To determine what factors memghambat camat execution of tasks in coaching Kepenghuluan Consultative Body (BPK) in the district of Kubu Rokan Hilir.The method used in this thesis is to use qualitative descriptive methodology.From the research that I did, that the execution of tasks in Development Consultative Body Head Kepenghuluan Kecamtan Kubu, when seen from the results of interviews with several sources and some of the data that complements it can be said to be less good. Thus it can be seen also one of the few data and as well as the results of interviews which have implementation tasks, however not been able to arrive at a satisfactory level. So that every performance yaang done in quality is not maximized for the benefit of society.Keywords: Development, Human Resources and Infrastructure

Motivasi, Persepsi dan Konflik Peran Pekerjaan-keluarga Entrepreneur Perempuan Daerah Istimewa YOGYAKARTA

This research is conducted to determine the motivations, perceptions and work-family role conflict of women entrepreneurs. Respondents are about 159 women entrepreneur of processed food in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that most of their motivations to be entrepreneur are because of external factors in which financial pressure as the main reason. All the business environments observed, namely access to capital and credit, market orientation, networks and government support are in good atmosphere. Women entrepreneur have work-family conflict primarily related to the division of domestic labor, lack of work flexibility and the solid work hours. Effect of Inclusions on the Shape and Size of Crack Tip Plastic Zones by Element Free Galerkin Method

The present study investigates the effect of inclusions on the shape and size of crack tip plastic zones in engineering materials subjected to static loads by employing the element free Galerkin method (EFGM). The modeling of the discontinuities produced by cracks and inclusions becomes independent of the grid chosen for analysis. The standard displacement approximation is modified by adding additional enrichment functions, which introduce the effects of different discontinuities into the formulation. The level set method has been used to represent different discontinuities present in the domain. The effect of inclusions on the extent of crack tip plastic zones is investigated by solving some numerical problems by the EFGM

CM-Builder: An Automated NL-based CASE Tool

This paper describes a natural language-based CASE tool called CM-Builder which aims at supporting the Analysis stage of software development in an Object-Oriented framework. CM-Builder uses robust Natural Language Processing techniques to analyse software requirements texts written in English and build an integrated discourse model of the processed text, represented in a Semantic Network. This Semantic Network is then used to automatically construct an initial UML Class Model representing the object classes mentioned in the text and the relationships among them. The initial model can be directly input to a graphical CASE tool for further refinement by a human analyst. CM-Builder has been quantitatively evaluated in blind trials against a collection of unseen software requirements texts and we present the results of this evaluation, together with the evaluation methodology. The results are very encouraging and demonstrate that tools such as CM-Builder have the potential to play an important role in the software development process

Analisis Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Medan Katamso

Role Stress dan kompensasi menjadi salah satu variabel pendukung dari berbagai elemen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pekerjaan yang representatif. Peneliti memfokuskan subjek penelitian pada staf atau karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Medan Katamso. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif, dan kuesioner untuk penelitian ini dipilih sebagai metode pengumlan data yang utama. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Medan Katamso, dipilih menggunakan sampling jenuh. Aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk membantu peneliti dalam menganalisa data penelitian melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis. Hasil akhir penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa role stress tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yang dialami pekerja. Keadaan ini menandakan bahwa tekanan kerja yang dialami karyawan masih dapat tertangani dengan baik. Sementara itu, secara positif kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan. Keadaan tersebut menegaskan jika tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi akan memperoleh tingkat kompensasi yang tinggi serta karyawan akan lebih puas dengan pekerjaannya
