    Strategic for power selling companies (PSC) are buying, selling and investment activities. Buying activities are to be planned, selling activities predicted and both optimized by PSC on the basis of price and consumer number dynamics with due account of other factors. Very important is to develop the market of derivative instruments (derivatives) as part of the risk management mechanism at all levels including that of the state, to use up-to-date and ecologically favorable technologies as well as renewable energy sources with due account of ecology improvement measurement costs.Стратегическими для энергосбытовых компаний (ЭСК) являются следующие виды деятельности: закупочная, сбытовая и инвестиционная. Планирование закупочной деятельности, прогнозирование сбытовой деятельности и их оптимизация должны осуществляться ЭСК на основе изучения динамики цен, количества потребителей и других показателей.     There are the following main operation risks typical for Russian power-selling companies (PSC): imperfection of legal documents related to functioning of such companies; lack of any officially approved calculation method for regulated tariffs of energy to population including uncertainty in the procedure of translating the energy to population at regulated costs; continuously growing debts on the part of energy consumers. Offered in the article is most effective PSC operation risk comparative estimation model. While comparing PSC operation risks typical for the energy provision industry, multiplication coefficients and other industry specific indices are to be used.Основные операционные риски энергосбытовых компаний (ЭСК) России: несовершенство нормативных документов, связанных с функционированием этих компаний; отсутствие официальной методики расчета регулируемых тарифов для населения, в том числе неопределенность порядка трансляции населению электроэнергии по регулируемым ценам; постоянный рост задолженности энергопотребителей. Для оценки рисков ЭСК в качестве наиболее эффективной предложена модель сравнительной оценки. При сравнении отраслевых операционных рисков ЭСК необходимо использовать отраслевые мультипликаторы и другие специфические энергосбытовые показатели

    Mimicking multi-channel scattering with single-channel approaches

    The collision of two atoms is an intrinsic multi-channel (MC) problem as becomes especially obvious in the presence of Feshbach resonances. Due to its complexity, however, single-channel (SC) approximations, which reproduce the long-range behavior of the open channel, are often applied in calculations. In this work the complete MC problem is solved numerically for the magnetic Feshbach resonances (MFRs) in collisions between generic ultracold 6Li and 87Rb atoms in the ground state and in the presence of a static magnetic field B. The obtained MC solutions are used to test various existing as well as presently developed SC approaches. It was found that many aspects even at short internuclear distances are qualitatively well reflected. This can be used to investigate molecular processes in the presence of an external trap or in many-body systems that can be feasibly treated only within the framework of the SC approximation. The applicability of various SC approximations is tested for a transition to the absolute vibrational ground state around an MFR. The conformance of the SC approaches is explained by the two-channel approximation for the MFR.Comment: 15 pages, 10 figure

    Properties of Neutral Charmed Mesons in Proton--Nucleus Interactions at 70 GeV

    The results of treatment of data obtained in the SERP-E-184experiment "Investigation of mechanisms of the production of charmed particles in proton-nucleus interactions at 70 GeV and their decays" by irradiating the active target of the SVD-2 facility consisting of carbon, silicon, and lead plates, are presented. After separating a signal from the two-particle decay of neutral charmed mesons and estimating the cross section for charm production at a threshold energy {\sigma}(c\v{c})=7.1 \pm 2.4(stat.) \pm 1.4(syst.) \mub/nucleon, some properties of D mesons are investigated. These include the dependence of the cross section on the target mass number (its A dependence); the behavior of the differential cross sections d{\sigma}/dpt2 and d{\sigma}/dxF; and the dependence of the parameter {\alpha} on the kinematical variables xF, pt2, and plab. The experimental results in question are compared with predictions obtained on the basis of the FRITIOF7.02 code.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figures,3 table

    Observation of narrow baryon resonance decaying into pKs0pK^0_s in pA-interactions at 70GeV/c70 GeV/c with SVD-2 setup

    SVD-2 experiment data have been analyzed to search for an exotic baryon state, the Θ+\Theta^+-baryon, in a pKs0pK^0_s decay mode at 70GeV/c70 GeV/c on IHEP accelerator. The reaction pApKs0+XpA \to pK^0_s+X with a limited multiplicity was used in the analysis. The pKs0pK^0_s invariant mass spectrum shows a resonant structure with M=1526±3(stat.)±3(syst.)MeV/c2M=1526\pm3(stat.)\pm 3(syst.) MeV/c^2 and Γ<24MeV/c2\Gamma < 24 MeV/c^2. The statistical significance of this peak was estimated to be of 5.6σ5.6 \sigma. The mass and width of the resonance is compatible with the recently reported Θ+\Theta^+- baryon with positive strangeness which was predicted as an exotic pentaquark (uuddsˉuudd\bar{s}) baryon state. The total cross section for Θ+\Theta^+ production in pN-interactions for XF0X_F\ge 0 was estimated to be (30÷120)μb(30\div120) \mu b and no essential deviation from A-dependence for inelastic events (A0.7)(\sim A^{0.7}) was found.Comment: 8 pages, 7 figures, To be submitted to Yadernaya Fizika. v3-v5 - Some references added, minor typos correcte

