Detection of Charged MSSM Higgs Bosons at CERN LEP-II and NLC

We study the possibility of detecting the charged Higgs bosons predicted in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model $(H^\pm)$, with the reactions $e^{+}e^{-}\to \tau^-\bar \nu_{\tau}H^+, \tau^+\nu_\tau H^-$, using the helicity formalism. We analyze the region of parameter space $(m_{A^0}-\tan\beta)$ where $H^\pm$ could be detected in the limit when $\tan\beta$ is large. The numerical computation is done for the energie which is expected to be available at LEP-II ($\sqrt{s}=200$ GeV) and for a possible Next Linear $e^{+}e^{-}$ Collider ($\sqrt{s}=500$ GeV).Comment: Latex file and 5 figure

Time After Time: Notes on Delays In Spiking Neural P Systems

Spiking Neural P systems, SNP systems for short, are biologically inspired computing devices based on how neurons perform computations. SNP systems use only one type of symbol, the spike, in the computations. Information is encoded in the time differences of spikes or the multiplicity of spikes produced at certain times. SNP systems with delays (associated with rules) and those without delays are two of several Turing complete SNP system variants in literature. In this work we investigate how restricted forms of SNP systems with delays can be simulated by SNP systems without delays. Análisis económico del derecho y del derecho económico bajo revisión empresarial

Este artículo está dirigido a evaluar los elementos comunes y diferenciales del análisis económico del derecho y del derecho económico desde la perspectiva empresarial. La orientación ofrecida por ambos no ha superado la disquisición defundamentos y posturas que aún no constituyen marco de aplicación para que las empresas respondan a problemáticas de corte económico-legal. El consultar las circunstancias por las cuales atraviesan ellas y los elementos que exigen superar la discusión, puede contribuir para establecer el escenario de complementariedad de ambos. Para ello, debe considerarse la simbiosis entre el derecho y la economía desde el punto de vista empresarial; el alcance de la vinculación entre el análisis económico del derecho y el derecho económico y; la aplicación de ambos sobre laempresa en calidad de sujeto empresarial. La armonización del análisis económicodel derecho con el derecho económico terminaría por refundar diversas áreas del saber económico y jurídico que se limitan a identificar la empresa comounidad productiva o razón legal, concepciones que impulsan el estudio del sujeto empresarial desde la teoría de la firma y la responsabilidad
