    AMASYA YÖRESİ TÜRKÜLERİNDE ALEVİ-BEKTAŞİ UNSURLARI VE BU ESERLERİN MÜZİKAL ANALİZLERİ

    Türküler, Türk insanının dini ve dindışı tüm duygularına tercüman olmuştur. Kahramanlık, savaşlar, ölüm, aşk, sevda, ayrılık gibi konular her yörede âşıklar tarafından dile getirilirken kimi zamanda dini metinler, tasavvufi temalar ve Alevi-Bektaşi söylemleri türkülerde konu edilmektedir. Dini boyutu olduğu kadar toplum yaşamının biçimlendirilmesinde de önemli bir etken olan bu unsurlar Amasya türkülerinde kendine yer bulmuştur. Gerek yazılı gerekse sözel aktarımlar sayesinde olsun bir toplumun yaşayan hafızası kabul edilen türküler, konuları, içerikleri ve gelecek kuşaklara vereceği mesajlarıyla içinde yaşadığı yörenin en önemli tarihi ve sosyo-kültürel zenginliklerindendir. Amasya türküleri tematik olarak incelendiğinde ayrılık, aşk ve sevda konulu türküler ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Bununla birlikte ağıt temalı türküler ve semah karakterli eserler de mevcuttur. Sözlü kültürün aktarımında halk müziğinin, âşıkların, dinsel ve dilsel özelliklerin önemi tartışılmaz. Çünkü türküler tıpkı gelenek gibi kuşaktan kuşağa, kalpten kulağa intikal eder. Bu çalışmada Amasya türkülerinde geçen Alevi-Bektaşi unsurları incelenmekte aynı zamanda tespit edilen türkülerin müzikal analizleri de çalışmada yer almaktadır. Çalışmada kullan ana kaynaklar arasında TRT Türk Halk müziği arşivi, TRT Müzik Dairesince hazırlanan Amasya Türküleri CD’si ve Amasya Belediyesi tarafından basılmış olan “Amasya Türküleri” kitabıdır. Çalışmada yaklaşık 40 Amasya türküsü incelenmiş ve bu türkülerde geçen Alevi-Bektaşi unsurları bulgular kısmında ele alınmıştır

    Estimation of radiological exposure levels in a mining area based on U-238, Ra-226, Th-232 and K-40 activity measurements: A case study for Beylikova-Sivrihisar complex ore site in Turkey

    The study estimated the radiological exposure levels in a mining area for miners in the Beylikova-Sivrihisar (Turkey) complex ore site containing U-238, Ra-226 and Th-232. Sixty samples were collected from the study area based on a geologic map. The radionuclide activities were measured using a 78.5% efficient n-type HPGe detector. The measured mean activities were 1871 +/- 38 Bq kg(-1) for U-238, 1749 +/- 5 Bq kg(-1) for Ra-226, 3467 +/- 9 Bq kg(-1) for Th-232 and 309 +/- 2 Bq kg(-1) for K-40. From the measured results, the external effective dose was calculated to be max. 3.80 +/- 0.03 mSv y(-1) (mean: 2.04 +/- 0.03 mSv y(-1)) for inside gallery and max. 7.59 +/- 0.05 mSv y(-1) (mean: 4.08 +/- 0.05 mSv y(-1)) for outdoor. Additionally, the external exposure index was calculated to be H-ex = 33.5 +/- 0.2(mean: 18.2 +/- 0.3) and internal exposure index to be H-in = 45.9 +/- 0.3 (mean: 22.9 +/- 0.4). The results indicate that additional radiation protection measures should be taken during the mining process if an opencast mining is implemented in Beylikova complex ore deposit

    Effects of information technology on work life quality

    Analitik Hiyerarşi Sürecine uygun bir modelle bilişim teknolojilerinin yönetim kalitesi parametreleri üzerinden çalışma yaşam kalitesini nasıl etkilediği incelenmektedir. Uygulama 3 noktada odaklanmaktadır: (1) Bilişim teknolojilerinin çalışma yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki etkisinin analizi, (2) Çalışma yaşam kalitesi kriterlerinin birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerinin analizi, (3) Çalışma yaşam kalitesi kriterlerinin kurumsal parametrelerle bağlantısının analizi. Araştırma göstermiştir ki; bankaların her birinin farklı çalışma yaşam kalitesi boyutu bilişim teknolojilerinden etkilenmektedir. Aynı çalışma yaşam kalitesi boyutunu seçen bankalar arasında ise kurumsal parametreler açısından bir benzerlik görülmemektedir. For this reason, the effects of information technologies on worklife quality is realized by means of managerial aspects. An Analytical Hierarchy Process model is set up to analyse how information technologies affect work life quality via managament quality parameters. Quality of work life is based on the eight dimensions that are taken together Private trade banks in Turkish banking sector are chosen for application area. The study is focused on three dimensions:(1) effects of information technologies on work life quality, (2)The interrelationships of the eight quality of work life dimensions, (3) relation of organizational parameters with quality of work life dimensions. The results have shown that each bank has chosen a different dimension of quality of worklife. Accordingly, the banks that came up with the same dimension show no similarities in sense of organizational parameters. In general, "social integration in the work organization dimension is the only dimension that has a correlation with the number of  branches and the number of employees. As a general result, all of the eight dimensions of the worklife quality have strong relations with each other and should be managed as a whole.Keywords: Quality of worklife, information technologies,Analytical Hierarchy Process, management qualit

    Neutron self-shielding correction in application of k(0)-NAA standardization method to determine Mn content in manganese ores

    In this study, it is aimed to investigate neutron self-shielding effect in application of k(0)-NAA standardization method to determine Mn contents in manganese ores. Because the neutron self-shielding correction factors are significant factors in application of k(0)-NAA method for large samples. To estimate these, several Mn-ore samples and Au monitor were irradiated separately in a 37 GBq Am-241-Be neutron source irradiation unit and then they were measured by using a 78.5% relative efficient HPGe detector. In this study, the sigmoid function approaches for calculation of G(th) and G(e) factors were applied for the right cylinder sample geometry at known elemental compositions in samples, determined by EDXRF technique with a 25 mm(2) Silicon Drift Detector (SDD). The present results indicate that k(0)-NAA method is applicable successfully to determine Mn contents in Mn-ore samples providing that G(th) and G(e) factors are estimated accurately even if a low-flux isotopic neutron source is used

    Purification and characterisation of two isozymes of pyruvate decarboxylase from Rhizopus oryzae

    Pyruvate decarboxylases were purified and partially characterised for the first time from aerobically grown Rhizopus oryzae mycelium. Two very similar pyruvate decarboxylase isoenzymes were partially separated from each other by a purification protocol including ammonium sulphate precipitation, gel filtration chromatography and anion exchange chromatography. The subunit molecular weights of the enzymes were estimated to be 61 kDa for both. The pI values determined by two-dimensional electrophoretic analysis were 5.94 and 5.82 for the isoenzymes. The isoenzymes were similar in many kinetic aspects and the K,,, values were estimated as 3.9 and 4.5 mM for each of the enzymes. Both of the isozymes showed sigmoidal kinetics with a Hill coefficient of 1.8. Substrate inhibition was observed for both of the enzymes at pyruvate concentrations above 20 mM for one of the isoenzymes and 40 mM for the second isoenzyme. The enzymes were found in two different native forms; dimer and tetramer with estimated molecular weights of 120-128 and 272 kDa with the dimer being the predominant form.
