    ANALISIS TERHADAP PELANGGARAN KODE ETIK NOTARIS DALAM PEMBUATAN AKTA JUAL BELI

    This study examines the analysis carried out on the study of a notary who violates the code of ethics against the sale and purchases deed he made. The research method used is a normative juridical study, namely a study based on legal sources such as legislation, and expert opinions to studies related to the title chosen by the researcher. The result of this research is that he is known as a public official, a notary who makes an authentic deed, one of which is a deed of sale and purchase. In Indonesia itself, several violations of the code of ethics have been committed by notaries based on literature studies conducted by researchers including denial of the contents of the deed of sale and purchase, the notary who did not read the contents of the deed to all parties and the use of false identities. These violations will have an impact on the authenticity of the deed of sale and purchase made by a notary so several consequences must be accepted and faced. what is meant in this case can be in the form of actions taken, notary accountability for actions, and the injured party to sanctions that must be accepted, both administrative, civil and criminal sanctions on the type of error committed. Seeing this phenomenon, a Notary must uphold the Notary's code of ethics in carrying out his profession so as not to abuse his authority based on the principle of prudence at work

    Karakteristik Dan Toksisitas Limbah Cair Dari Kegiatan Perikanan Di Pasar Kobong, Semarang Terhadap Chlorella SP.

    Pasar Kobong merupakan salah satu tempat berdagang bagi masyarakat di kawasan Pengapon, Kecamatan Semarang Utara. Limbah cair dihasilkan dari kegiatan pencucian ikan dan air sisa perebusan ulang dari ikan pindang. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada penurunan kualitas air dengan adanya Perubahan kondisi fisika, kimia, dan biologi perairan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik limbah cair dilihat dari parameter temperatur, pH, BOD5, dan COD, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat toksisitas limbah cair dari kegiatan perikanan di Pasar Kobong terhadap Chlorella sp. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratoris. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Pemberian perlakuan pada media uji terhadap Chlorella sp. dengan konsentrasi pengenceran air limbah 0%, 12,5%, 25%, 50%, dan 100%, kemudian dihitung nilai kepadatan akhirnya. Pengukuran parameter fisika dan kimia meliputi temperatur, pH, BOD5, dan COD. Kemudian melakukan analisis regresi korelasi dan one way anova. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara log konsentrasi limbah cair dengan Probit persentase penghambatan pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. memiliki nilai keeratan dengan nilai r = 0,8415. Hasil analisis anova menunjukkan konsentrasi limbah berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (sig <0,05). Nilai konsentrasi penghambatan median (IC50) 96 jam adalah 22387,21% atau 223,88 kali dari media uji untuk menghambat pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa limbah cair yang dihasilkan di Pasar Kobong memiliki karakteristik suhu berkisar antara 27-28 ºC, pH 7-8, sedangkan nilai BOD5 dan COD berbahaya bagi lingkungan perairan karena telah melebihi ambang batas baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan, dengan nilai BOD5 70,66-1447,10 mg/l, dan COD 114,62-2296,30 mg/l. Berdasarkan uji toksisitas menunjukkan bahwa air limbah dari kegiatan perikanan di Pasar Kobong tidak menghambat pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. tapi bersifat sebagai perangsang pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. Pasar Kobong is one of fish market in the region Pengapon, North Semarang District. Liquid waste water generated from washing of fish and from boiled fish. Its can impact on the quality of the water by the changing conditions in physics, chemistry, and biology of the waters. The purposes of this study are to know waste water characteristics which is seen from the parameters of temperature, pH, BOD5, and COD, as well as to determine the toxicity of the effluent from the fisheries in the Pasar Kobong toward Chlorella sp. This study used laboratory experimental method. The experimental design used was completely randomized design. Treatment on the test medium toward Chlorella sp. with a concentration of waste water are 0%, 12,5%, 25%, 50%, and 100%, and the final density value will be calculated. Measurement of physical and chemical parameters include temperature, pH, BOD5, and COD. Then, data analyzed using regretion correlation and one way anova test. Regression analysis showed that the relationship between log concentration waste water by probit percentage inhibition of growth of Chlorella sp. have strong correlation with r value is 0.8415. The results of the ANOVA analysis showed effluent concentration effect on the growth of Chlorella sp. with a value of significant is 0,000 (sig<0,05). The median inhibitory concentration (IC50) 96 hours is 22387,21%, or 223,66 times of test media could inhibit the growth of Chlorella sp.. Based on the results of this study is concluded that the waste water produced in the Pasar Kobong has characteristics temperatures between 27-28 ºC, pH 7-8, wich BOD5 and COD are harmful for environment with value of BOD5 70.66 to 1447.10 mg/L, and COD from 114,62 to 2296,30 mg/L. Based on toxicity test showed that waste water from the fisheries in the Pasar Kobong is not inhibit the growth of Chlorella sp. but stimulating growth of Chlorella sp

    PENGARUH INFUSA DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera Lamk) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN MIKROBIOLOGI DAN ORGANOLEPTIK DAGING BABI GILING SEGAR

