    While education has broad and complex dimensions with eachhaving its own problems, the problem-solving should becomprehensive. A disorder in the Indonesian educational world hasbeen caused by, among others, a disharmony among the roles of theagents of education (i.e., the family, society, and school). Eachperforms with no coordination with any other of the agents. Theresult is that the education has not produced human individuals whoare intellectually, socially, and religiously mature. Rather,oppositely, it has become counterproductive.     Practical Hidden Voice Attacks against Speech and Speaker Recognition Systems

    Voice Processing Systems (VPSes), now widely deployed, have been made significantly more accurate through the application of recent advances in machine learning. However, adversarial machine learning has similarly advanced and has been used to demonstrate that VPSes are vulnerable to the injection of hidden commands - audio obscured by noise that is correctly recognized by a VPS but not by human beings. Such attacks, though, are often highly dependent on white-box knowledge of a specific machine learning model and limited to specific microphones and speakers, making their use across different acoustic hardware platforms (and thus their practicality) limited. In this paper, we break these dependencies and make hidden command attacks more practical through model-agnostic (blackbox) attacks, which exploit knowledge of the signal processing algorithms commonly used by VPSes to generate the data fed into machine learning systems. Specifically, we exploit the fact that multiple source audio samples have similar feature vectors when transformed by acoustic feature extraction algorithms (e.g., FFTs). We develop four classes of perturbations that create unintelligible audio and test them against 12 machine learning models, including 7 proprietary models (e.g., Google Speech API, Bing Speech API, IBM Speech API, Azure Speaker API, etc), and demonstrate successful attacks against all targets. Moreover, we successfully use our maliciously generated audio samples in multiple hardware configurations, demonstrating effectiveness across both models and real systems. In so doing, we demonstrate that domain-specific knowledge of audio signal processing represents a practical means of generating successful hidden voice command attacks

    Abstrak Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui getaran vertical direct inline dari suatu mekanisme ekivalen cam follower dengan profil cam harmonik pada suatu manifold -valve train motor diesel. Masalahnya dimulai dengan penentuan koefisien redaman viscous dan koefisien kekakuan pegas ekivalen sistem yang mana sulit ditentukan secara langsung. Oleh karena secara praktis dapat dipandang bahwa sinyal sistem adalah bersifat deterministick random process maka untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini dilakukan suatu analisa gabungan deduksi dan induksi yaitu dalam model estimasi ordinary least square (OLS) dan simulasi numerik Newton-Rhapson dengan mengacu pada data record hasil pengukuran eksperimental respon getaran yang ditunjukkan oleh sensor accelerometer. Sinyal getaran respon sistem dengan model mekanik single degree of freedom (1-dof) ini kenudian diolah baik dalam domain waktu atau domain frekuensi dengan menerapkanLaplace Transform dan Fast Furrior Transform (FFT). Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa komputasi numerik itu dapat dibuat untuk mengetahui harga-harga koefisien redaman viscous ekivalen,  koefisien kekakuan pegas ekivalen dan initial tensiom clearance ekivalen sedemikian hingga selanjutnya respon dinamik sinyal getaran sistem dapat diestimasi dengan menerapkan metode simulasi numerik Runge-Kutta order ke-empat. Algoritma hasil formulasinya dengan demikian dapat menjadi lebih general untuk menjawab berbagai persoalan amplitude getaran pada level data percepatan eksitasi ekivalen multi input multi output (MIMO) dalam berbagai variasi sistem cam-follower yang diberikan sebagaimana dimaksud.&nbsp

    Outlier Detection Using Nonconvex Penalized Regression

    This paper studies the outlier detection problem from the point of view of penalized regressions. Our regression model adds one mean shift parameter for each of the nn data points. We then apply a regularization favoring a sparse vector of mean shift parameters. The usual L1L_1 penalty yields a convex criterion, but we find that it fails to deliver a robust estimator. The L1L_1 penalty corresponds to soft thresholding. We introduce a thresholding (denoted by Θ\Theta) based iterative procedure for outlier detection (Θ\Theta-IPOD). A version based on hard thresholding correctly identifies outliers on some hard test problems. We find that Θ\Theta-IPOD is much faster than iteratively reweighted least squares for large data because each iteration costs at most O(np)O(np) (and sometimes much less) avoiding an O(np2)O(np^2) least squares estimate. We describe the connection between Θ\Theta-IPOD and MM-estimators. Our proposed method has one tuning parameter with which to both identify outliers and estimate regression coefficients. A data-dependent choice can be made based on BIC. The tuned Θ\Theta-IPOD shows outstanding performance in identifying outliers in various situations in comparison to other existing approaches. This methodology extends to high-dimensional modeling with pnp\gg n, if both the coefficient vector and the outlier pattern are sparse

