The text of Jude 4
The article analyses three variation units and one singular reading from the text of Jude 4. Following the rationale of thoroughgoing eclecticism, it concentrates on internal evidence. The most problematic variation unit is δ∈oπóτην versus δ∈oπóτην  θ∈óν. Transcriptional arguments can be advanced in favour of either of these variants. To resolve the conflicting transcriptional evidence, an ‘etymological narrative’ is provided to establish the Attic and Judaeo-Hellenic background of the word δ∈oπóτην as a metaphor applicable to the gods or to God. The etymological narrative and other intrinsic arguments suggest that δ∈oπóτην refers to God, and that therefore an eclectic preference for the variant δ∈oπóτην  θ∈óν can be expressed
An analysis of gentrification’s effects on LGBTQ+ populations in Louisville, Kentucky.
This study attempts to examine and the analyze the process of gentrification amongst identified LGBTQ+ spaces in Louisville, Kentucky from 1980 to present day using both production-side and consumption-side methods derived from property values and census data, respectively. Using these data, I trace the development of these spaces and determine what relationship to gentrification they may have. I then compare production-side data with consumption-side data to determine disparities amongst class in potential LGBTQ+ bar patrons in Louisville, Kentucky
A configuration system for the ATLAS trigger
The ATLAS detector at CERN's Large Hadron Collider will be exposed to
proton-proton collisions from beams crossing at 40 MHz that have to be reduced
to the few 100 Hz allowed by the storage systems. A three-level trigger system
has been designed to achieve this goal. We describe the configuration system
under construction for the ATLAS trigger chain. It provides the trigger system
with all the parameters required for decision taking and to record its history.
The same system configures the event reconstruction, Monte Carlo simulation and
data analysis, and provides tools for accessing and manipulating the

Carbohydrate Hydrolysis and Transport in the Extreme Thermoacidophile \u3ci\u3eSulfolobus solfataricus\u3c/i\u3e
Extremely thermoacidophilic microbes, such as Sulfolobus solfataricus, are strict chemoheterotrophs despite their geologic niche. To clarify their ecophysiology, the overlapping roles of endoglucanases and carbohydrate transporters were examined during growth on soluble cellodextrins as the sole carbon and energy source. Strain-specific differences in genome structure implied a unique role for one of three endogenous endoglucanases. Plasmid-based endoglucanase expression promoted the consumption of oligosaccharides, including cellohexaose (G6) through cellonanaose (G9). Protein transporters required for cellodextrin uptake were identified through
mutagenesis and complementation of an ABC transporter cassette, including a putative oligosaccharide binding protein. In addition, ablation of the binding protein compromised growth on glucose and alpha-linked oligosaccharides while inactivation of a previously described glucose transporter had no apparent impact. These data demonstrate that S. solfataricus employs a redundant mechanism for soluble cellodextrin catabolism having both substrate uptake and extracytoplasmic hydrolytic components