    Moringa oleifera Lamk is a shrub with a height of 7-11 m and thrives from the lowlands to an altitude of 700 m above sea level. Moringa can grow in tropical and subtropical areas on all types of soil and is resistant to dry spells for 6 months. Its high nutritional value, properties and benefits have earned Moringa the nickname Mother's Best friend and the Miracle Tree. In addition, moringa plants also have benefits as antioxidants and antimicrobials so that they can be used as preservatives. This study aims to determine the benefits of adding Moringa oleifera Lamk leaf infusion to the quality of pork minced meat.This research is an experimental laboratory research. The samples used in this study were 48 samples of ground thigh pork (biceps femoris), and this study used a fully randomized design factor pattern.The quality parameters of the meat samples examined are color, the smell, texture, pH, Postma test and Total Plate Count (TPC). The results showed that the addition of moring leaf infusion changed color, aroma an d eczema. The Postma test shows that the K3 group can last up to 6 hours. The TPC value in the K3 group is below the SNI contamination limit for 6 hours

    Beef is one type of meat that is quite popular with almost all Indonesian people, especially in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Storage of beef at room temperature and open space can accelerate the occurrence of decay in meat. This is because the complete nutritional content and high water content in meat can be a good medium for the growth of pathogenic bacteria or spoilage bacteria. One of the efforts that can be done to prevent meat rot is to do a natural preservative method by utilizing plant parts that contain antimicrobial compounds. Moringa leaves are one part of the plant which is known to have antimicrobial compounds. This study aims to determine the effect of Moringa oleifera Lamk leaf extract on the microbiological and organoleptic quality of beef. This research is an experimental laboratory research. A total of 48 thigh beef (Biceps femoris) beef samples were tested in this study using a completely randomized factorial pattern design, namely concentration factors of 0% (K0), 5% (K1), 10% (K2), and 15% (K3) extract Moringa leaf and long storage factor at room temperature are 0 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, and 18 hours and repeated three times. The parameters tested were color quality, texture, aroma, initial decay test, pH test, and total plate count (TPC) test. The results showed changes in the color, aroma, and texture of the meat. The Eber test shows the K3 group can last up to 18 hours. There was a very significant difference between the concentration of Moringa leaf extract on the length of storage of meat and the pH value of meat (P<0,01). Moringa leaf extract concentration factors and meat storage duration significantly influence the TPC value (P<0,01). The TPC value in the K3 group is below the SNI contamination limit for storage room temperature less than 18 hours

    Latar Belakang : Infeksi koryza merupakan infeksi saluran pernafasan bagian atas pada ayam yang disebabkan oleh Avibacterium paragallinarum. Bakteri Av. paragallinarum memiliki beberapa serotipe diantaranya A, B dan C yang memiliki perbedaan pada sifat antigenesitas dan imunogenesitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan serotipe dari beberapa isolat Av. paragallinarum asal ayam petelur yang menunjukan gejala klinis koryza.Metode : Menggunakan metode Multiplex PCR (mPCR).Hasil : Lima belas sampel usapan sinus asal ayam petelur komersil di daerah Jawa Tengah yang diisolat pada tahun 2013-2014, digunakan di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil mPCR menunjukan bahwa enam isolat merupakan Av. paragallinarum serotipe A, tujuh isolat merupakan serotipe C-4 serta dua isolat gabungan serotipe A dan C-4.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa serotipe Av. paragallinarum yang menyebabkan infeksi koryza pada ayam petelur di Jawa Tengah adalah serotipe A dan C-4

    Binilaka is one of Oeltua Village’s hamlet in Kupang Regency. Binilaka Hamlet was reported as an area affected by the ASF (Africa Swine Fever) disease outbreak.  ASF is a new disease that occurs in the East Nusa Tenggara region and there is an unknown drug or vaccine to treat this disease. The purpose of this counseling is to provide education to the community in Binilaka Hamlet about strategies to prevent ASF transmission during the outbreak so that the public can find out what prevention strategies need to be done in dealing with the ASF disease outbreak. The results of this counseling indicate an increase in public understanding of the dangers and strategies of preventing ASF. These results are reviewed from public feedback with questions and sharing of experiences related to the incidence of ASF in the environment. It is hoped that the Binilaka Hamlet community will be able to implement the ASF disease prevention strategy properly so that it can reduce the mortality rate of pigs

The purpose of the counseling is to educate farmers and breeders about the risk of cysticercosis for human beings and to give information on how to store eggs in a better way. The counseling carried out was done smoothly and the participants were enthusiastic to follow the activity which is shown by the questions and sharing they are given to the counselor during the community service activity. Thus, the people of Tanah Putih Village are expected to be able to understand and apply the topics that are given into their daily life

    The outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF) disease as a disease that can affect the swine has distributed in many countries including Indonesia. The Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) is the biggest swine population in Indonesia being risk because Timor Island directly bordered Timor Leste, which an area that affected ASF.     Toxoplasmosis is a disease of vertebrate animals and it is capable of being transmitted to humans (zoonosis). Toxoplasmosis is caused by the protozoan parasite Toxoplama gondii. Cats are the definitive host of T. gondii where this parasite will enter the cat's body through what it eats such as rats, raw meat, or water that is contaminated with oocysts of the T. gondii parasite. This condition is generally experienced by stray cats or domesticated cats which are often given raw meat. The purpose of this activity is to increase public understanding of the dangers of toxoplasmosis and how to prevent and anticipate the spread of toxoplasmosis in Kupang City. The method used in this community education was through presentation and discussions about the danger of toxoplasmosis. To measure the level of understanding of the participants about the dangers of toxoplasma, a questionnaire is given at the beginning and at the end of the activity. A total of 38 participants from the productive youth groups in Kupang City were involved in this activity.  The result of this activity shows that the public is increasingly educated about toxoplasmosis and how it is transmitted
