The hemolytic-uremic syndrome, described by Gasser in 1955, is currently on the rise as a common cause of acute renal failure. In May 2011 in
Germany, Austria and Sweden, Endemic HUS manifested with tens cases of death. Frequently the etiology is caused by E. Coli toxins. Presently HUS
is regarded as a disease system, which is characterized by microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, kidney damage, with cardiovascular
manifestations, neurological, hemorrhagic syndrome and others. In this article, we present a clinical case of HUS in a child of 10 months hospitalized in the
intensive care in Municipal hospital βV. Ignatencoβ. The diagnosis was confirmed in ground history, clinical, laboratory facts. Principles of etiopathogenic

Department of Pediatrics, Nicolae Testemitanu State Medical and Pharmaceutical UniversityLiterature data from incidences in toxicβtreatment liver disease and toxicβtreatment kidney disease in children describes the increase of the drug
toxicity risks including both endogenous factors (the genetic polymorphism of the enzymes involved in drugs and kidney disease) and exogenous factors
(increased administration, often by parents). The diagnosis is confirmed by full investigation of the patient. The clinical case of a 16 year old patient
with established drugs intoxication with NSAIDs drugs predominant Paracetamol (acetaminophen) as manifested as toxic hepatitis drugs, intersititial
nephritis and acute pancreatitis confirmed by biological indicators and exploration tools.ΠΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΠ½ΡΠ΅ Π΄Π°Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄ΡΠ²Π΅ΡΠΆΠ΄Π°ΡΡ ΡΠΎΡΡ Π»Π΅ΠΊΠ°ΡΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎβΠΈΠ½Π΄ΡΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΏΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΆΠ΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈ ΠΈ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ΅ΠΊ Ρ Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅ΠΉ. ΠΡΠΎΠΌΡ ΡΠΏΠΎΡΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠ²ΡΡΡ

Departament of Pediatry, Nicolae Testemitanu State Medical and Pharmaceutical UniversityIt is proven that thyroid gland plays a huge role in the organismβs process of growing and development, in the health and intellectual level of population.
It has implications in the bodyβs metabolism, genetic program and development of the nervous system, the differentiation and statural growing from
conception and during peopleβs life. The thyroid diseases had been and still remain a major problem in pediatrics, that being explained by the evolution
and clinical signs which not always has specific symptoms in the debut and even in progression. There are a lot of syndromes caused by hypothyroidism
or hyperthyroidism which confuses the internists-doctors. We bring two clinical cases which we hope will help in the quick diagnosis of the thyroid
glandβs pathology: the child Nicolai, 16 years old with autoimmune toxic multicystic thyroiditis and Alina 16.5 years old with secondary hypothyroidism.
Diagnosis have been confirmed on the basis of clinical results, laboratory tests (T3, T4, TSH, a-TPO) and instrumental (USG, Scintigraphy).ΠΠ·Π²Π΅ΡΡΠ½Π° ΠΊΠ»ΡΡΠ΅Π²Π°Ρ ΡΠΎΠ»Ρ Π©Π Π΄Π»Ρ Π·Π΄ΠΎΡΠΎΠ²ΡΡ ΡΠ΅Π»ΠΎΠ²Π΅ΠΊΠ° Ρ ΠΌΠΎΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ° Π΅Π³ΠΎ Π·Π°ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡ ΠΈ Π½Π° ΠΏΡΠΎΡΡΠΆΠ΅Π½ΠΈΠΈ Π²ΡΠ΅ΠΉ ΠΆΠΈΠ·Π½ΠΈ. screening patients with infections and with hepatitisviruses B, C, D. Elastography is a method based on ultrasound, a non-invasive concept in assessing
the nature of the tissue, which provides information about the elasticity of tissue examined and the degree of fibrosis. Noninvasive tests are an attractive
alternative to liver puncture biopsy for staging and monitoring of chronic liver disease. Elastography examination for children is a priority because it is
a noninvasive method with high information (data) and can be applied in medical practice in screening, diagnosis and monitoring of patients.ΠΠ΅ΠΈΠ½Π²Π°Π·ΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΠ΅ ΡΠ΅ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ·Π²ΠΎΠ»ΡΡΡ ΠΎΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎ ΠΈ Π΄ΠΎΡΡΠΎΠ²Π΅ΡΠ½ΠΎ Π΄ΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°ΡΡ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠΎΠ² Ρ F1-F4 ΡΡΠ°Π΄ΠΈΡΠΌΠΈ ΡΠΈΠ±ΡΠΎΠ·Π° ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈ ΠΈ ΠΌΠΎΠ³ΡΡ Π±ΡΡΡ

Department of Pediatric Cardiology, Institute of CardiologyAn investigation was held among117 children and teenagers (average age β 13.5), devided into 4 groups according to the level of the arterial tension
and weight. In this investigation the role of the modified risk factors (sedentary life, nourishment culture, influence of the chronic stress, smoking and
alcohol consuming) and non-modified risk factors (genetic burden in cardio-vascular diseases) in the realization of primary arterial hypertension at
children were investigated. It was also estimated the role of leptin, catecholamines and insulin resistance (HOMA) in early diagnostic of metabolic and
hormonal disorders at children with arterial hypertension, overweight and obesity.ΠΡΠ»ΠΎ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΎ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΈ 117 Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅ΠΉ ΠΈ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄ΡΠΎΡΡΠΊΠΎΠ² (ΡΡΠ΅Π΄Π½ΠΈΠΉ Π²ΠΎΠ·ΡΠ°ΡΡ 13,5 Π»Π΅Ρ) ΡΠ°Π·Π΄Π΅Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΡΡ
