    Magnetic properties of GdCo-Al2O3 composite films

    The purpose of this work was to synthesize and study magnetic properties of composite films consisting of Gd-Co ferrimagnetic system and Al2O3 dielectric matrix. GdCo-Al2O3 films of different composition were synthesized by magnetron co-sputtering of Gd, Co, and Al2O3 targets in an Ar atmosphere. Investigation of magnetic properties was carried out using a vibrating sample magnetometer in the temperature range from 10 to 300 K. The obtained results showed that in the composite system with a volume of dielectric material exceeding 50% a superparamagnetic state is realized, indicating granular microstructure.     Angular dependencies of hysteresis properties of various ferromagnetic layers exchange coupled to a pinning antiferromagnetic layer have been investigated experimentally.     Magnetic properties of Co-W thin films

    In this paper, the magnetic properties and structure of the Co-W films of different compositions prepared by magnetron sputtering on glass substrates without and with Ta or Ru buffer layers were investigated. The dependences of coercive force on the W content for the studied films were non-monotonic. The peak value of the coercive force of about 400 Oe was observed for the films on glass and Ta layers with W content of 8-9 at. %.     In this work we investigated influence of the composition and thickness of the Co-Al2O3 spacer on the interlayer coupling in FeMn/Fe20Ni80/Со-Al2O3/Fe20Ni80 multilayers. It was shown that the antiparallel orientation of the magnetization in the exchange coupled permalloy sublayers is accompanied by the formation of volumetric magnetic inhomogeneity, which can be interpreted as a ripple of magnetization.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 16-32-00327 мол_а
