    広島県竹原市ハチの干潟周辺における鳥類の出現記録

    広島県竹原市に位置する「ハチの干潟」は,賀茂川河口に存在する,最大干出面積約22 ha の干潟である。ハチの干潟は生物多様性が高く,環境省は「生物多様性の観点から重要度の高い湿地」に選定している。しかし,ハチの干潟周辺に生息する鳥類調査報告は少ない。本調査は,竹原市の鳥類相の解明を目的としてハチの干潟周辺でルートセンサス法による調査を行い,2021 年4 月から2022 年10 月までの週に1 回から3 回の定期的な調査により環境省レッドリスト2020 と広島県レッドデータブック2021 に指定されている16 種を含む14 目33 科95 種5亜種の鳥類を確認した。The tidal flat Hachi-no-higata is located at the mouth of the Kamo River in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, with an area of about 22 ha at the lowest tide. Since the biodiversity of Hachi-no-higata is very high, the Japanese Ministry of Environment has designated it as one of the most important wetlands in Japan. However, the wild bird fauna of this city has rarely been surveyed. The present research was conducted by line census in the vicinity of Hachi-no-higata from April 2021 to October 2022. We found 95 species and 5 subspecies, including 16 designated as endangered species, in the 4th version of the Japanese Red List (5th edition) and the Red Data Book (2021) on Hiroshima Prefecture

    As raízes secas da espécie brasileira Pfaffia tuberosa (Spreng.) Hicken foram submetidas a extração com metanol. Deste extrato metanólico foram isolados a ecdisterona e o ácido oleanólico, através de processos de separação por HPLC e cromatografia em coluna. Tanto a ecdisterona como o ácido oleanólico foram identificados comparativamenve com os respectivos padrões. Análise quantitativa por HPLC mostrou 0,23% de ecdisterona. Este teor foi corsiderado baixo em relação a outra espécie, também brasileira, a Pfaffia iresinoides

    広島県東広島市七ツ池におけるカモ類の出現記録 : 特に,希少種メジロガモ,トモエガモの出現及び3種の越夏や渡りの遅れについて

    広島県東広島市に位置するため池「七ツ池」においてカモ類の出現調査を実施した。国内では希少なメジロガモAythya nyroca(Güldenstädt, 1770)が2022 年5 月に市内では初めて記録された。2005 年以降の本種の広島県内の出現記録も整理した。環境省レッドリストで絶滅危惧II 類に選定されているトモエガモAnas formosa Georgi, 1775 も同年2–3 月に記録された。オカヨシガモAnas strepera strepera Linnaeus, 1758,コガモ Anas crecca crecca Linnaeus, 1758,ホシハジロ Aythya ferina(Linnaeus, 1758)の越夏及びキンクロハジロAythya fuligula(Linnaeus, 1758)の北帰行の遅れなども同所で確認された。The seasonal occurrence of wild ducks in the Nanatsu-ike Pond, Higashi-Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, was investigated from May 2021 to May 2022. Twelve species were recorded during this period. An adult male ferruginous duck, Aythya nyroca (Güldenstädt, 1770), a very rare stray bird in Japan, was found in March 2022. This is the first record of the species in Higashi-Hiroshima City. Recent records of its presence in Japan are compiled here. A male Baikal teal, Anas formosa Georgi, 1775, designated as a vulnerable species by the Japanese Ministry of Environment, was also recorded between February 20 and March 13, 2022. Gadwall Anas strepera strepera Linnaeus, 1758; common teal Anas crecca crecca Linnaeus, 1758; and common pochard Aythya ferina (Linnaeus, 1758) were frequently recorded during the winter and spring of 2022. However, some of them clearly oversummered in 2021 and 2022. A female tufted duck, Aythya fuligula (Linnaeus, 1758), was observed at the end of May 2021 and may have delayed returning to the breeding area
