Education and work: a course of solar cookers to meet the demand in training on renewable energy, in the community of Cerrillos, Salta

Se informa sobre la realización de un Curso Taller sobre Cocina Solar, trabajo compartido entre investigadores de la UNSa, docentes de escuelas técnicas y el INET a través de un Proyecto de Crédito Fiscal que propicia acciones vinculantes entre educación y trabajo. Se persigue: la promoción de la Cocina Solar en la población de Cerrillos, Salta, interpretar los intereses de los asistentes, enseñar el funcionamiento y construcción de una CS potenciándola como práctica cultural, preparar a la población desocupada concurrente. Se presta especial atención a la organización didáctica de la tarea. Se habilita un ambiente multimedial para el aprendizaje, empleando materiales armados y validados en la zona. Se enfatiza la comprensión de los fenómenos de transferencia y degradación de la energía, energía útil. Si bien el curso tiene alto índice de aceptación se estima que existe una fuerte demanda de capacitación en el área de las Energías Renovables y al acceso a equipos solares no satisfecha. Queda planteado el desafío de habilitar fuentes de trabajo a partir del desarrollo de las ER y el análisis del rol de la educación en este cometido.This reports about the implementation of a Workshop and Course on Solar Cooking, job shared between the UNSa researchers, and teachers of technical schools and the INET; through a Tax Credit Project which promotes linked actions between education and work. The aim is the promotion of Solar Cooking in the village of Cerrillos, Salta, to interpret the interests of the attendees, and to teach the operation and construction of a SC, enhancing it as a cultural practice, and to prepare for this the unemployed population that concurred to the workshop and course Is given Special attention to the didactic organization of the task. It enables a multimedia environment for learning, using materials designed - hoc in the region. The course and workshop emphasizes the understanding of phenomena like transference and degradation of energy, and useful energy. While the course and workshop has a high rate of acceptance, is estimated that there is a strong and unfulfilled demand for training in the area of renewable energies and to the access to solar equipment.
