    The development of law in our country is still running imperfectly behind the dynamic social and community culture that is developing. The development of community life is very rapid due to the advance in science and technology coupled with a very open of digital and social media world. The development of community life should be followed by the law developments needed by the community, thus a sense of justice in the law can be felt by the whole community. This fact is one of the sources of the irregular of law in Indonesia. By looking at these conditions, the transformation of Hindu law in the development of national law needs to be conceived, reviewed and developed by the law enforcers. The law should be established in line with the socio-cultural structure and values of our nation's local wisdom, but it can still accommodate the dynamics of social and cultural life in the era of openness as it is today. Through this, the Hindu law is expected to contribute to the development of national law. With the contribution of Hindu Law to National Law, it is expected that a sense of justice can be felt by the whole community

The Tabuh Sekatian Banjar Paketan tabuh has the soul of Arba, Agung, Gentle, Sacred and Pingit. This study aims to dissect the Ethnopedagogical Study of the Performance of Tabuh Sekatian in the Dewa Yadnya Ceremony at the Khayangan Desa Temple in Banjar Paketan Village, where this sacred art is both an accompaniment and a complement to the belief in the Dewa Yadnya ceremony used by Hindus in Banjar Paketan, full of tattwa values (philosophy), morals (ethics) and ceremonies (events). So that in this performance actually all residents have worshiped Hyang Widhi / God Almighty, both children, adults and the elderly as well as banten artisans, gamelan artisans, igel artisans, priests and others. The functions of the Tabuh Sekatian Performance are for the aesthetic function, the function of sanctity, the function of protecting, the function of preserving cultural arts, the function of maintaining local culture, the function of expressing gratitude.     The implementation of Catur Brata Penyepian is a brata activity or restraint of lust at the time of welcoming the celebration of Nyepi Day. throughout Indonesia, especially in the Bali Region, a series of caatur brata retreat activities are carried out from generation to generation once a year.Probematically, this assignment has a functional application so that this paper uses a functional and qualitative perspective. To collect data in the field, this writing can use the methods of observation, participation and elicitation. The results of the writing show that a series of ceremonies carried out on Nyepi Day by Hindus is a very very sacred ritual ceremony held before the turn of the Caka Year. Anak adalah buah hati bagi pasangan suami istri yang membentuk keluarga inti. Keluarga ini akan membentuk kelompok-kelompok dalam masyarakat. Anak dalam kehidupan adalah anugrah dari Tuhan, maka seorang anak harus diasuh dengan baik, diberikan pendidikan etika dan moral agar anak menjadi anak yang unggul. Pertumbuhan fisik dan psikis anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendidikan dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Anak dididik, dilatih untuk membangun dan mengembangkan minat dan bakat anak tersebut dan di masyarakat siswa agar mampu bersosialisasi untuk hidup bersama dengan lingkungannya. Sehingga setelah anak menjadi dewasa, anak akan memiliki tanggung jawab baik dalam keluarga maupun dalam masyarakat. Anak akan terjun ke dalam masyarakat sebagai makhluk sosial yang hidup bermasyarakat dengan menjalankan segala hak dan kewajibannya dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui data deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis data yang diperoleh diolah dan dijadikan sebagai bahan informasi tertulis yang bersifat naratif. Sehingga kedudukan anak dalam keluarga Hindu selain sebagai penerus keluarga anak juga sebagai penyelamat keluarga, masyarakat dan sebagai pewaris dalam kehidupan keluarga dan masyarakat, baik warisan materi maupun non materi.Kata kunci: anak, keluarga Hindu

    The phenomenon of understanding and knowledge of Hindu religious literacy is still low. Many educators and students do not understand the stories and names of figures in Hinduism who should be used as role models in speaking, doing and working as in the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata. Student behavior is seen in students' lifestyles, consumptive lifestyles, seeking sensations, following fashion trends and there is a tendency to violate rules, both school, community and government regulations. decrease in the level of student discipline.The results of the research are (1) The character education system through Hindu religious literacy begins by building Hindu religious literacy in every subject that is connected in every subject that can be delivered by the teacher through lectures, questions and answers, discussions, in the form of assignments. Transferred in activities by inviting students to dialogue and discuss about Hindu religious teachings and Hindu holy places so that they can insert literacy about the temple. Inviting students to always focus their minds, invites students to always give and apologize to others. All of these things can be done either face-to-face or online. (2) The factors that encourage and inhibit are dharmawacana techniques, namely sometimes teachers are less creative and communicative so that students find it difficult to accept and quickly feel bored both face to face and online. The dharmagita technique is to introduce and love culture but student interest is very low in this activity. The dharmatula technique builds a critical attitude and student learning but during a pandemic the intensity and benefits are reduced. Dharmasedana technique students learn to focus and make peace with themselves but students quickly feel bored and uninterested. The dharmsanti technique or mutual forgiveness is actually good for teaching respect and understanding the faults of oneself and others but because it is still not recognized as a Hindu habit. (3) The implication is that students' obedience to the Tri sandya puja has been built because school literacy has been built from the start and the emphasis on Hindu religious literacy regarding the virtues of Tri sandya puja is carried out every day. The formation of the noble character of students is to always speak softly, politely, and ethically according to the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha. Increased understanding of students' rights and obligations even during a pandemic, students always complete all their obligations

    This study examines three main problems, namely: 1) the reasons of Pedawa traditional village carries out the ngangkid tradition in the river, 2) procession of the tradition of ngangkid in the river of the traditional village of Pedawa, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency, 3) Educational values contained in the tradition of ngangkid in the river of the traditional village of Pedawa, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The theories used in this research are: 1) structural functional theory to discuss the reasons for implementing the Ngangkid tradition in the river, 2) Theory of Religion to discuss the procession of the river ngangkid tradition, 3) Value theory to examine the educational values contained in the implementation of the tradition hang in the river. This research is a qualitative research which took place in Pedawa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. Informants were selected using a purposive technique. The data was collected by using document recording techniques, observation techniques and interview techniques.