While the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive kind, which seeks to analyze the dynamics and explain the data obtained from observations and aim to reinforce and strengthen a theory so as to obtain information about the current situation.     Beberapa Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Carcinoma Cervicis Uteri

    An epidemiological study of cervical cancer has been made with the objective to examine the in­fluence of several factors on its occurrence. As a case-control study, the group of cases consisted of women suffering from cenvical cancer based on clinical and pathological diagnosis, and the group of controls consisted of women not suffering from the disease, who were selected by matching age and ethnic group. An analysis has been made to calculate the "relative risk", in which each of the several factors, taken into account in this study, is involved in the occurrence of cervical cancer. The data collection from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of 3 (three) hospitals in Jakarta, from July 1977 to March 1978, recorded 544 cases and 544 controls. The result of the analysis shows that certain factors, such as education, frequency of manage, age at first mariage, frequency of gravidity, frequency of parturition, have influence on the risk of getting cervical cancer; while uncircum-cised husband, frequency of abortion and practice of family planning do not show any influence. In the discussion is recommended, that further studies be performed with making practical use of the result of this study

    Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf siswa kelas IX SMP Swasta Bandung Sumatera Utara tahun pembelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf siswa kelas IX SMP Swasta Bandung Sumatera Utara tahun pembelajaran 2017/2018. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini dengan jumlah 78 siswa yang tersebar dalam 3 kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi yaitu 78 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui tes objektif yang berbentuk pilihan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 70,51. Kelemahan siswa dalam menemukan ide pokok paragraf terletak pada aspek menemukan ide pokok pada wacana argumentasi yang tergolong kurang dengan rata-rata 54, sedangkan skor rata-rata tertinggi terletak pada aspek kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf pada wacana deskripsi dengan rata-rata 84,2 tergolong baik sekali

    Model Pengendalian Lingkungan Dalam Pembangunan Kota Baru Berkelanjutan

    Pembangunan kota baru diharapkan dapat memecahkan masalah seperti pengurangan migrasi ke kota-kota besar, pembangunan ekonomi regional, dll, tetapi Kenyataannya tidak sesuai dengan tujuan. Perubahan lingkungan adalah salah satudampak yang tidak dipertimbangkan dengan hati-hati ketika kota baru direncanakan dan dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merumuskan model pengendalian lingkungan selama pembangunan kota baru, untuk mencapai tujuan keberlanjutan.Studi kasus penelitian dilakukan di kota baru Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) di Propinsi Banten, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas udara dan air dan kemudian membandingkan keduanya dengan kualitas lingkungan standar, analisis keberlanjutan BSD menggunakan skala multidimensional (MDS), dan merumuskan parameter kuncimenggunakan “prospective tools”, model mengembangkan pengendalian lingkungan menggunakan sistem dynamic, dan merumuskan prioritas kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air dan tanah di sekitar daerah BSD terkontaminasi limbah organik seperti BOD dan COD, sedangkan atmosfer mengandung gas toksik seperti: CO, SOx, NOx, ozon (O3) dan TSP. Di dalam analisis keberlanjutan mengungkapkan bahwa kota BSD mempunyai kategori kurang berkelanjutan (46,75), kurang dari 50 poin. Hanya dalam aspek seperti infrastruktur dan teknologi (52,20), ekonomi (53,17) dan hukum dan lembaga (59,95) mendekati kategori berkelanjutan. Sementara dalam aspek ekologi (42,22) dan sosial budaya (26,49) kota BSD dikategorikan tidak berkelanjutan.Terdapat 22 faktor pengaruh dan 5 parameter kunci untuk dapat dipertimbangkan kota BSD di dalam mencapai kota yang keberlanjutan. Disarankan kebijakan untuk pengembangan kota berkelanjutan baru harus ada penyediaan teknologi produksibersih, penyediaan fasilitas sistem pembuangan kotoran, pengembangan jaringan jalan, transportasi umum yang efektif dan efisien, mempertimbangkan budaya lokal, peningkatan lembaga yang sesuai. kata kunci: kota baru, kualitas air dan udara, system pembuangan kotoran, model, strategi, dan kebijakan
