    Ligulocamptus loffleri n.g., n.sp. (Copepoda: Harpacticoida) from Chengdong Lake in China

    Abstract Ligulocamptus loffleri n.g., n.sp. belonging to Family Canthocamptidae Sars, 1906 is described from Chengdong Lake in China. The new genus is related to Mesochra Boeck, 1864 and Ceuthonectes Chappuis, 1924, but there are some conspicuous differences in P1, P2, P5 and P3, P4 in the male, and it is easily distinguishable from other related genera. Taxonomic relationships between the new genus and other genera are discussed after the description of the type-species

    Protective effect of aprepitant against chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer

    Purpose: To investigate the clinical efficacy of aprepitant in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) caused by schemotherapy after gastric cancer surgery, and associated factors, as well as adverse reactions to the drug. Methods: A total of 100 postoperative gastric cancer patients in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019, were randomly divided into control group (50 patients given dexamethasone + parlour SiQiong), and treatment group (50 patients given his minions horse temple + dexamethasone + parlour SiQiong). Recording of nausea and vomiting, as well as adverse reaction of patients, were started after 7 days of chemotherapy in patients. Results: The total effective control of acute CINV in the control group was 82 %, while the total effective control of acute CINV in the study group was 94 %. Values of total effective control of DFS in the control and study groups were 70 and 86 %, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions was similar in the two groups. There was a significant correlation between the anti-emetic effect of aprepitant and gastric surgery. Conclusion: After gastric cancer surgery, combined treatment with aprepitant, palonosetron and dexamethasone prevents CINV induced by moderate emetogenic chemotherapy with orisaplatin.     Fixed-time safe tracking control of uncertain high-order nonlinear pure-feedback systems via unified transformation functions

    summary:In this paper, a fixed-time safe control problem is investigated for an uncertain high-order nonlinear pure-feedback system with state constraints. A new nonlinear transformation function is firstly proposed to handle both the constrained and unconstrained cases in a unified way. Further, a radial basis function neural network is constructed to approximate the unknown dynamics in the system and a fixed-time dynamic surface control (FDSC) technique is developed to facilitate the fixed-time control design for the uncertain high-order pure-feedback system. Combined with the proposed unified transformation function and the FDSC technique, an adaptive fixed-time control strategy is proposed to guarantee the fixed-time tracking. The novel original results of the paper allow to design the independent unified flexible fixed-time control strategy taking into account the actual possible constraints, either present or missing. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the proposed fixed-time tracking control strategy

    Digital Transformation of High Voltage Isolation Control and Monitoring System for HVE-400 Ion Implanter

    HVE-400 ion implanter is special ion implantation equipment for semiconductor materials boron and phosphorus doping. The ion source and extraction deflection system are at high voltage platform, while the corresponding control system is at ground voltage position. The control signals and measurement signals of various parameters at the high-voltage end need to be transmitted between ground voltage and high voltage through optical fibers to isolate high voltage. Upgrading is carried out due to the aging of the optical fiber transmission control and monitoring system, which cannot work stably. The transformation replaces the original distributed single-point control method with an advanced distributed centralized control method, and integrates all control and monitoring functions into an industrial control computer for digital operation and display. In the computer software, two kinds of automatic calculation of ion mass number are designed. After upgrading, the implanter high-voltage platform control and monitoring system features digitalization, centralized control, high reliability, strong anti-interference, fast communication speed, and easy operation.Comment: 6 pages, 4 figures, 1 tabl