    Lithological markers of protobazhenit mats splitting on sedimentary slope

    Bazhenov abnormal sequences (BAS) are treated as result of protobazhenit plastic deformation by neocomian submarine slump on sedimentary slope. Protobazhenit mats had low bulk density (1.1-1.5 g/sm3) and positive buoyancy in silty-sandy mud of unconsolidated deposits (bulk density 1.7-1.8 g/sm3). Conceptual geomechanical model of BAS generation includes 6 studies: 1 - bedding (slipping) slide, breakage of under-achimovsky clay and protobazhenit, 2 - out-flow achimovsky sandy slump, 3 - slump pulp spreading under protobazhenit layer with its deformation and cracking, 4 - protobazhenit layer cracking due to local loading of growing sedimentary slope, 5 - secondary heaving sand injection through lateral protobazhenit brake side, 6 - burial stage. Up-floating of protobazhenit mats on semiliquid sedimentary slope occurred discretely with numerous subsidings, splittings and jumpings events. During sedimentary slope progradation mats had lack of Archimedes stability due to rising of sedimentary level, led to increment of hydraulic pressure on their side surfaces. The hydraulic fracturing conditions appeared when this pressure exceeded protobazhenit shear strength. Fracturing event was provoked by microseism or by hydraulic shock of gravity mass movement. Mat usually had splitted on two parts: lower part was fixed within sediments, upper one lifted to Archimedes equilibrium level. Splitting and up-lifting of mat produced debris flows, those were spreading on slope and enriched by protobazhenit’sinclasts. These outstanding debrit layers with bazhenitinclasts may be used as lithological markers of mats splitting events for achimovsky sequences. Theoretical model is illustrated by seismostratigraphic interpretation of achimovsky beds of Imilorskoe field of West Siberia. Two types of debrit layers with bazhenitinclasts was detected in well core. First type is generated byptotobazhenit layer’s breakage by non-uniform load of sedimentary slope (fixed in one well). The second type is associated with on-slope splitting and up-lifting of protobazhenit mats (traced in core of three wells)

    A clinical example shows the erroneous diagnosis of listeriosis in a 15-year-old child hospitalized in the infectious department. The child was admitted with severe symptoms of intoxication, febrile fever, difficulty in nasal breathing, hyperemia of the mucous membranes of the oropharynx, tonsillitis, cervical lymphadenitis, facial tissue pasteness with swelling of the eyelid and conjunctivitis of the left eye, hepatosplenomegaly. A laboratory examination revealed pronounced leukocytosis up to 24 thousand, lymphocytosis, atypical mononuclear cells up to 9%, IgM and IgG to EBV capsid protein, IgM to CMV, IgM and IgG to listeria. But with a repeated double study of IgM and IgG to Listeria were not detected. The initial positive result was possibly due to the presence of cross-reacting antibodies in EBV mononucleosis. The final diagnosis was made: Infectious mononucleosis of mixed (EBV, CMV) etiology. Chronic polypous rhinosinusitis, exacerbation. Reactive edema of the eyelids against the background of inflammation of the sinuses.Given the variety of clinical forms of listeriosis and their similarity with the manifestations of other infections, for the full diagnosis of listeriosis infection, it is advisable to evaluate the epidemiological and medical history data, as well as use an extended spectrum of laboratory confirmation of the diagnosis.На клиническом примере показана ошибочная диагностика листериоза у ребенка 15 лет, госпитализированного в инфекционное отделение МДГКБ. Ребенок поступил с выраженными симптомами интоксикации, фебрильной лихорадкой, затрудненным носовым дыханием, гиперемией слизистых ротоглотки, тонзиллитом, шейным лимфаденитом, пастозностью тканей лица с отечностью века и конъюнктивитом левого глаза, гепатоспленомегалией. При лабораторном обследовании в крови выявлен выраженный лейкоцитоз до 24 тыс., лимфоцитоз, атипичные мононуклеары до 9%, обнаружены IgM и IgG к капсидному белку ЭБВ, IgM к ЦМВ, IgM и IgG к листериям. Но при повторном двукратном исследовании IgM и IgG к листериям обнаружены не были. Первоначальный положительный результат возможно был связан с наличием перекрестно реагирующих антител при ЭБВ-мононуклеозе. Был выставлен окончательный диагноз: Инфекционный мононуклеоз смешанной (ЭБВ, ЦМВ) этиологии. Хронический полипозный риносинусит, обострение. Реактивный отек век на фоне воспаления придаточных пазух носа. Учитывая разнообразие клинических форм листериоза и их сходство с проявлениями других инфекций, для полноценной диагностики листериозной инфекции целесообразно оценивать эпидемиологические, анамнестические данные, а также использовать расширенный спектр лабораторного подтверждения диагноза
