving almost all indicators good in each planning process, monitoring or evaluating. Meanwhile, the ability of metacognition students of middle group in problem solving is not better than high group when planned completion in each planning process, monitoring or evaluating.
